The service department was FANTASTIC while I was stranded on vacation. Our Ford Flex wouldnt start and was towed after hours to the dealer. I called the next day saying that I was on vacation and leaving in 2 days, but had no other car. Tim at service modified his appointments and had his best technician chase down an electrical issue. They were so friendly, helpful, kept me update with phone calls, and solve the issue without a big cost. Just great people and service. Thank you

Over the phone no one is afraid to make any promise necessary to get you to come in, upon arrival they will quote you hundreds of dollars more then previously said. They’re looking to swindle you for as much as possible, I personally received a lease price higher then the price of full purchase brand new. Good luck, don’t go on with any expectations of honesty.

The technicians are very good but thats all I can say thats positive. The service department rep I dealt with (Tim) was not helpful and flat out told me that a part needed to be replaced as it couldnt be fixed. When I explained how I knew otherwise he corrected himself and said, well it can be done just not here. I then brought my 77k brand new truck in to have a recall taken care of (step under the bumper) and I was told that since I didnt but it there and the dealer that sold it to me removed the setup that Quirk wouldnt take care of the recall and install the mandated part. I also went Im and spoke to a salesman (John) about buying a new car and mentioned I had a couple of others I wanted to see before making a decision. I called him the next day and inquired about making a deal on a Mustang GT. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent heard back from him so I went and bought a Mustang GT convertible from another dealership and I was treated right. I do not recommend this dealer unless youre in a bind and need an emergency repair and every other dealer is closed for some reason.

Ive always been treated wonderfully at Quirk Ford. They bend over backwards to get us in for repairs quickly, and are very friendly too. Since moving near them 4 years ago we are about to purchase our next car from them as soon as the new model comes in.

Placed an order for a Ford Raptor and it was delivered as ordered in perfect condition. I dealt with John and he made the whole process extremely smooth. As with any special order vehicle there are wait times associated and John was on top of giving me info on the vehicles progress. I didnt run into any issues and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from John and the Quirk dealership in general. There sales staff are very professional and friendly.

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to! The service department is horrible! I moved to Belfast in January and have taken my car there 3 times and have never left satisfied. Save yourself the hassle and go to Waterville or Bangor. This place is money hungry. The only reason I give them a one is because one time they messed up by not putting my car back together (glove compartment) they gave a free oil change.

Have bought 2 trucks from them and they work hard to get you the deal your looking for and have and excellent service departmental

I have bought 7 vehicles from them over the past 10 years always been good honest direct with me. They are a car dealership they need to make money but they dont rib you to get it and dont force you into stuff so they can make a buck.

Ford dealer in Belfast sucks been trying for at least 2 months to get anyone to talk to me about a used car I have Emile given them my phone number nothing I would not take a car from them at this point if they were giving it to me for free there stuck up snubs who only what people with pockets full of money if you’re on a fixed income like me they won’t give you the time of day I wish I could give ford in Belfast less then 0 and that would be being genuine with them what a bunch of losers
