I have had positive experiences at the service center. A word of advice, become friendly with your service manager and get their card with their cell number. The main booking system is a huge pain, don’t use it outside of routine scheduling.The loaner cars are excellent and work is performed as discussed. Servicing is very expensive here, but other work seems appropriately priced.

My salesman Greg was great but his help after the sale was limited due to management. The service manager Matt allowed my vehicle to ship without the repairs that were promised. The delivery took 3 weeks & the title 5 weeks to arrive.The vehicle was never cleaned as promised. I did receive compensation for a detail & the broken parts 60 days after delivery!!! & many calls & unanswered messages. I have to spend my time getting the vehicle detailed & repaired. The dealership does not give out Cell # for anyone above the salesman.

Poor communication . Rude service manager Jamie. Avoid Andrew. I had a service appointment to have a strut brace repaired on my passenger side took 2 weeks for the part to arrive . They put it on the driver side . They offered to redo it on the right side . I wait 2 weeks for the part . Tried to take it in and they refused to put it on .refuse to service my vehicle at all even tho I have a maintenance package . Refused to give a loaner unless its a brand new 2021 . This place is a migraine headache . I have no idea about their sales dept . The service dept is unbelievably rude .

Very friendly, accomodating, and professional especially Landon and Jason.Would reccommend this place to anyone. Ive been to other places but theyre no match to here. I went to get an oil change but they also replaced my transfer case for free, under warranty, because they noticed I needed it. Theyre transparent and there were no surprise charges.

Ive read the reviews and some that have had a pleasant experience with Porsche Bellevue seem confused about the poor ratings. This specifically explains my low rating. My experience at this dealership and service center was way below expectations. Porsche Bellevue is the closest service facility to me at 5 1/2 hours roundtrip (in good weather). Trying to communicate with service and parts to make ensure the trip is expedient is wholly frustrating. Setting appointments online isnt a good option for me (Ive had service needs outside of the normal menu options and I need to coordinate my schedule due to the travel time to get to the dealership). The phone menu is unhelpful and when calling service or parts, straight to voicemail and the response is not timely. I had to contact Porsche Bellevue again yesterday about a double billing that happened September 10th and was supposed to be resolved when I first brought it to their attention on September 25th. I called this dealership 3 times getting only voicemail options before I pressed the number for sales. When a real person answered, I asked to speak to the General Manager. I was transferred to the voicemail of Jamie Johannessen, service manger. I left a message for him at 12:30p and waited until after 2p to try again. It took me 8 minutes to get Gary (I believe from parts?) on the phone to help me. He called me back within an hour to confirm that the double payment would be refunded. Before we got off the phone, I started to explain my frustration with the customer service run-around and we got disconnected. Gary did not call back and I am tired of all the effort to do business here.**Since September, I have been driving 7 hours roundtrip to Porsche Bellingham for my Cayenne because their brand of exceptional customer service has won me as a loyal customer. My next Porsche will be from the Porsche Bellingham team.**

Not sure why they have bad reviews here. Took my car in last weekend and had a great experience. Matt Moody and Andrew were great service advisors. Clean and organized service bay, which is what you’d expect taking your car here.
