We took my girlfriends jeep here because it was leaking from the bottom, they had been instructed not to do anything further than to look at it and address the issue so she could replace the part if needed and when the bill should have been only 20 dollars or so it came out to 114 because they did exactly what they were asked not to. Then after this she asked the mechanic a few questions which did not take seriously whatsoever and acted like she was crazy for wanting to know that her car was safe to drive.

These people are fantastic! Very honest up front and hard working. They truly look out for the customer. Because theyre so good, dont think that youre going to be able to bring your car in and have it worked on that day. They are very busy and youll usually have to schedule a few days to a week out for their service. Well worth the wait!!!

They were able to get my car in and fixed so quickly and reasonable. My husband and I have occasionally had Eastside work on our vehicles in the past and have had good experiences with them!!
