I was on hold for the pharmacy for 43 minutes when the recording said they were closing for lunch and I could hold or call back. Have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week forget about trying to use automated service you can’t get anywhere. Either it’s out of stock or there is a problem with my insurance are the most common answers. I won’t use Walgreens ever again the store or pharmacy . This happens every time I go there. EVERYTIME

Trash. Worst place ever!! I had a walk-in flu voucher from my unit in the army and its valid until next year I went up there and showed them the voucher and they told me no walk-ins. Like if u guys dont do walk-ins what the fuvk is this Walgreens walk-in voucher I got from the military ( government)

Yet another inept pharmacy that doesnt have a clue. Go ahead and try and call them and ask the pharmacy a question. You will be on hold no less than 1 hour and then disconnected. I was told that my prescription would be ready on Tuesday, and then Wednesday, and then Thursday, and now, its on backorder. According to the pharmacist, its not their job to make sure that prescription drugs are in stock. Dont believe me: try calling them one time and spending less than 1 hour on the phone listening to hold music AND then being disconnected. I literally walked into their pharmacy after being on hold for over an hour, was the first in line, and there were 3 employees doing nothing while I was waiting on hold. They are lazy, slow, incompetent and flat out do not care about anything but whenever its time to clock out.

Scheduled my second covid shot and when I showed up the pharmacy was closed. No warning or reschedule.

This place is trash slow at everything they do all starts with the rude pharmacist. Tell you, your script will be ready today.Go back at closing time and lazy pharmacist says it will be ready tomorrow cause he dont have time to get it ready shouldnt have said it would be ready today then. It gets worse everyday poor customer service.

The pharmacy staff is super slow, condescending, and inattentive. Switching to CVS.

Its the only Walgreens Ive ever walked into that had no shopping carts and it wasnt even that busy at that time I believe they are using them for storage carts in the back.

Good folks work here and take quality care of their customers.

The manager Darin has great customer service skills. He once did everything her could and helped me figure out where my lost fedex package had went and when going in to get some cold medicine he said “sorry you are t feeling well”. Overall a great store and great customer service!

Cant get anyone to answer a phone. Keep cutting the pharmacy hours, cant even go drop off before work & dont even try going between 5:30 - 7... youll be there for @ least an hour, in the drive thru???

This place always has the kindest workers whenever you go in. They bring the small town feel back into the less fun things to do in life. This Walgreens store really has the best staff and they should be grateful for their employees.

Always great service...until yesterday. Not sure who the pharmacist is currently...she was very unprofessional. Obviously I was at the counter to pick up my prescription, circumstances where the tech had to talk to the pharmacist. She didnt come to the counter, instead we talked from about 20 feet apart. Asking my birth date and other info was discussed as well....from a far distance. Just unprofessional in my opinion. Will still go to this pharmacy no matter what.

Great Staff. They are always helpful and very Clean store.

I cant remove my original negative review, so Ill just edit it and comment on the way things are now. After a rough start with changing pharmacies we finally smoothed out the rough edges. I was pretty disgruntled at first but after more communication things improved .I think well be just fine now.

I get all my prescriptions here, they do a great job of getting things right the first time and getting me out the door/through the drive-thru quickly. Staff is very knowledgeable as well.

So far..ive had a terrible time getting to speak with a pharmacist...i was transferred to this store recently with the closing of my store on raymond st...not real happy so far.each time i call i am put on hold for at least 10 min...have never spoken with anyone because after 10 min.i hang up!!!!

It still shows its a 24 hour store and it isnt. Only open 6am to midnight. PEOPLE like me are force to go almost 10 miles away to a CVS. I despise CVS. This store and pharmacy is such a tremendous help being open 24 hours. Ive come here for 23 years now. Deeply disappointed that Im sometimes not given a choice to where I get my scripts filled among other things. What a shame

The pharmacist decided that despite my Dr. prescription that I didnt need my post surgery medication after a major very painful shoulder surgery. I guess the law suit against Walgreens for filling illegal prescriptions makes them now some kind of pain medication nazis. Went to CVS and got it filled no questions asked. I will never use their pharmacy again.
