I have been a customer of Bellevue Automotive since 1999. My son had gotten a used car for travel to and from work, and it broke down. He took it to a recommended repair shop, got it fixed and drove it home. The next day, the problem returned. 5 times he took it back pleading with them to correct the situation. We asked around to find a better repair shop, and one of our car savvy friends suggested Bellevue Automotive. We took the car in there, and after the mechanic looked at it, he said hed found several systems that the other mechanic had messed up in trying to fix the original problem. He fixed the original problem, then without charge, he corrected the damage the other garage had inflicted. The car had no more problems! I have always had the best service, and the mechanic knows our cars. I would Highly recommend this business to anyone that wants the preventative maintenance and for repairs. They are very reasonable, and very competent!

I rarely if ever give 5 stars to anyone, hence 4. I have been using BA for 20+ years. Bellevue Automotive has never steered me wrong. Advised what needed attention and how long before it needed it (if I chose to delay), and if something was off after a repair they fixed without question. I recommend this repair shop above all others in town as they value their customers and treat them right. Knowing them as I do, if you were hung up on, you likely had it coming, as that is not how they treat people.

This was the most honest auto service I have ever received. He is very straight forward and talk to you directly. We were told by Jenson Auto that the minimum damage on our vehicle was $2,000. We walked out of there paying no more than $130.

I was suppose to get a fuel pump installed and also some gauges wired in! I also was getting some subframe connectors welded in. The car was there for 2 months and nothing was getting done. I would stop in and see nothing but things being cut and destroyed! I ended up pulling my car out of the shop after items of mine went missing out of the car and filed a police report In order to get my car back. When I asked them what they completed on my mustang he said the subframe connectors and fuel pump and gauges. After I saw the sub frame connectors I refused to pay for them because the weld looked terrible. However I did pay for the fuel pump and gauges. When I got the car home after paying 600 bucks, I realized the work was not done. There were wires hanging from underneath the dash and they were all cut up and the fuel pump wires weren’t even connected. This shop made me pay $600 buck to get my car back in my possession. Im gonna have to pay to fix the welds underneath the car and figure out what all these cut wires go to. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a auto shop.

Anyone who goes here is crazy theres a guy that works there named David Charles Peters he goes by Charlie Peters hes a con-artist everywhere he goes he works for auto shops pretends that he has a trust fun cons and scams money out of women-and shops has a meth addiction Is a felon and does not know how to fix cars hes really smart At hacking things and pretending things are real hes a real convincing liar and he cons people if you bring your car here most likely he will mess it up in you will pay for nothing these people probly think he has a trust fund this can invest in his company he doesnt have an auto shop I pretends he has a fake Facebook page and hes a horrible person hes in Omaha Nebraska cause he was stalking me to Chicago Be very careful he travels all-around cunning and chill he has to leave
