From the start I had my eyes on the Emma dress from Eva Lendel and was looking for stockists in Ireland and found Forever Bridal!As soon as my mum and I stepped in to the store Leondra took good care of us and made me feel super at ease, making FAB restaurant suggestions and being super kind! When I collected the dress months later, I was so so nervous as to me it looked so different to what I had tried on months before, but the girls assured me it was stunning and the exact same and really put my bridal crazies at ease!!!!I definitely recommend them, I had a lovely bridal experience, felt so beautiful through the whole thing, cant thank you enough girls, hope you get your thank you card in the mail soon!! xxx

The ladies at Forever Bridal made my dress shopping experience so easy! I knew I wanted to visit the boutique as my sister had previously got bridesmaid dresses from them and they were fantastic. I found my absolute dream dress on my first appointment - infact it was the first dress I tried on!The ladies are so helpful, not pushy, and couldn’t have done enough for us, even though I ordered my dress with less than 9 months to my wedding - not to mention the boutique is stunning! I bought my dress with forever bridal in the second lockdown.. Rachel had allowed me to choose a few online and she delivered them to my house for me to try them on not quite the same experience as going to the shop but Rachel was fab and giving me all the information I needed I actually enjoyed having a few bridesmaids round to help me choose my dress.. I had a brilliant experience with the girls at Forever Bridal. I purchased my dress during the second lockdown and the girls were so helpful explaining dresses and designers to me over social media, having a virtual appointment to take me through the dresses they thought I’d love and then being on hand for any questions I had when trying them on at home with my bridal party. They really did their best to make my “unusual” shopping circumstances feel as normal as possible. I actually ended up purchasing a dress I had never even considered because Leondra had listened to my style and wants for my dress so well!When it came to my fittings the shops had reopened again and they made sure to make a fuss at them letting me walk around the shop and see it under their different lighting etc. They also arranged for an excellent in store seamstress (Tatjana) to do the alterations on my dress.

From start to finish Leondra and the girls were fantastic! There was a flow of communication as I live abroad and anything I asked for or needed was no problem, nothing was too much. The choice of gowns and the whole experience was fab! Thank you so much!

I cannot rate Forever Bridal Boutique or Leondra and Natalie highly enough. From the moment I walk into the store, I knew it was special. They stock the most beautiful, unique and varied styles and the entire store just had magical feel to it. The experience I had was second to none. The girls were so accommodating and welcoming and had me so at ease from the second I arrived. They made the whole experience so personal and wonderful. They absolutely blew me away with their very talented eye for choosing what would suit me. I fell madly in love with one of their picks - a style that hadnt been on my radar until that moment and now I cannot imagine my big day without this dress! I cannot thank Leondra and Natalie enough for their support and care and for making the experience so very special. I travelled up from Dublin especially to visit this store and it was worth every second! I would strongly recommend any brides to be pay a visit - you will not regret it

If we could give 0 stars we would. We came here with my future daughter in law in hopes of finding her dress as this shop was the one she was most excited about. To say I was disgusted with the treatment is putting it mildly. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable from the beginning and she was rushed and disregarded during the whole 14 minutes we were in the shop (even though she paid for an hour and 15 min appointment). The girl had no time and no interest in actually helping, and embarrassed my daughter in law highly by bringing our entire party into the changing room while she stood uncomfortably in her underwear. There was no effort to make this feel special for her or to give a bridal experience in any way. Thankfully another shop provided this for her because they actually had a sense of customer service in this industry. Wouldnt be back, would NOT recommend.

I had the loveliest time at my appointment at Forever Bridal Boutique, and was so thankful for all the encouragement and compliments and advice!I totally loved getting to wear all of the stunning dresses, and they made me feel gorgeous in all of them. Went with my Daughter to Forever bridal and found the whole experience from start to finish an awful one, the shop assistant was so unhelpful, pass-remarkable and condescending.Instead of making the bride feel special and pampered she was made to feel rushed deflated and an inconvenience.She did not protect her dignity and ushered her in and out of dresses.I am only glad that was not our first wedding dress shop as the treatment in DIVINITY BRIDAL put Leondra to shame.It is not all about the money it is about the experience and how you are made to feel that buys the dress.

She went above and beyond during the Covid Lockdown by sending my countless pictures and videos of dresses, recommending what would and would not suit my shape; she even posted dresses to me to try on with veils and clips - and thanks to Rachel and her incredible experience, honesty and experience I found THE DRESS. I just cant rate this shop and these ladies highly enough. I was genuinely so nervous about trying on dresses and found it so hard to even step foot in a shop. I had been chatting to the girls on social media and found them so friendly and helpful, this helped me finally pluck up the courage to actually go in and try some dresses on. Well as soon as I got through the door Leondra made me feel at ease and I knew I was in the hands of a professional. She picked any dresses she knew I would suit and away we went. I felt so comfortable trying them on with her. As luck would have it the first dress I tried on was The One nothing even compared after that. Well, I got my dress today in Forever Bridal. From beginning of contact months ago the girls have been fab and so patient with all of my questions on different dresses!! They are so welcoming and friendly and were not pushy at all. All of the dresses are absolutely amazing and that little bit different from the norm and it was so hard to pick just 1, but I am so happy with the 1 I bought. If you are looking for something different and unique go to Forever Bridal, you will not be disappointed! Rachel even messaged me afterwards as she wasnt in work today dying to see which dress I eventually picked, I thought that was so lovely and just shows that they do care about their brides. My wedding is not until December 2022, however from coming across Forever Bridal on instagram & watching their stories & posts, i knew this would one of the top bridal shops i would need to visit when the time came. Rachel is always on hand to answer any DMs and the dresses are amazing. I made an appointment to visit last Friday (1st shop & 1st time trying on wedding dresses) and from the minute i entered the store, Leondra made me feel at ease & has the patience of a saint. Leondra picked out the dress i said YES too, and when they say you do not go for what you have in your head it is sooo true. I cannot thank her enough & if you are looking for somewhere to go, this is the place.

I came across Forever Bridal after I had been looking for a dress for some time and Im so glad I booked an appointment! I found a dress on their Instagram page and had my heart set on it, it was the first one I tried on that day and the one I said yes to! The girls gave some suggestions on how I could make a few changes to the dress to make it my own, which I found really helpful. I also have to mention how quickly my dress arrived, it was due to arrive around August time and I was so happy to be able to pick my dress up in June! I would definitely recommend for any bride to take a visit as they have such a range of styles to suit everyone!

Although I ended up not purchasing my dress from Forever Bridal, I cannot thank them enough. They had posted a picture online of a dress I had been looking for, but unfortunately were then unable to order it as the bridal designer had given exclusivity to another shop. I had my heart set on the dress, so they gave me all the information of the other shop instantly. They were so helpful and thanks to them I got my dream dress, and I could not be happier!! Was at forever bridal today after falling in love with a dress I seen that they had advertised. I enquired about the dress first and the girls got straight back to me and invited me to there shop today. This is the first shop Ive been to for a wedding dress and the last, as I said yes to the dress!!!! The girls were lovely came to help in the dressing room and offered there expertise. They also provided some shoes so I could take a walk and get comfortable in my chosen dress.They also helped out with choosing a veil and let me try on a few. Today I left with my dress and veil. Just one more less thing to do before the wedding.

Highly recommend forever bridal! I went to about 6 different bridal shops and this was by far my favourite. Such a plush shop with great decor and makes the process feel very special. Great seating area for family, friends etc as you try on dresses and large changing room with great mirrors and lighting. I took my (soon to be) sister-in-law here to start her off on her bridal shopping. Last year I got married so I already knew a few stores but I thought we would start here even though I hadnt been before but they were finalists for the wedding journal award so I assumed they must be good. When we arrived the lady (and I say lady because she never introduced herself so I dont know her name) asked who the bride was and I pointed to the bride and said she was a nervous bride (since this was her first time shopping at wedding dresses). The woman never introduced herself or asked what the bride or my name was. When asked what type of dresses the bride liked, we explained that this was the first store and that we were not completely sure yet because from my experience you may say you dont like lace and then once you actually try it on you love it! The lady in a rude manner said how she has 150 dresses and that she needs something to go off. Feeling like we were under experienced and wasting her time, she quickly picked a few dresses. 3 of which were a fitted style but once the bride put on one of the fitted dresses and said she wasnt too fussed she replied with, ok then. no point even trying on this other dresses in that case, and she then removed the other 2. Again from my experience, just because one dress didnt seem right doesnt mean the remaining dresses of the same style is actually fitted and looks the same as the first? There are many other things I could mention but it would become an essay. In the end we were in and out of this store in 20 minutes feeling rushed, unwanted at the store and deflated. Not a good experience at all for a bride on her first bridal shopping experience. The next place I took her to was Divinity Bridal in Lisburn who I had been to before and their appointments are 1.5 hours each! So that just shows how much effort, time and care they take going through all the options with customers compared to here.

I got my beautiful bridesmaid dresses here and they were so perfect. Leondra was so helpful when I was having trouble deciding on style and colour - even when I changed my mind!! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Top class! I received great service at this shop , Leondra was amazing at helping me pick the right dress to suit me, as I was so unsure what type of dress I wanted, plus the selection of dresses were so beautiful I found it even harder to make up my mind! I used the service of her dressmaker as I am short and my dress was quiet long, I was brought in 2 times for adjustments to make double sure it was fixed right and when amendments were made my dress fitted like a glove! I had so many compliments on my wedding day at how perfectly suited my dress was for my shape and size. Everything went so smoothly that my dress was honestly the last thing on my mind while trying to get everything else sorted. I also got my daughters flower dress at this shop and it was the prettiest dress Id seen after searching everywhere for her. All round a fantastic experience I would do it all again with them if I could and I am always telling people I know to go and check their dresses out.

A huge, luxurious and spacious shop with a huge selection of dresses from traditional to really high fashion. Lots and lots of veils and accessories too. I also loved the bridesmaids which had many many styles and materials. Great bridal shop!!!!!!

I absolutely loved shopping for my dream wedding dress at Forever Bridal. From the moment you step in you are greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at ease! The dresses at Forever Bridal arebeautiful each and every one is amazing, Leondra is so professional and honest which really enhanced my whole experience.

I have been to many bridal shops when searching for my dress. This was the worst!!!!! I found the staff pushy and unwelcoming. They did not ask me anything about my wedding, date, venue or style I liked. They literally took me into the changing room, stripped me and threw dresses at me. The owner of the store walked into the dressing room whilst I was in my underwear and didnt even introduce herself to me. I felt uncomfortable throughout the whole experience and in one particular instance slightly violated. The dresses were also filthy and off putting. Compared to other places I visited, this was just the pits! The dresses were also old fashioned and the bridesmaid dresses were tacky. I like to support local business but when spending this amount of money on a special purchase I expect better service. One to avoid.

I rang this boutique and got an appointment quickly. The shop is beautiful inside and the fitting rooms were spacious and luxurious. Huge mirrors meant I could see the dresses from every angle. Staff were very helpful and professional, and listened to all my ideas and showed me a brilliant range of dresses. With the fantastic selection of dresses I got the dress I wanted there and then. The lady in the shop took all the measurements and it was ordered. I was very happy with the service and delighted to get the dress of my dreams, I would highly recommend. They fit me in despite having not made an appointment and I tried on a dress I wasnt thinking much of until I tried it on and just fell in love with it instantly. I visited this lovely shop on Saturday 12th October with my sister in law. Great experience from start to finish- staff lovely, super friendly and also gave us prosecco .. woohooo!!! great selection of dresses, i would highly recommend!

I came to forever bridal as my first ever wedding dress appointment, the shop itself was beautiful ( and seriously stunning dresses) Leondra asked all the details about my wedding and what style of dress I had in mind, picking out my requests and also what dress she thought would suit me and my venue in Italy.It was the first dress I tried on & thanks to Leondra it was my wedding dress, it was perfect In every way and people are still asking me we’re i got it from & what designer it was. I want to express my gratitude to Leondra and her team at Forever Bridal for helping me get my dream wedding dress, veil and hair accessory as well as a perfect bridesmaid dress for my sister. Leondra is very honest and will give you sound advice on your wedding purchases regarding everything from sizing to style. She is realistic and extremely helpful in what can be a very confusing and stressful part of the wedding process. Finding the perfect dress for yourself and your bridesmaid can have a lot of pressure and expensive, so you want to get it right! So very fortunately Forever Bridal had pretty much everything I needed. I did shop around but I always came back to Leondra. She had exactly what I needed and unlike other bridal stores in NI her pricing is very reasonable for the bridal industry! The staff were very helpful and friendly and in the 1 hour long appointment I was able to try on every dress I wanted to! Would definitely recommend Forever Bridal Boutique to other brides!

Were do I start...well lets just say I was looking forward to my first wedding dress fitting until Id noticed Forever Bridals Administrator, that deals with the shops Social Media websites ie: facebook, twitter and whichever other websites they may have etc, blocked me on facebook due to a trouser suit/dress that was published on their facebook page, just because I stated (hmm it wasnt for me). I didnt realise id been blocked until I tried to send them a private mail and was told I cant. Then I rang the shop to explain and the owner said maybe the adminstrator did it by accident. I said no you cant do this by accident, then she said yes, you go into your settings and do it that way or something, ...firstly she didnt know how it was done and it was classified as an accident then she was running me through the whole process of how its done, funny that actually. Whoses to say she wasnt the administrator. Nevertheless a few hours later im invited to like there facebook page..are they seriously having a laugh, as if id want to have any interest in them after this treatment. Goodluck to losing many more customers due to your childest, imature and very unprofessional workers. I have proof of were and when I was blocked. Ill get my dress in a far better shop than this hell hole, I wouldnt call this a business.

Extremely patronising. My daughter was very uncomfortable with their lack of respect and dignity when changing. We were made to feel like we were not their clientele. And the biggest mistake was being told we couldnt look at bridesmaids dresses because they had already put them away!! It was 1.00pm on a Saturday afternoon!! I would not recommend this shop unless you have 1 particular style in mind because every dress looked the same. On a plus side I will be sending a gift to the store a new dish cloth.

Leondra and her staff are absolutely fantastic, they have so much patience and take a genuine interest in your big day. They found me the perfect dress although I had seen it on 2 other local brides within 6 months ( i nearly died) but it just shows how pretty it was. The j y so much for helping me feel beautiful.

I was extremely dissappointed with my experience in Forever Bridal Boutique and unfortunately would not recommend them to anyone. After reading really good reviews online I was excited for my appointment but that was quickly squashed when I walked into the boutique and met the very unfriendly member of staff who clearly could not be bothered to make myself or my bridesmaid feel welcome or comfortable. Unfortunately the member of staff had us in and out of the shop in approx 20 mins; did not like us looking through the dresses; made unprofessional and embarassing comments about my bust to me and my bridesmaid; said you wouldnt like that one when I asked to try on dresses which I clearly did as I had asked to try them on; shouted next to my bridesmaid to summons her to see dresses on me; had a very grumpy tone of voice and body language; and when I asked for the details of a dress I liked she gave me a bit of paper with the designers name and price on it, and when I asked the actual name of the dress I was told to check her website. I left the boutique feeling very upset with the whole experience.

You have such a huge selection and I know I tried on quite a few dresses but I just knew when I put my dress on it was the one. I cant thank you enough and recommend your shop to any new brides. I cannot recommend Leondra and her staff more. I could have chosen any one of a number of beautiful dresses in her bridal boutique. Every one was as beautiful as the next. Leondra went above and beyond to make my dream dress a reality, liaising with the designer and myself throughout the entire process and making sure my customised changes were completed to perfection. I did not expect this level of client care when choosing a wedding dress but she really could not have done more. The end result turned out perfect and worth all of the efforts put in by leondra, her staff and the designer. An amazing experience I will never forget!

Tanya here, Glenns fiancé. Spent 2 months going a round all bridal shops in London paying 30 quid per appointment and could not find a dress even near what I wanted. When I went home to Belfast I thought I would try forever bridal. This store has such a wide selection of thee most beautiful dresses I could t believe it! I would advise any bride to try this shop first! My little sister is getting married next year and this will be the first shop she will try. Leandre is extremely friendly and professional and was lovely throughout!!

Forever Bridal truly was out of this world. Leondra and Hayley were both absolutely amazing and I honestly couldn’t believe my luck when I met them. This was my fourth bridal shop to visit and I was feeling quite nervous even though I had a little idea of what I liked but Leondra put me at complete ease and she chose lots of different dresses for me to try on- she knew exactly what would suit me. Leondra wasnt pushy and had a lovely way above her. They really went above and beyond.Patricia an absolute gem of a lady- did the alterations in store and she truly was exceptional in every way. Her attention to detail was incredible to ensure that my dress was perfect- which it was. I can’t thank/ recommend Forever Bridal.
