Went to Texas Harley Davidson for the first time when I needed tires for my 20 Ultra Limited. My original dealership didnt have what I needed but Texas Harley did. Had them do my 5k service as well and even picked up a new derby cover while I was there. Outstanding service and parts staff who genuinely seemed to want my business, definitely a next-level experience as compared to what Im used to. Its a longer drive from my house, but Ill gladly make the trip for their professionalism, attention to detail and overall make it happen attitude. I put off taking my bike here for 2 years because I was certain I would be ripped off. I was also a little intimidated to go because I dont fit the Harley steroetype. Im not big and burley...Im thin and scrawny.This service here has been oustanding on both visits. My service manager John was very kind and even shook my hand. I appreciate that. The cute girl with purple hair gave me a warm smile when I went to pay.In my opinion, the quality of repair and the overall experience is well worth the minor premium you may pay for Harley service.Bring your bike here.

But, after stating my case and talking to the service director, Ron, my original anger was quickly erased. I have bought 4 bikes from Adam Smith, Texas Harley, and that is the only place I have ever had my bikes serviced. This time showed me why I have remained a loyal customer. Ron was able to make good on the repair, the part, and even threw in a wash. All I paid for was the inspection I had done. Very gorgeous and spacious. There are many motorcycles but set up is so good that it isnt distracting. They have some really nice apparel here and bike accessories. There are places to sit and eat. There are vending machines. Some really good events happen here. Staff is friendly, courteous and educated. Many of the sales people own their own bikes.You can meet cool people at events and find grest groups to be a part of.

I had a great experience. It started with Becca from online sales. I went in for a 10 am appointment to buy my 2018 Softail Fat Boy 114. The person I was supposed to meet wasnt there because it was his day off, but Freddy jumped in and was very helpful. Even when I told him I already had someone else arranged to sell the bike he didnt care. It turns out Freddy got the sale, or at least I hope so! I dealt with many other people that day as well who were all very helpful. Several different employees showed me the different areas of the dealership while finance prepared my paperwork. The dealership is massive and very nice!! They have also called 2-3 times since my purchase to make sure everything is going well. Oh, and they delivered my bike to my home for free since it rained the whole week. I would recommend Texas Harley-Davidson!

My 2017 Ultra Classic became very sluggish. Yea as Harley Davidson sent a truck all the way to Wichita Falls to pick it up. Bike had an extended warranty. Texas Harley kept me well informed and work was done in the exact amount of time I was told it would be done in. Bike runs so much better than it ever did before. Bought my 1st out of 9 Harley at Adam Smiths dealership in 2010 but wow! The new dealership is huge! Live in Cali now but Riverside or any other dealerships need to visit and benchmark what a HD dealership should look like. Its bigger than Las Vegas Harley.

Liars and thieves. Knowingly misled me on value of my bike which I had to sell for health reasons. They also know this. Even said, we are offering you this because we know the true value of your bike.They then put my bike on their lot for 50% more than they paid me for it.Thieves - all of them.

The Real Review comes only after a year of using the Motorcycle ... So here is mine !Sales - I really appreciate the sales guys and manager, very friendly and have the best selling tactics... I bought a used 2016 Harley Roadster... A quite modified one ( the previous guy had made a lot of modification ).So after the test drive, I noticed that there was too much heat from the exhaust, but the sales guy convinced that its normal and Texas heat, but after use of 6 months thats due to the modified exhaust and its not normal ..There was a scratch - dent on the tank, which they had hidden with some paint, which came off in a week of purchase...I was told Harleys have good resale value, as when I bought this, I traded in my bmw bike, which I bought for 6 K, for 2.5K ! But they sold that in their Lucky Penny Cycles for 5 K !But now again when I want to sell, its being asked for a low price despite low miles.. quite started hating the brand because of the experience I had with this showroom and bike.

They worked very hard to get me a deal on a used Streetglide. The whole staff that I felt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was an excellent experience and this is my first Harley purchase. I really liked the fact that they took the time to get to know my riding habits and what I wanted in a bike instead of just trying to sell me whatever bike they wanted to get rid of. I was never talked down to because I new absolutely nothing about Harley. I have been riding for years but I had never ridden a Harley or been around them.

So on I whim, I decided I wanted new grips on a Road Glide I recently purchased at Texas Harley-Davidson. So I rode up there not knowing that they were having one of their many Saturday parties with live music and food trucks. They were super busy. But despite how busy they were, within an hour they installed the grips I chose and even washed my bike for me. They always treat me great and are quick to get things done.

I love Texas HD and all the people Ive met there. Everyone from the sales staff, parts department, maintenance and even the other riders that show up for events or the Saturday morning ride. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the website and shopping from it. I find some items online that I cant find when visiting the shop and vice versa. I love this place and will continue to be a faithful customer.

I took the msf course here. My instructors Marc and Ben were fantastic. I learned a ton on the range over the course of two days. Definitely recommend coming here if looking to learn how to ride. They provide water, but definitely bring your own as well if doing this over the summer to stay hydrated.

There is more to tell then google will allow but ill try.They claim this bike is ready to go... Missing anything????I explained to him I’m looking to have my dad’s bike fixed for father’s dayThe bike would not run and needed a few other things, (mostly being closed up)It took them 2.5 days to tell me it needed a new battery, they found out Friday night it needed a new water pump, (too late cant order it and cant ride the bike. They were provided all the parts they needed to put it all back together but they didnt...Dont ever expect a call from them, they wont call you, they wont give you updates and if you have a larger project they will brush you off. There are too many other dealers in the area to put of with this kinda of service. THEY DONT CARE. The fact this bike sat for as long as it did proves THEY DONT CAREI will give them credit they got the bike back running and kind of put back together (lose bolts and lose parts but it was put back together) by 6:45pm Saturday. It’s sad the ONLY reason for this is because I had to FORCE them to do it. If would have been even a little bit less forceful the bike would still be in their shop! For a dealer and a total of over 1K I expected the bike to be ready to roll and to look like they cared. I can with 100% certainty say had I not started micromanaging this process on Friday it would not have been even ready to ride Saturday. I can also say with 100% certainty no one at this shop cared about the project

Interaction was solely with parts dept and checkout counter. Could not have been a better transaction. Parts guys are knowledgeable and dont give off the impression they are just trying to sell you on stuff you dont need. Checkout ladies are ALWAYS absolute dolls. Will definitely revisit this location!

Big place and they have their training for new riders in the back parking lot. We had fun looking at all the bikes and retail area. They only have newer year bikes and lots of different models to look at. If you are looking for a cheaper older bike this is probably not the place. Nothing bad about that. The finance guy (didnt catch his name) for what I see probably all of their finance staff needs to work on customer service I was talking to him about looking at some numbers and when my wife spoke he just shook his head like this woman dares to speak. We left, everything was good up until that point. I recommend going elsewhere the only reason why they are getting any stares is that the sales staff is very friendly. Mixed on if I will go back.

This one is payed for so I was gonna buy a new one from them but hell naw….. My Experience with this Harley dealer was absolutely terrible. I walked in there with hopes to get on my first bike, something on the cheaper end which is how it started out. With a Credit Score just under the 7s the best they could do was a 17 % interest rate...they used the whole well its a luxury vehicle...walked out of there financing 20K at 72 months! Now one year later and 1k off the principle the bike is worth 10K. Dont waste your money here, the other harley dealerships in the area cant even figure out how I got so screwed on this deal all thanks to Mianca the finance manager.

Great people and service! Roger did excellent on getting me in and out with great follow up keeping me posted all the way through my service. Bobcat always does a great job and continues keep me up to date on my 2019 Ultra Limited with great advice on keeping it in great shape. Always has for years! Nobody touches my bikes except Texas HD and I am talking about over 10 of them over the years!

I completed the MSF Harley Davidson Riding Academy this past weekend and I want to give kudos to both John and Mitch. Very good course and you can tell they care about what they are doing and about you. John will get in your a$$ if you dont do what is required, but that is a good thing, it aint no joke when you are out there on the roads. Realistic training riding scenarios. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and learned a lot. Dont think you can just show up and pass, you have apply yourself and pass the tests, but thats the way it should be for motorcycle safety.Survey wanted me to leave a review on my purchase but I already reviewed my Riding Academy so this is related to the purchase. Thanks to Dustin my salesman for all he did to make my first motorcycle purchase pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Also thanks to Travis for making the financing pleasant. I dont think there is enough space here to add everything I loved about buying our very first Harley Davidson from this dealership. We worked with a salesperson by the name of Micah Long for about a month over the phone, email, and text messaging. I wanted to buy my husband a new bike, but we had very strict guidelines as far as how much we could spend. Micah and one of their finance guys Nick worked tirelessly looking for bikes that fell within those guidelines, actually listening to our wishes and requests as far as mileage, year, make and model. (My husband desperately wanted a 17 or newer Road Glide.) They found us exactly what we wanted at just the right down payment and monthly payments. The test rides Micah took my husband on, with me riding, were amazing. They werent rushed, it was a variety of roads, highways, curves and straight lines. After the deal was made and the dotted line signed, we got a detailed tour of the dealership (which is gloriously huge, btw) after a fun (and loud!) celebration as a welcome to my husband and I to the HD family. We got to meet their service department (this shop has 3 master techs!!! And their back shop quite literally sparkles.), brooks in accessories, (really great, brutally honest guy 😂), alicia who showed us the ropes, where to find what, and all about their weekly and monthly events (think family reunions but more often and less drama 😁). When the most fun parts were over and it was time to sign the last of the paperwork, Mianca helped guide us through picking out a theft protection and warranty plan, and busted her butt to find us what we needed for the price we needed it at. All in all, any purchase of this kind will be made at this dealership. Even if it means driving to here from Shreveport, lousiana (again). This store is amongst a group of dealerships owned by a gentleman named adam (I dont remember his last name 😔) whose employees make it clear that they are treated well, just like family, because that glows through how they treat their customers. We left feeling confident with our purchase, knowing that wed never ride alone.. I love you guys ❤❤❤

Was told things were wrong with my bike and they tried to steal my new lithium battery. Over charged for services not done. I had to call to be told I needed to buy a new battery before diag could continue. Service manager called to tell me the things that were wrong but turns out he doesnt know whats up. Thanks for ripping me off and paying for service not done and trying to steal a new and good 300 dollar battery.

Top notch team. Extremely good customer service. I have called the parts department and given them my shopping list and then have my daughter pick it up. This was 3 cases of oil and filters plus some other assorted parts and the part crew carried it all out to her car for her, now that is service. They also maintain a good Facebook presence to announce the many events they hold there.

Recently purchased a 2006 FXST from Texas Harley Davidson, found the bike I was looking for on their website then worked with Becca (internet sales) to arrange driving up to check out the bike. Parts department is usually top of the field. J buy a lot of parts. These guys will take a couple of extra minutes even on a fairly cheap part if you have fitment questions.

One of the guys that works there, Sean, was sooooo helpful. Not just did we have a great conversation about the bikes but he treated me very respectfully and taught me a lot. Being a female, sometimes it’s just assumed we don’t know anything about bikes but seriously, Sean was just so great and easy to talk to and I 100% recommend anyone go and talk to him!

Was overwhelmed by their sales team service quickly answering questions & getting back to me with pricing & finance details. Very courteous & professional team. They even made all shipping arrangements too. Being I was out of state. They sent a video with the bike running which made the Final Sale. They said the Forty Eight was a ten out of ten. The massive amount of bike to take in is overwhelming! Plan on spending half a day here if you’ve never been. Someone will gladly take you on a tour which I highly recommend. The assortment of motor clothes is abundant and if you can’t find what you are looking for here, you won’t find it anywhere.

DON’T MAKE A MISTAKE...GO TO TEXAS HARLEY FIRST!!I drove all the way up to Dallas from Houston for the bike and the deal which was a good one. They had the color and options I was looking for. Daniel, Nick and Jerry all made me feel like family. I will never go anywhere else to buy a bike. Alicia in motor-clothes helped me get just the right shirt for the wife. I trailered the bike back to Houston. I was about 30 min down the road trying to beat rush hour traffic. Jerry called to tell me that I left my helmet I told him I was about half an hour down the road and he said he would ship it to me. I tried to pay him for the shipping but he wouldn’t hear of it. That’s the kind of customer service you can’t put a price on! I’ll be back again and if you’re smart you’ll go too.Charles
