I was referred to Bradley Tire by 2 different local auto shops who both told me they could not repair my tire because the bolt in it was too large. I believe the name of the man I dealt with at Bradley Tire was Kevin, and he was great. They appeared to be busy, yet I was in and out in 35 minutes. I appreciated the professionalism, not only by Kevin but also the tech who fixed the tire. While in the waiting area I heard Kevin and another worker calling around and on the computer trying very hard to find 2 specific tires for another customer, so that there would not be a wait if they had to be ordered. They seem willing to go the extra mile which is hard to find these days. The customer service was outstanding and I have already recommended them to someone I know that needs tires.

I pulled into Bradley Tire on the Friday of Labor Day weekend needing a fairly new tire patched. I saw at least 6 cars being worked on and 2 cars waiting. I figured Id have to leave the car there and go back later. To my surprise, the guy at the desk said my car would be done in 45 minutes! The kid that worked on it was very polite and thorough. The price was a little more than I thought it would be, but for that kind of service I didnt mind one bit.

Avoid this place at all costs! I was ripped off! The owner of the place was changed! The new owner is dishonest and money hungry. Waited 3 hours to replace a tire. They had no clue what they were doing! The tire was not balanced at all. Pricing was well over the standard market price. Brought the vehicle back, the owner was extremely rude, he refused to fix the problems. Run away from this place!

Fortunately I was able to drive in with a slow leak due to a screw in the front tire. Within 5 minutes an employee began to take care of the tire. In less than 30 minutes I was on my way. Friendly service.

They used jaws for steel wheels on my aluminum wheels which gouged the barrel of my wheels. Honest, trustworthy business, but being 2021, more care should be taken with aluminum wheels.

I was in and out, took about 40 minutes because of the snow storm yesterday, a little more traffic than usual I imagine. I could have traveled a few more blocks down the road and paid a cheaper price but I also would have been standing in the cold waiting for my issue to be resolved. This was $34 well spent

Got a flat on Wednesay night. Quickly put a donut on it that night and drove to Bradley’s as soon as he opened in the morning so I could make it to work on time without dying. He took me instantly, talked me through the process (millennial) and tried to fix my original tire. He is so kind, fast, and thorough that I cannot thank him enough!! Ive been going here for years and very satisfied with how Ive been treated. The place is a bit more expensive than other places, but it is worth it. Tires are fixed quickly and correctly. When they get fixed they STAY fixed. Bradley also has used tires and will give you a good price for them, and they are in good shape. If they notice anything amiss with your car, they will show it to you. I would recommend this place. They are honest and reliable.

They ordered my tire in the late morning and I was on the road at 2. Good prices and everyone was wearing masks...and I got a free beverage! Highly recommend.

My tire had a nail in it , the dealership wanted me to buy a whole new tire for $98. I took my car here and they fixed it for $30 . I was very satisfied. The service was fast and friendly . Highly recommend!

Had my front right tire repaired. Was attended promptly. First tire repair shop that actually patches/vulcanizes punctures from the inside rather than the common outside repair done by common tire ships. Richard, the service manager/owner was very courteous, friendly and was there to assist me for my primary purpose. Charge was reasonable and well worth the money. He is a primary Goodyear dealer with other brand name tires as well. Would recommend this shop not only for tires but for other vehicle services as well.

I decided to go to your shop because in the reviews people applauded you for your honesty. I thank you for patching my tire but what i don’t appreciate is charging me 30 bucks for patching one of my wheels. An industry dominated by men, men love to make a quick buck off of a woman. Patching work per tire at most tire shops, thanks to information provided by the internet runs from 6-20 bucks tops . As friendly as you were, you ripped me off .

I could have sworn I wrote this review back in Feb 2018, but Okay... Everyones comments about this place being one of the most honest places that conducts business in our community is spot on. He explained to me what my replacement run-flat would cost me which was almost identical to what a friend of mine @ the BMW parts department could get it at for his cost; so I knew he wasnt playing # games. Although you normally dont patch up a run flat, the guys plugged it where I could still be able to drive around in the meantime until I made my decision (they made sure to tell me that it wouldnt be ideal to drive around for more than a few days with it and to keep an eye on it at all times). I recommend this place to my family and friends all the time, youre truly in good hands here.

When I was told by a another repair shop, that the tire was unrepairable, and that I needed to replace it. That would had cost me a good $240 buck. This place just save me over $200 dollar. Had a flat tire, took my car to Bradley and they had the tire off my car in under 5 minutes. Most places would have tried to sell me a new tire or worse and try to charge me hundreds of dollars. These guys found the hole, told me they could patch it, did all the work and put the tire back on my car in less than 40 minutes. Could not be happier and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing tire service.
