Fairly good CVS, store was clean and modern; though some of the shelves were bare. Staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

The absolute WORST pharmacy Ive ever been to in my entire life (about 30 years). The level of ineptitude and incompetence is beyond the pale. If you need a prescription, RUN to another pharmacy. Theyre also the rudest people on the planet, as well. Besides being told my prescription would be ready on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, and then Thursday, I now find out thats it on backorder even though their automated system says it will be available today. Their response, The automated system can only predict. I *had* been getting the same prescription there every single month for 30 years and somehow, someway, they tell me they arent in charge of logistics. This place sucks beyond any place Ive ever seen. Also, any and every time theres a problem, they blame it on excessive turnover. If that doesnt tell you how inept they are, I dont know what does.

Avoid this location at all costs. I had an appointment for a PCR test at noon on Wed. Oct. 6. I arrived at the drive thru ten minutes early. I did not leave until 1:15 pm. When I said to the lady working with gauged ears that it has been over an hour she snapped not to yell and that she is working on it. The whole time the employees can be heard laughing. No acknowledgement of my wait just had to sit and deal with their imcompatnace while the line of cars behind me got longer and longer. Not even an apology for the wait. My wife went to another location was in an out in less than 20 minutes and already got her test results back.

Theyre a great team when it comes to being passionate about getting the COVID 19, also when others are overwhelmed and hurting...they completely understand and was very helpful in allowing me to make my own decision...Thank You CVS....🤗

Everytime I go in Im greeted by a smiling face. The store is clean and has a good layout. Everyone in the pharmacy is nice and quick as well. They answer all questions or find someone who knows the answer and makes sure you understand the medication you are taking.

Pharmacy needs to be reprimanded they NEVER answer their phone

The young man I assume was manager was great. He greeted me when I walked in. When I got to the register, he was doing paperwork or something and the cashier was halfway through ringing up a customer and I was the only person in line, but he immediately jumped onto a register to check me out anyway. Super friendly. I wish I’d gotten his name, this was Saturday, July 6. Keep it up man I appreciate you.

Every time I go here to fill a prescription there’s some issue. They never call to let me know it’s ready. They tell me a time and then it’s still not ready. I’ve verified my number multiple times. What really set me off is the fact that we had my sons 2 scripts sent in tonight. We get there and the lady at the window says they don’t have them and starts to shut the window. So my boyfriend asked when they would be ready. She says 15 minutes. I go back about a half hour later and she told me they could only fill one. No explanation, no answer as to when it would be filled. Call a different CVS to have it transferred and I’m told they didn’t fill it because his insurance didn’t cover it. It’s $12. So instead of calling and saying that and asking if I still want it filled, they take it upon themselves to just not fill it. Horrible customer service. I was really sad that Walgreens no longer takes his insurance because I hate this CVS

Worst pharmacy in town, they do everything they can to not fill your prescription almost as if theyre the doctor who called in and they assume you have a condition where your medication isnt needed. They are not doctors and if its for a narcotic well good luck getting it filled because they do everything in their power to not fill it..

An employee in pharmacy took it upon herself to deside that I did not need a paper receipt and sent it to my email. I do not have a printer. The way I keep track of med purchases and how they are paid for require my having a receipt. Bottom line -- management needs to tell employees Not to assume what a customer does or does not need.

Most of the employees are nice but theres a few that Ive come across recently that are rude and have no concern for the costumer.

The people there are very friendly. Always helpful if I have any questions. Even though we have a CVS closer, this is where we always go. The pharmacy people are the BEST!!!!!

Clean and nice looking but some of thee worst customer service. Happily went down the road to Walgreens where I gladly gave them my money. Walgreens was clean, nice looking, and customer service was superb.

Four registers, one attendee. Waited 20 minutes in a line of three people. Dont waste your time here.

I like it you can get in and get out easy most of the time they are friendly me and my family always goes there for medicine and drinks and stuff the only problem is when you get that card for discounts you may lose it but its not there fault to I think its awesme!

Went to the cvs pharmacy and Jennifer the pharmacy tech backed away from the counter and asked out loud if my son has chicken pox in front of everybody in line. After she said this everybody in line backed up and was staring at my son. My son has a mast cell disease that causes him to have spots that he’s already insecure about. She needs to be fired.

Horrible........my daughter was in this store and the pharmacist was VERY rude. Refused to fill my granddaughters prescription even though my daughter had a paper script with an increased dosage. This is all because they dont keep accurate records and didnt see where they had split the script last time because they didnt have all the medication in stock. Long story short, after phone calls from the doctor my daughter. etc, she gets the call the the prescription can now be filled, only to find out that the prescription has been lost. REALLY?????? What a JOKE!! this is why I use Walgreens. Horrible customer relations.

This is the most irresponsible pharmacy I have ever used . I go to Walgreens to fill my daughters medicine an they tell me I have to go to cvs because they no longer take her insurance . The lady tells me it has to be sent over an to call cvs to have it transferred. Well instead of calling i go there . The pharmacy tech says that Walgreens has to send them so I call Walgreens an the say cvs has to call to have them sent . So the pharmacy tech calls an says shes having them sent over to her . Well I tell the women helping me that I will just come back for them in the morning since theres so many . Well well well I get up this morning an call an the tech I spoke to said she had no idea what I was talking about nothing had been sent . So I tell her my situation an she goes on telling me I have to name all the medicine and then she could have the sent over . This place is a joke because when I got to cvs then bring them the list of medicine they already have them now . Wow is all I can say because it didnt take all that stupidity to get them so why did it happen that way why couldnt they just do there job instead of being lazy .

The people that work here are very rude and treat people horrible, and they cant seem to get time for pick up right each person you talk to will tell you a different time. I will take my business elsewhere.
