I called the day before and they said they could take me first thing in the morning. They were completely right. I drove straight in and they were already finishing up on their first vehicle. I told them I got my camber colts replaced and they said no problem, we got you on the wheel alignment. While I waited in the lobby I was able to get work done and it was clean. I was out within 45 minutes. Would return and recommend.

Always available and willing to help, every time I’ve come I’ve never had any issues and they go above and beyond with the service. They make sure your tires are rotated and car is in tiptop shape before leaving their premises. My father and I will be coming back for as long as time permits

Very good customer service. I needed two tires because of some metal pipe in the road from construction work on the road and goggle this place that was near me. I walked in and the gentlemen asked what I needed could the repair be done today. He was with another customer and told me I was next . I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thats what Im talking about. I found a new place to get tires . I will be back

AWESOME MECHANICS I showed up today with a shake in my vehicle I explained it to the mechanic Jay and I thought it was something major he reassured me that he would inspect it and he did he also took the time to explain to me step by step everything that he could and would do and to explain to me exactly what my vehicle had and what was the fix he was very honest very patient and very clear he took the time just show me that my vehicle was also missing the screws to tighten the tires almost in every Tire and was very kind to find me new ones and install them for me after he took care of the issue in my vehicle it is not my first interaction with him as well as the owner and every time they both are awesome very helpful honest and patient because I tend to ask a lot of questions very highly recommended for all of your vehicle needs

Outstanding tire shop and great on other auto repairs. I showed up with several issues for my car and they were able to provide their help and solve every single one of my issues. I was taken care of immediately. Excellent customer service and affordable. Definitely was worth it to travel 30 mins for their service. My car feels brand new after they worked their magic on it. Just ok for me.. asked for American made tires. I was very specific about what I wanted but left with Korean tires. The customer should get what they want..no convincing.

I needed two new tires. My tires are expensive, usually 80$ each. I wanted to try used ones. I called and they said come on over. They installed two very clean, new looking tires for 80$, two for the price of one. Only took about 20 minutes. They were very polite, pleasant, and professional. They also do tune ups, allignments, and many other car maintenance jobs. I will go there again and also would recommend this place!

So disappointed. I came here before to get my rotors resurfaced and the brake pads replaced and did a wonderful job. This past Tuesday they really let me down I called at 5:20 because I got a flat tire and didn’t have anywhere else close to go and I couldn’t drive the car there so I let the person that answered the phone know I was on my way with the rim to get the tire to take it to my car and they said “no problem we’re here until 6”. I showed up at 5:40 to a closed gate and no one there. Thank God House of Flats in Newark on Broadway was open until 7 or I would’ve been seriously stranded. Unprofessional. I work for a service center myself at a dealership and God forbid someone leaves a minute before we close. I will never come back House of Flats is the way to go.

My experience with Direct to you tire service was the best I came here to change my front breaks i had more problems with my car that i was unaware of they did not want to just put brakes and leave me with an unsafe vehicle they explained the other issues like a bad left caliper and bad rotors.. truck brakes beautiful now ... since then Ive bought tires for my 3 cars ... Honest truthful and amazing...
