Been waiting on the phone being told there’s two other callers ahead of me for 26 minutes and when someone picks up, it’s to say thank u for calling Walgreens pharmacy, how can I help u and then immediately put me back on hold without me even answering. Now I’m still on hold and not sure if I should hang up for another half Hour wait

The entire store staff is incompetent. They need to be more educated in their own companies product lines and resources. ALL employees at this location needs additional training on customer service soft skills and how to handle situations more appropriately. I am still waiting on the district manager to contact me. But it just goes to show, its not all their fault because it starts at the head being unorganized and it trickles down to the hourly associates. Sad to be such a large chain. Nonetheless, I found another location with better consumer communication and cheaper pharmaceutical benefits! Thanks for NOTHING!

I just wanted to purchase one item. The cashier had everyone wait while she had a full conversation with a woman who bought tons of detergent with coupons. This was during the evening time....

Always good costumer service and always fully stocked. For example my cashier today Mr Diego even though he was busy with phone call from a client he manage to multitask both my transaction and the phone call. Even though he wasnt the only one who could have done the call he was the only one going beyond and above for both me and the other costumer.

This Walgreen’s is horrible. My daughter is a Type 1 diabetic and needed a prescription filled that now was urgent because the pharmacist, Ellie failed to put through to the insurance months ago and when I finally needed it filled she failed to contact me to inform me that my insurance had not approved the full dosage and that I needed to request a new prescription from my doctor. Instead they took my payment and then told me (after I paid) that it wasnt enough to last my daughter a full month. When I asked for a refund and said that I could just contact my doctor and have her rewrite the prescription, Ellie got very angry and frustrated with me and said they could not help me. I was not asking to give back the prescription, I was only asking that I not have to pay again because it was not the full amount to begin with. People like Ellie should not be dealing with patients. To her this is just a transaction not a child’s life thats on the line. The healthcare profession requires empathy and knowledge of patient care needs...Ellie has none of these qualities and probably doesnt even know what Type 1 diabetes is! So sad that people like her are serving customers:-(

I had 2 photo books made and then came out great. I was also looking for some products there and the staff was very helpful. I had one of my prescriptions filled there and the service was great! My husband is now having his prescriptions filled there.

I really like the layout of the store specifically the personal care and beauty department/section . Its different than the usual vertical aisles in most stores. Its clean and organized. Didnt interact with any of the employees but was asked if I needed any help on two separate occasions.

I tried to print out pictures to send to my husband and i have been going here for years and just now this young fat guy went through my pictures and told me he could only give me 3 of them and i printed 7 of them and he would not give me my other 3 pictures because he did not want to give them to me so i told him to keep all of them and shred them in my face..i will never bring business to this Walgreen again! they are incompetent and they have the worst customer service ever!!!!

Im very disappointed in the service at this location as well as the pharmacy manager Eric, who apparentlY has 23 years of experience. On Tuesday my doctor prescribed me insulin, I dropped off the prescription Tuesday and they said it would be ready in a hour and a half so my husband went to pick it up and they gave me the insulin but they did not give me the needles to administrator the medicine. I called the pharmacy on Wednesday to resolve the matter and they said that they also needed a prescription for the needles. So I called the doctors office and they told me that they did in fact write the needles on the prescription and they would also call on my behalf to make sure the pharmacy got the information. So today I go to pick up the needles and they tell me that I need to pay $70 and that they needed additional doctors authorization for it to be approved by my insurance. Long story short, I called the Drs office they called the pharmacy and it went through no problem so when I called back to talk to the pharmacy manager - Eric- he was so nonchalant and uncaring. He basically told me dont worry about it come get the needles its free. So I proceeded to explain to him that he needs to figure out what happened so it wont happen again and Ive already wasted 3 trips up there. I felt so upset, Im trying to figure out if I have any recourse. Im definitely switching pharmacies.Allegria

They seem competent and the store is clean and safe.Not the best pharmacy unless you are doing run-of-the-mill prescriptions. The first time you have an issue you wont go back. My Dr advised me to compare two prices with the pharmacy and get whichever is cheaper on my plan. I asked the tech to check the two prices and she tossed the prescriptions back to me saying You need to work that out with your insurance. We dont do that. (!) CostCo was all over it, and the prescriptions I transferred were cheaper too.

I tried to use a coupon that I got from Dr. Pepper in the mail, and they accused me of printing it out and faking the coupon. It obviously had those marks of authenticity running along the coupon and the cashier had to call the manager. After the manager came, the manager tried to talk me out of using the coupon, and I kept telling them that the coupon was real. After wasting loads of my time and being severely offended, they took my coupon. Even now, when I think back about that, I feel really offended.

Really want to give 5 stars because they have always tried to fix the problems when you go up the ladder to the manager IF needed. Problem is some of the staff does not know procedures. I have had a miss count on prescriptions (very expensive mistake) which they fixed. They have told me they don’t call the insurance and I would have to call and figure it out. They fixed this and helped beyond. Times with pharmacy/ insurance can be very stressful when there is pain and blue tape. The pharmacist do a pretty good job dealing with the emotional side of the business. I would recommend them.

Check what they pay in the pharmacy, an Asian woman charged my wife 71 dollars for a cream of 15 that did not require insurance by chance she noticed and claimed them and tried to pretend the insurance do not leave because we are full of scoundrels wherever you want
