They tried to rip me off. The girls that worked there were very nice but when they brought the owner in to help me with a mistake he was very harsh and only cares about the money he keeps in his pocket. Go to another dealer for better service!

I went to this store to upgrade I wanted a iPhone when I ask for the price the girl that works there old me the phone was 200 hundred but I will have to pay 100 dollars more for simcard and the activation and service is no way. I went to another store in north Arlington and only pay the phone the taxes and 16 dollars activation I will never ever come back to this store they just wanted to rip me off.

Poor service, store dirty, bad attitudes from employees dont care . I will never go there again and these people try to overcharge on everything to make extra money

So i just came into this store in belleville and i had the worst experience ever! The guy tried overcharging me $40 dollars ! I caught him and he started laughing saying oh well i needed the extra money !!! Wow ,never again will i go there !!! Warning dont go here !

I bout a new phone there on a Sunday June 8th the sales representative June assured me that if I had any issues with the phone I bring it back for an exchange . I went back to ask for June on Tuesday because my phone was acting up conviently for them June no longer worked there and they offered to replace the phone .it is been a month and no new phone yet 😤 horrible costumer service sucks at Belleville
