I’ve had my storage here well over six months, the experience was great from start to finish. Christine was always a wonderful help, best customer service and attitude.

We needed temporary storage space while we were between our old apartment and new home. The staff here couldnt have been friendlier and more professional and the free use of the box truck was the cherry on top. When it came time to cancel our service, location manager Christine made the process simple and drama-free. Would definitely use this location again when we need temporary storage.

Easily rented a 10 x10 unit online for a great price. No contact needed. After beginning the move we realized wed underestimated our needs. So we went into the office and spoke with Alicia (I think) who was fantastic. She advised us that it would be cheaper to rent a larger unit online as we had before than doing it in office. So we quickly did that so she could credit the rental from the smaller unit toward the larger. She was very efficient and pleasant to work with. The facility had clean units and wide lanes toward all the units. Very happy to have used this location!

Best self in Bedford/Euless. Used this storage for several years. Christine is the best!!! Always friendly, polite and professional and available to help if you need her. Have been using this location for about 14 months now been happy with it so far. Was running late to make a payment before they closed the office I called and Christine said she would wait for me to get there. got there right at closing and she still took care of me. Highly recommended.

Christine was extremely helpful with getting me set up with a place to park my RV, and was very friendly and easy to work with. The property appears to be clean and well maintained, and rental rates are reasonable for the area.

I was so pleased with Alicia, she has the best personality and was so kind you should be very proud to have such a great worker!!! I will send anybody and everybody to see you thank you for making it so easy for me.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Both of the women who work in the main office are incredible and go above and beyond! My rates never change and I never have an issue reaching them!!

The front staff has been extremely helpful and friendly which is why we have rented multiple units. The units are clean. After experiencing issues with renting online, the on-site staff rectified the situation quickly and professionally. They worked to help find me a unit close to my previously rented unit without request. They even helped with great advice on a dying plant situation I had.

The store manager Christine is amazing. She will guide you to the right decision and is always helpful. I have been with them for almost 2 years now and never had a problem with the front staff or the location.

I have rented storage at this location (Hwy. 121) for several years and I have never been more pleased. Martha Sanchez is a great manager. Shes very knowledgeable and super nice. Unlike other storage companies Uncle Bobs doesnt continually go up on the rent all the time. Great storage facility.

We had error with our payment, not only did she assist in every way, she was absolutely polite, stayed on it, and 1st thing monday morning, she got it placed back to our account. She is professional, so sweet, courteous! Hands down, one of the most wonderful persons Ive ever met.

We rented 2 spaces from this store. Martha Sanchez assisted us with both units. I have never before witnessed such a wonderful store manager. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. Moreover, she was friendly and went out of her way to make certain that we were taken care of. In todays world, this level of customer service just doesnt exist anymore. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I have had bad experiences with other companies before and didnt have great expectations, however from the moment I walked through the door Catherine and Christine offered impeccable customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed. The prices are comparable, I will be giving them my service very soon!

My husband and I came in here on a Saturday looking for a storage unit in order to store some work related stuff and possibly a vehicle. The store a manger and associate manager we’re both there and were wonderfully helpful. They took us around to see different units, gave us tips on how to save money, and also took the time to talk with us about the rules etc of the parking spaces.We were so impressed we went with this storage place that day, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It is clear both ladies enjoy their jobs and are able to pass that positivity on to their clients. They also have optional 24 hour access and other options that fit our needs. We will continue to use this facility for our expanding storage needs, and recommend them to anyone not looking for climate controlled storage.1/23/19 Update: The staff here continue to be very helpful and go above and beyond. The units are reasonably priced, and we couldnt be happier still after a year or so.

I will say that Life Storage has always met my expectations of cleanliness, security, easy and convenient access and fair pricing. I have been with Uncle Bobs storage in Euless for a little over a year and I love it. The store manager Martha is amazing and I while I hope she never leaves while Im renting my unit, I knows she is destined for bigger and better positions! She has amazing customer service and Ive never had an issue that couldnt be resolved quickly.

If you’re in need of a storage this is the place! I rented a storage from them and then realized that it was too small... few days later my husband talked to the store manager about the situation and she helped us get a bigger one in no time! Had all my stuff moved over the same day!!
