I been living for last 35 years in bellaire blvd and this cvs farmacy was my favorite but this place a have terrible customer service specifically one person working night chief I don’t recommend this place at all ….no choice for start doing my business at Walgreens they treat you with respect

The person who give vaccine is terrible. I dont know if she is inexperienced or she is not careful. In my entire life, getting flu was not this much painful. Had to bear terrible pain for days after I got my flu vaccine from here. I do not recall her name, but either avoid this location to get flue vaccine, or avoid the lady. I could not move my arms for days because of pain.

No Navy Federal ATM here Navy federal App says there is but theres no ATM period Ill get in contact with them to update that

Terribly managed COVID-19 testing. Do not come here to get tested. Be prepared to wait for 45 min if you do.

Insanity. 30 mins to pick up a prescription. 15 of that was waiting for them to find it. The other part was because they do testing and pick up in the same line.

This store is very nice. The staff is very kind, they are attentive, and I get helped when needed. You can tell this store went under new management, because wow it’s changed from a year ago! It used to be terrible now it’s great !!!!!

Don’t plan to phone the pharmacy go check in a prescription. They NEVER answer the phone. Had to drive in after 30 minutes on hold.

Slow and Horribly managed COVID-19 testing center. Not following CDC guidelines and regulations. Be careful. Will wait over an hour in line.

Waited for 40 minutes. Had an appointment but doesn’t matter. The guy seems to not care at all.

The worst service of history! My Dental Clinic sent my prescription on Friday night, I came Saturday and Sunday to pick up my medication and they told me “We don’t have it yet, come back in one hour”. Besides, they mistreated me!

The Pharmacy is by far the most disrespectful, condescending and unprofessional people I have encountered Ive tried offering 3 opportunities but they are always throwing bags of meds towards you, arrogantly saying you give them the wrong name and saying they checked prescriptions when they havent. They have zero accountability or the simple respect another person because they are a human being trait. Its embarrassing they are handling medications for anyone extremely disappointing and embarrassing.

Pharmacy staff are very helpful and patient !! I appreciate the great service.

I was waitting for 28 mins at the photo lab and the cashier a hispanic lady never help me. she was stocking merchandise and act like i was never at the store. the worst place to shop!!! its a getto store and horrible hispanic chola working in the store!!! 8/8/16

The people from in front are sooooo rude especially the guy!! It cost alot!!

Pharmacy staff is horrible. No stars if possible.I had to call 5 times throughout the day to get my medication transferred. Useless fat guy sits on the phone and sounds atrocious.

When one arrives at the Pharmacy all the staff very kindly assist you, the problem is when one calls in my case I had online waiting 25 minutes for someone to attend me in Spanish and they never attended to me
