This place is HORRIBLE!!! The people who work here are SO rude and lazy. They act like it bothers them to do their job they no nothing about giving good customer service. The manager is as bad as the rest no leadership at all!!!!

Dollar tree is great for some items. Know what is and isnt a good buy. I like their microfiber duster, plate organizer, LA Awesome cleaner, and their battery operated puck/stick up lights.

I like this Dollar Tree location. Its big, clean, well organized and it seems to have more stuff than the other two Ive been going to. Theres only Christmas stuff now. If youre looking for materials to make crafts, theyre all gone!! They were gone two weeks ago. :(

Martha the teenager working here, never said hello and kept checking her phone. She also threw my candles in a bag without even offering to wrap them. This location has the best selection but that kid almost got cussed out for being so rude

Everything there is a dollar and you can find some awesome bargains not to mention if you like crafting and sewing and painting. This place is wonderful and a dollar store akin to kichaels

The have good stuff for a good amount of price

This dollar tree is a lot better than the one off of 121. However, the teenage girl who only speaks to the white customers needs to go work elsewhere. Being that I’m sure she needs that job I won’t embarrass her by telling her about herself but ppl like her don’t need to work in a public environment if they have clear out dated bias. I just thought to myself well considering my life and hers she’s obviously struggling. The rest of the staff is great though

Dollar Tree is always a pleasure to shop. They always have great things for future and past occasions.

Service has gone down with the negative attitude of the current manager on duty, 12.22.2020 4:20pm. Rude customer service and restricts customer flow by not managing stocking to allow customers to shop freely in a safe environment. When she was asked about it she was rude with an annoyed, pushy, sarcastic demeanor. The stocking worker’s demeanor was reflecting a worse attitude. Times are already hard enough for Americans. Why make it worse?

Good selection for stuff thats a dollar

Christmas Eve of all days... A cashier calling a customer a B## among other things!! All because the customer wanted his coffee cups wrapped with news paper.. I’ve been in guest services 15 yrs and this was top 10 of one of the worst experiences I’ve ever seen.. To top it off the manager allowing it . I’ve been going to this store for almost 8 yrs now and this by far is the worst I’ve ever seen it. I do hope y’all turn this around or your gonna lose Bedford’s business.

Nice store...BUT WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU ONLY HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING (AN OLDER MAN AT THAT(WALTER))?DONT GET ME WRONG, HE WAS DOING THE BEST HE COULD ON THE REGISTER BY HIS SELF..(I even overlooked his bit of an attitude, because I was understanding to his situation)...BUT REALLY, ONE PERSON?....THE WAIT IN LINE, WAS JUST ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE....HAD I NOT NEEDED MY 2 ITEMS,I WOULDNT HAVE WAITED 25 MINUTES...THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS....

Being the flagship location they always have more and better items

I really like shopping at this location because they almost always have a large inventory and seasonal items.The employees are really nice and courteous. Even if there is a line at the register the wait is not long.

Well I did enjoy this store til I ordered something to be sent to store off their website to the store for pickup. Got the email it was at store went on my day off to pick up and they couldnt find it. Thinking since they got their District Manager involved maybe something better would come of it. So after not hearing from either DM or store went back to store to see if they found it only to be told there was too much in the backroom and they were not going to take the time to go find it. Said that if it goes more than 6 days and they didt find I would get the refund then. Is this the new way you take care of a customer. Sorry but Dollar Tree you have lost my business.

Love this store. Nothing here you cant use. For a dollar? Greeting cards 2 for a dollar. Frozen items, fresh bread, party supplies, Christmas decorations galore. The place to shop if you want to save money and still find quality items.

I went to get birthday cards but of course I got other things also. Always do.

I needed over 50 small gift bags for Christmas gifts and they had more than enough in stock. Well stocked with quality items and they have friendly employees.

Been standing here for 25 minutes while the manager is in the office and one cashier trying to inflate balloons and check people out at the same time.

What a terrific change in operation, during the past 6 months. This store is starting to jump with added food merchandise that is really great for the price everything a Dollar (plus tax on certain items). Very freindly personnel and always willing to help.

I always get a great deal here. This is a super place to purchase party favors, supplies and cheap off brand cleaning supplies.The store was messy the day I visited. It is hit or miss on cleanliness at this location. Also, Ive had to wait to check on several times, as they dont seem to have enough cashiers .The staff are friendly and courteous.

Unhelpful manager.Called to see if store had hanging planters and coconut liners in stock. Bought 10 of them a few months ago and now I need 4 more of each. Had to go to a few different Dollar Trees to find out who stocked. Spend over $130!Was going to be smarter this time. I called and talked to Tanya. She doesnt know if they have any or not. Well, can she check? No, she cant. Can someone else check? No, they cant; no one else there.Is there a manager I could call who could tell me? No, she is the manager. There is no one that can ever tell me. Why do I want to know whether the hanging baskets and liners are in stock? Because I want to buy some. And I dont want to drive 5 miles if they dont have.Tanya tells me I have no other choice.What awful customer service!! I dont know about other stores but this woman does NOT like customers. Must be on salary and not commission.Awful store.

I liked their selection, however some stuff in there is well over a dollar ($5, $10), which could be misleading to some people.

I love this store its nice and well stocked. If people feel the need to complain then go somewhere else like.... Walmart and pay more. Its a dollar store youre getting a great deal so just hush!!

Always a line in the checkout. No matter what time of day that you go. they need more cashiers! Items are mostly always in stock but there have been times when they havent restocked and shelves are bare. I went in this last Valentines day and the shelves were empty. I prefer the larger 99 cent store because staff are friendlier.

I like this store but the supervisor needs to be more customer Service friendly WORK! Every time I come there is only 1 worker and a loooong line. She is always on break and has an attitude of asked to help out. Thumbs down for me!

I was blown away by first site! Organization was key! Cleanliness and selection is what kept me in there shopping for over an hour. Customer service could use some help!! Nothing like the one in Arlington close to the stadium..that one needs HELP!! I think management needs to re evaluate this store the location is too prime to be in such a poor state...Dirty floors very visible from the entrance, shelves are bare for days, staff is rude, I always drive past it. Help the Arlington store! Save a customer !

I love Dollar Tree. I love getting office supplies, art supplies, cards, party supplies and kitchen stuff. If there is a line I was informed by a staff person that they will only add a person to another register at a customers request.
