Elliott was extremely professional and informative. I inquired about a pre-purchase inspection on a truck. He had me scheduled the very next day. Amazing! He let know the prices, time and what the inspection detailed. Unfortunately once I contacted the seller he did not want a third party looking at the truck. So I cant speak for the technical services. But they sure saved me from buying a lemon regardless. Highly recommend if you want to be treated with kindness and respect.

A friend recommended A&M to me and they did not disappoint. They gave me a ride to my office and picked me up at the end of the day. I asked them to do an alignment and inspect the camry front to rear for other potential problems. I told them the steering feels heavy. They figured out the reasons for that and explained how expensive it would be to fix. Elliot advised that it would be okay just to keep the power steering fluid topped off given the high mileage. I really appreciated them giving me options and not making it sound like I have to tie into expensive repairs. I had a good experience and I will use them again if the need arises.

This place is the best car repair shop I’ve been to in a long time. Jason updated with the status of my repair until it was finished. The repair cost did not exceed the original estimate and I really felt like a high end auto repair shop was handling everything very professionally. They even had a great deal on rental cars to use while my car was being serviced. I dropped my car off and within 5 mins I had a nice rental car at a way better price than most rental car companies in the area. Drop your car off, they’ll call you with an estimate and they’ll tell you what repairs must be done and which ones you can wait on having done. All while having the convenience of an on site rental car office. Extremely convenient. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good price and good customer service.

We spoke with these guys multiple times. They ended up doing some work on my sisters car, and did okay. Unfortunately, they forgot to replace several plastic tabs holding the oil pan cover, so that promptly fell and drug for a few miles. They were overall professional.

I had dropped my wifes Jeep off for a stalling issue and inconsistent error codes. Initially the issue was hard to track down and we picked up the Jeep after what we thought would fix the problem. Unfortunately it hadnt fixed the problem and Ill admit I was a bit displeased. However Paul reached out to me to make the situation right and we brought the Jeep back in. After a week of chasing electrical gremlins Paul and the team at A&M found the problem and replaced the bad command module at no extra charge. So hats off to Paul and the team they were very professional and very determined to find the problem and make it right. I will be using them the next time we have a repair.Thank you Paul and everyone at A&M!

Incredibly courteous, professional, and called and followed up exactly when they said they would. Upon evaluation of the problem, they promptly called and explained all the options and the costs, and even offered to work with my insurance company to get everything done in the fastest time possible. I also received shuttle service to take me to work after j dropped off my car in the morning. All around, a great experience and I would definitely take my car there again. Highly recommend!

I was visiting from out of state when my check engine light came on. I didn’t want to risk making the long drive home if something was wrong, so I called A&M to see if they had any time to take a look at my vehicle. They were booked up for the next 1.5 weeks but said they would try to work me in between their other appointments. I’m very grateful they did and were able to service my vehicle. The price was super fair and now I can safely make the 1,200 mile journey home.

Have taken my car here a lot and I’m honestly not sure why. After I got in an accident I took my car here to get the suspension fixed, two weeks later my pan hard bar bolt came out on the freeway so I had to get it towed My car has been in multiple times for transmission “adjustments” on my factory computer controlled automatic. No changes were ever made and I don’t think they even test drove it. Just throwing money away. I took another one of my cars there again not sure why but when it came back there was a lot of damage and scratches on the firewall and the brass inlet and outlet for my heater core were smashed, my torque converter was broken, the list goes on. I payed $1000 for them to set my motor in, and destroy my heater core and plenty of other things. I don’t recommend getting any mechanical work done here period.

Paul and the team were awesome! They gave me honest, straightforward feedback about the airmatic system on my 13 year old Mercedes. They shuttled me to and from my work transportation. Even repaired my e-brake handle that had popped off and I hadn’t mentioned it to them. The repair quote was way better than dealer price, but still with parts and labor warranties. Zero pressure sales. I’m still debating the repair versus scrapping it and getting a new/used car. Either way I will definitely be back for future service needs.

I brought my vehicle into A&M for a timing belt replacement. A&M was able to get my vehicle in for service promptly and the job was done well and completed on time. My first time owning a diesel but I wanted one for towing plus carrying passengers so an Excursion was the choice. Unfortunately the 6.0 diesel has some design issues so I after I bought it, A&M did the bulletproofing and I couldnt be happier so far. It certainly runs better and they refreshed the suspension at the same time so it drives better as well. The work was done professionally, on time and at the quoted price.

Had them service two of my vehicles, Lexus RX 300 and Toyota Sienna. They replaced the rear differential on the first one and tires on the second one. Their prices are in line with others, with the cost of replacing the differential below my initial expectations. The level of service was great, with Jason in constant communication. The tires reached them a few days later than scheduled; however, they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

My 1999 300M would crank over but it just wouldnt start. I thought maybe gas pump, but, I could hear the pump in the gas tank. I talked with Paul at A&M and he was very Professional and kept me informed during the whole process. I will now be making this my go to Auto Repair.

I purchased a used car and had A&M Auto due the pre-purchase inspection. Based on the information from that inspection I decided to purchase the car and then subsequently had A&M Auto perform some needed repairs that were identified during the inspection. Their work and the way they handled me through all of that was amazing! Very professional and you always felt like they were looking out for you. Now fast forward a few more months and unfortunately a couple of new items were discovered that were not originally identified in the inspection. The owner Paul personally stepped in and managed this (although Jason was also amazing to work with for the other repairs) for me. He took full responsibility for the additional repairs that were needed without hesitation. I would put A&M Auto Repair above all other auto repair businesses I have worked with. They are awesome!

They managed to take some time out of their busy schedule and finished it really quick. On top of that, they didnt even charge me anything. My experience started with a simple phone call requesting an estimate for repairs and maintenance services I wanted to be performed on my sons 2002 Volvo.I spoke with Jason Jennes over the phone , I described the repairs and maintenance services I needed an estimate on. Jason kindly asked if he can call me back once he worked out the estimated cost. I agreed.Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Jason with the estimated costs of the services I requested.I knew then, that A&M Automotive would be my final destination for my repairs and maintenance needs.That simple phone call, and response time, proved to me that this repair shop cared about their customers needs.A big thanks to all at A&M Automotive, from the courteous office staff, to their well trained auto repair technicians for fulfilling my automotive needs.

I have been having difficulty finding a automotive company that can not only work on my Jaguar but also to be honest about the work that needs to be done. I take it in for one problem and it seems they all find thousands of dollars worth of work that needs to be done I didnt even know about. Not only did this A&M Automotive do a great job, but for half the cost of the other companies. They do great work and they are fare, cant say that about many car repair shops. I Highly recommend them for any work you need done on your vehicles.

Nice attitude by Jason up front the first day. His demeanor will suggest that he’s a nice gentleman. He told me my car will be done diagnose by end of day next day but broke the promise. Then he says the car will be done by noon the following day and broke that promise too. When i called him back the third day, the first thing he says, YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE and STOP RUSHING ME knowing my car is in stalled status. Instead of having a civilized conversation, he becomes emotionally and continuously talk over me without letting me explain to him i wasn’t rushing and it is simply a concern. I trust the work is somewhat quality based on the reviews but at what cost? There is no customer service in this shop. Jason make up things to legitimize his actions and he hangs up the phone before the conversation ends.

Full disclosure, I dont know a ton about cars. All I know is that these guys took care of my Grace, and it was cheaper than the other Eastside quotes. They told me it would be hassle-free and relatively speaking, it was, presumably thanks to the new management the mechanic told me about. Im not sure what all the negative reviews are about; They didnt ask me questions I couldnt answer (unlike most other specialty shops) and Shes still running like a champ, so while my mind was not BLOWN, I am very satisfied. BONUS: they washed my car after they were done (:

They were such a great help! I brought my car to them a few months ago with a transmission issue that unfortunately wasnt an easy fix so they found a refurbished tranny and replaced it. I then brought it back because the check engine light came on, they fixed it but it came on a month later so they offered to look at it and fix it again for free! Turned out it was a different issue and they still did not charge me! They were very honest with me (Doesnt happen a lot when a young lady takes their car to get worked on) and didnt take advantage of me! Cant thank them enough and I would definitely recommend.

Took my 79 dodgevan here after breaking down the other day. The guys were very friendly and explained everything to me patiently. Im always asking questions because I am not too good with cars, but its important to know whats going on in a huge old van like mine. Anyway, the new hose they put in seems to have done the trick because shes running again! I think some of these negative reviews might have been from the old owners, because the guys at the shop are so accommodating and nice, getting everything done pretty quick too!

Spent some time in Bellevue this last month for work, and decided to have my 97 Cadillac serviced before returning the next morning after hearing from a co-worker about this solid shop. They had my fluids filled, tires rotated, oil changed, and replaced a bulb in about an hour while working with other customers, on what seemed to be a busy afternoon.Im only in Bellevue every so often but for my one spur of the moment oil change before I hit the road, this place had me taken care of well, with good attitudes and work performance. Would return if I lived in the area.

Best Audi Mechanic in Bellevue. They can do all computer work on German cars when dealers say only they can do it. Much cheaper and better service then other places.

Over and hour and a half to just get an oil change. Customer service a bit dismissive when asking how long it would take after I realized my car was sitting there for an hour after a scheduled appointment. Expensive. Did not tell me what they did to the car but did of course recommend many other things to come in and have done. Disappointed and will not be returning.

No brainerIf you dont know about cars and look for a trusted partner to replace or repair part of your car, A&M is a no brainer.I needed to replace the side mirror of my Volkswagen and A&M found the spare part in no time, kept me up to date on timeline and pricing throughout. I appreciate their diligence in making sure the color was the same as my car and working completely around my schedule. It was a nice surprise to find a peaceful office atmosphere which allowed me to continue working whilst my car was being fixed.

Ive taken my car here twice. They seem to do good work, but they charge a lot for it.Both times I took the car there it took at least one additional day for the car to get finished. The first time they bought the wrong parts and we had to wait for the right ones to come in (ok, and they gave a rental car). The second time I brought it in for an inspection and they kept it a whole day + overnight for the 2 hour inspection.OK- Lets talk about the inspection. I brought the car in to get a code read (rough idle and check engine light flashed) , oil leak check and coolant system check. They billed me 2 hours for the inspection.For the oil leak- they did a visual inspection and said the valve cover gasket and oil pan were leaking. They didnt do a UV light check. A code read takes about 2 minutes to do, and then the coolant pressure test is again not a long job. They also did a multipoint inspection (not asked for) where they found out my front marker light was out (it wasnt). For 2 hours of labor at $130/hr I expect a more in-depth diagnosis.The diagnosis/the recommended repairs:They recommended a new valve cover, new oil pan gasket, new ignition coils, a walnut clean of the intake, and new plugs. Total cost of $2500 after parts and labor. Cylinder 4 misfired which meant the new ignition coils were needed and the intake cleaning needed to be done.Now, I barely even consider myself a shade tree mechanic, but a youtube video later and less than $300 in parts and I bought a new valve cover, plugs, and ignition coils. Upon opening the valve cover I could see that oil got passed through the valve cover and into cylinder 4 (the reason for misfire most likely). In less than 1.5 hours, I changed out the parts above and the car is running perfect. That was about a week ago and the oil level in the car is static and everything seems good to go.So in short- They charge a lot and they recommend services that are probably not necessary (start with the small stuff first and work your way up is the best plan of attack). Be confident that your car will be fixed by the time they are done.EDIT: Paul from the shop followed up with me regarding this review (originally 2 star) He was very polite and did his very best to make sure that I was happy with what I payed for with the service/inspection. More explanation and some additional help from the shop and I am convinced that this is a good place to go if you need to get your car looked at.

Very friendly staff and they definitely put me at ease. I took the shuttle they provide, but it did take about 30 mins for them to arrive. So definitely dont count on a quick turnaround on that.

Complete rip off. They charged me $600 to replace a fuse and my starter switch the bulk of which was for diagnostic time with my electrical system. My stereo which worked perfectly fine before is now broken. DO NOT TRUST

Fixed my car correctly and they did so on the very first time, which I think should be expected. But clearly this is not always the case and I know this firsthand because I went to 3 other places before finding them and spent a lot of money but my car still stalled whenever I stopped at a light...pretty annoying and embarrassing. In 1 day they fixed it and it has worked ever since I spent about 25 percent less than what I had been quoted elsewhere....and they actually fixed the car. I wish I had found them a long time ago. They treated me respectfully and I highly recommend them.

Okay now that Im finally back home, I thought to review about this company that helped me a lot with my car trouble on my way to Eastside. I know I can see many negative reviews here, but Im sure they belong prior to the change in management. Well, at least my friend staying in Eastside said the same, when I told her about my car breakdown experience on my way to her home. Now lets come to the problem and solution...Im really lazy when it comes to taking my car for the service, and the fact that I seldom use it makes it a good excuse for me. As a result, when I was heading to my friends place last evening, my cars accelerator just went off. Although, I was able to push the accelerator, the car wouldnt pick the speed. Fortunately, the A$M center was just 2 miles away, so i dragged my car in the same speed to their center to let them have it a look.First of all, the staff was very welcoming. Second, they somehow knew I have no idea about spare parts and all. So the person in-charge of my car explained me everything in a very calm and patient manner. Third, when I told them that I have to be somewhere urgently, the owner of the center asked one of his staff to fix up my car on urgent basis, and they didnt even charge extra for that. Now this was really accommodating and sweet. I just waited 20 minutes and my car was up and running in no time. Glad !its a highly recommended place. if you live nearby the service center, you must try them out!

I think I found a home for my car. Did the job fast and under budjet. Plenty of communication on the phone and via email. Written estimate was emailed to me without even asking for one. Shuttle driver was super nice. Just great service all the way around. They offer discounts for Microsoft and Boeing. Dont forget to ask. Want to point out that the car got washed and interior cleaned, big plus. Will be back to fix brakes next month.
