This business is an absolute blessing.Drove three and a half hours for my spotless ‘19 Busa with 2k miles from them in Dec, had a hiccup with blowing a hole through my radiator in early March. They beat the price of the nearest authorized Suzuki dealer by hundreds. Ordered the part and took real good care of me.Even though my insurance covered the majority of the towing I had to use, they were willing to work with me on getting my Busa towed to them anyway possible if I couldn’t do it.They got me back on 2s so quick it they were probably breaking the speed limit themselves. Cheif is the sales rep that took great care of me and made sure everything on my bike was in 100% road worthy condition. What a joke. Went and looked at a bike and tried to negotiate. We all expect this and do this when buying vehicles of any kind, especially used vehicles. They came back with a price HIGHER than asking price and tax included. Then said it would be $500 MORE if I financed. Crooks looking to F over people that are afraid to ask for something off. I know they can always say no, but to RAISE the price. This place must be run by the Harley dealer around the corner. Didnt bother listening to the BS to hear about how the advertised price doesnt include extras that they dont tell you about until AFTER you look at the price tag.Ive been riding for 20 years and have had over 15 bikes in that time and have NEVER had a dealer pull this.Update - The dealership GM reached out to me about this review and wanted to clarify the reasoning for the increase in price was due to a Dealer Prep Fee and the extra $500 for financing was a miscommunication with the new salesman. The GM was willing to waive the Dealer Prep Fee and work a deal with me to get the bike I wanted for less. I have upgraded the rating on this from a 1-star rating to its current level due to the GM reviewing and being receptive of feedback left online and willing to work with me.

Its hard to put into words how great my experience with Lucky Penny was. Making a large purchase is a difficult decision (for me). Steven Facemire was my salesperson. He was nice, informative and wonderful for someone like me...not pushy. As we walked thru this several day process Steven was attentive and easy to get a hold of. Great little used motorcycle store with no shortage of inventory as of this post. Friendly, helpful staff. For what its worth, this is the first online review I have submitted.....ever. I financed a high mileage 99 Harley through these guys. Part of the sale is a full maintenance and bike inspection, before you take it off the lot. While inspecting it, a check engine light came on. It was for the cam position sensor. Without question they replaced it with a new part ($150) free of charge. There was still a check engine light. Their mechanic traced the wires and found a simple grounded wire (short). Which is not uncommon for an 18 year old bike. They fixed that. Now, instead of just passing the bike along as fixed, they went above and beyond. They went through the entire electrical system on the bike to ensure that there were no other issues that could be prevented. They found the stereo as questionable, so they replaced it with a brand new JVC. Then, to continue with there excellent service, they delivered the bike to me, 60 miles away, simply due to the delay. These guys are the real deal. They care about there customers and they have done everything that I could imagine to make that clear. Shop Lucky Penny.

The staff here are so helpful and courteous. By far one of the most friendly motorcycle dealerships I’ve been to. Preston helped me when I came in last weekend, but every employee I encountered greeted me to make sure I was being helped. Nick, one of the managers, made sure to meet with me and go over the quote they provided on the bike I sold to them to make sure I understood everything. When I finalized the sale yesterday, they were ready for me and made the process a breeze.

Went in to look at a couple bikes I found online after work Saturday. I needed to sit on and figure out what cruiser belonged next to my Daytona 675 at home. I didn’t really expect to leave with anything, and left on a Harley I never thought I’d even sit on. Sales staff / management were plenty friendly, stayed with me after hours to get me on the right bike for me, and made it happen. Couldn’t recommend a better place to get a bike.

I had been looking at getting my first motorcycle for a few years now, and saw plenty of ads for Lucky Penny Cycles while I was searching and decided to go in to check them out in person. From the moment I walked in, these guys were absolutely amazing! It was a busy afternoon, and Preston took the time to stop and check on me as he was finishing up with another customer. Once he was finished, Preston came and found me on the show room floor and walked me through all the options they had that fit my criteria. Not only did she show me the bikes that I was looking for, but he also explained in great detail the stories behind the bike and the unique qualities that each bike had as far as power/ speed/ handling/ etc. One of my big fears going into a shop for the first time was having a sales rep talk to me like I was less than, because I did not know everything that I was talking about. Or having someone try to push a sale on me that I was not ready for. There was none of that here. These guys were unbelievable. Coming from someone who works in customer service, these guys surpassed all of my expectations and were top notch all around from the second you walk in the door, to the follow up text the next day to check on you and see how you were doing with your decision making. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was looking to make a motorcycle purchase, and promise that you will not be disappointed!

He spent ~ two hours total one hour the first trip to see a Onewheel then another hour when I went back a few weeks later to purchase one. Great experience buying from here. Bre, the sales specialist, was super helpful and even let me take the bike out for a test ride. There’s no BS or shady tricks here with pricing, no pressure sales on things like warranty extensions. Just some good honest bike lovers who want to sell them. Their selection is vast, with a focus on Harleys and cruisers / baggers but they seemed to have a nice selection of sports bikes as well. I will definitely be back for any future business.

As spring slowly approaches, I thought back to last spring and my experience with Lucky Penny. I had ridden down to the Dallas area from Ontario, Canada on my Triumph Bonneville. I started have some problems with the bike and looked for a shop. It was a Monday and it seemed only Lucky Penny was open. Managed to get the bike there. LP is mainly a used MC sales shop and they had their own used bikes to work on, but Nick and the guys went out of their way to help. They immediately got the bike up and took a look. Everyone in the shop was friendly and outgoing. They showed us around the place and chatted MCs and touring. A beautiful shop with well cared for MCs. They got my Bonneville in condition to get on the road and went out of their way to get me in contact with the Triumph dealer at RPM for further work the next day. Lucky Penny is a business that cares about motorcycles and are great representatives of Texas hospitality!

Will is awesome! Not sure how some of these people complain about low ball offers for their trade. It’s a trade, you’ll likely never get what you paid. However for me, I actually got MORE for my trade-in value than what I paid for the bike! Check around the other major dealers in the area and you will find the prices at Lucky Penny are generally lower. Dealer fees are also very competitive. Salesmen are low pressure and willing to help you find the bike that you want and is fitting for you. They have a lot to offer in variety of metric and US cruisers. From my experience the staff are not brand snobs as they want the customer to just be happy on two wheels. I rode in on a Harley cruiser and left with a sport bike. I went in shopping around for a dealer and not a bike and will be returning when I’m ready for that Fat Bob!

I was interested in a Can Am Spyder. I filled out application and salesman called me. I told him what I could afford. He said we could work something out. I was put off for a week. He said he had to speak to manager which I do not know why. He told me I was approved and he would put numbers together and let me know shortly. NEVER HEARD BACK!!! That is NOT how you treat potential customers. I was even going over 200 miles to purchase. Its ok Ill look at other dealerships who would actually value customers
