Be aware of scam. My car required oxygen sensor replacement. I did some research, bought the sensor from Amazon, asked these guys to install new part. It cost $107. Later in itemized list I see Labor 0.5 hour - $60 and Customer Parts = $35. Guys just charged me for parts those I brought to them. Nice. Good luck with this way of doing business.

Perfect service at a super good price. They did exactly what they promised to do and at the quoted price. We had to have our Prius oil pan replaced because another business stripped out the oil pan plug. Bummer for us but Eschen resolved the problem easily.

Eschew is the place I want to recommend. Alex is a very nice and professional guy who helped me out when my 2004 old Camry was dead. I called and Alex quickly diagnosed that in addition to the battery problem, the alternator should be down for it no longer charge the battery. I least my car at Eschen and everything is ok next day! Moreover, the price is reasonable, which is almost 50% less than that of the dealer’s store!

Honest people who do great work. Even thought they are busy all the time, they still make the repairs happen fast and get us back on the road!

Ive been going to this shop for over a decade. I recently dropped off my truck that wouldnt start, the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and I got an oil change all in one day. The charge for the labor and parts was very reasonable. It always is.

Took our van in because it had smelled funny for a while and suspected mousing in the ventilation system. He checked it out, deodorized it, and let us know the options for further inspection. Great communication throughout the process, great price for the work, and he made sure we were happy when we picked up the car. NO SMELL! YAY!!! Eschen Automotive Did a great job replacing the clutch on my Mazda Wagon. They even did a quick jury rig repair on my vacuum system which has worked perfectly for over a year. The price was competitive and less then most other repair facilities. I was impressed with their careful diagnosis and good customer service. I also rarely give 5 stars to anyone!

These guys are the best. I used to take my Toyota to the dealership, but I thought Id try Eschen that was recommended by a friend. They had a lot of availability and worked with my schedule when overslept for one of my appointments. I really appreciate them and trust them with my beloved car because they never try to upsell and are very transparent with the status of my car. Theyre cheaper than my dealership and who cares about fresh baked cookies and a free shuttle while you wait anyway (with the dealership)? Eschen has a better location and I feel better about the more human centered treatment.

What an easy experience! I left my keys in their key drop while they were closed, and they called the next morning with some initial thoughts. They let me know up front what diagnostics would cost, and then called back hours later with their findings. Turns out it was a simple battery issue! They gave me a fair price, fixed it quickly, and didnt try to upsell me. Ill be returning, and recommending them to friends too.

I took my car in for an estimate on some repairs. I wish I was told ahead of time that I will be charged a rather hefty fee just for that. Not sure if they would do a good job, but the estimate was a solid 30% above the average. Beware!

Eschen has been repairing my cars for 29 years. First a honda accord, then a geo prism (toyota engine!) - (sold it still running great at 259,000 miles), and now my Camry. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They get me in quick, tell me what initial cost will be, call for additional repairs approval and call again when the car is ready. Its a load off my mind to have a mechanic I trust!
