Ive been requesting from three years to be taken off of mailing lists and marketing contact lists. I still get items, specifically from Peter Kash, years after initially requesting them to stop. Every time, Peter tells me its taken care, but it never is. If this simple request cant be fulfilled, I definitely would not trust him when purchasing a vehicle. I personally wont go back here for service (after spending thousands on maintenance and repair) for this issue alone.

I moved back to Ohio from Chicago and had to buy a car fairly quickly. I walked into the dealership and was met by the lovely graceful and smiling James Drake who helped me find my perfect car. He was calm and patient and so incredibly helpful and in 2 hours I drove away in my Toyota. He is the best as is the dealership. 5 stars !!

I went just to check out the cars and see my options. I took a test drive in the 2020 Jetta and fell in love. Howard and the rest of the team took supper good care of me. They helped me with everything and made sure that I was happy with everything even checking in with me a few days after I received my new Jetta. I recommend this dealership and Howard to anyone that is in search of a new Volkswagen they are the best.

I rarely write reviews but Ganley Subaru of Bedford deserves it. The service was great. Our salesman, Gary Axelband, followed all Costco program rules and gave us better price than two other dealerships we checked before. The trade-in price of our old car was also better than in other places and in total we saved $1700.Gary was very professional, patient and explained every car feature meticulously. While you think that it should be self-explanatory but all those new car safety features differs from car to car and it is very nice when someone spends time and explains it to you.We have chance to meet manager and he also was not pushy and very pleasant person. After purchase we received small gift that might be not very important but nice touch. Overall, it felt like we spent time not in dealership but with our family members and for our next car purchase well definitely come back to this place.

We made it clear we knew what we wanted and they came back quickly and without all the games some of the other dealers tried to play. I truly hate looking for cars and the whole experience, but buying the Forester couldnt have been easier. Joe brought out a few cars for us to test drive on our own and allowed us to look around with no pressure. When we went looking on the lot my husband he found the exact color he wanted and was thrilled it was in the sport model.There was absolutely no pressure, no haggling, I knew he was giving me the best price he could. I am a bargain shopper so I definitely looked up where the prices are for the car!I think Joe and Ben in finance did an excellent job and got us in the price range I was comfortable with.Truly appreciate a different kind of car buying experience! Experience was wonderful overall, they were able to meet my needs in my budget. Tires will need replaced soon (my fault for not noticing when buying a couple weeks ago), but otherwise car has been great.There was a hitch in the financing on their end, but it was fixed with little issue. I had the pleasure of working with Wayne Frejofsky at the Bedford VW location over the past few weeks. My wife and I were in the market for a new car and we live in a large city out of state. We were navigating uncharted territory since we did not have a car at the time which made it hard, add COVID on top of that, it made it very hard to search for a car.Wayne was incredibly helpful and straightforward throughout the entire process, I couldn’t of asked for a more honest person - it truly was a breathe of fresh air after dealing with horrendous dealers elsewhere. I enjoyed working with Aundre in the purchase of my used 2019 Volvo. Hes a pleasure to deal with. The car is what I was looking for. My only complaint is that the car wasnt inspected by Ganley and flaws in the body werent pointed out to me. After I drove the car straight home and had it in my garage, I noticed a dent in the passenger rear door. For whatever reason, it is visible in certain lighting conditions. After seeing it, it is always noticeable. When spending over $40,000 for a used car, I would have expected it to be checked over closely. Whether they knew it was there and never mentioned it to me or they didnt see it, I expected more from Ganley. Its costing me almost $200 to get it taken out. It should have been done by Ganley.

Max Pipkin was excellent as a salesman-something I dont say lightly about a car salesman. They were prompt and did not keep us waiting hours like a competitor did to get the figures. I had an appointment (time of appointment was per the schedule request [lunch] of my salesman, Greg Love) to work a deal on a truck. One hour before I was to arrive, the dealership sold the truck with the knowledge of Greg Love who was staying in contact with me during the other buyers process. Greg knew that I was on my way to work the deal, but be didnt go-to-bat for me and get me the opportunity to make the purchase. Poor customer service and NO LOYALTY to customers!

I am writing to commend the excellent service that Tim Cusick provided to me recently. My car required 3 weeks in the shop to eventually diagnose and replace my transmission. Tim was prompt with his updates and did everything he said he would do. Although it was a frustrating experience to be without my car, working with Tim made it more tolerable.

My wife and I don’t buy cars frequently, but were ready for an upgrade and met Andrew (AJ) at Ganley Subaru of Bedford to test drive a new Ascent. After providing some basic documentation, we had the keys and test drove by ourselves. AJ was helpful and professional so we asked for a business card upon departing to test drive 2 other vehicles. It turns out the Ascent was our favorite of the three, but we wanted to buy used.A Certified Pre Owned vehicle turned up on the Ganley website and I contacted AJ to let him know of my interest to test drive and have the Ascent inspected by my mechanic. Upon arriving to the dealership, AJ proactively provided me with the Carfax and a invoice for the work that was performed on the vehicle, without me having to request them. There were a few things my mechanic identified as concerns and I worked with AJ to correct them to my satisfaction.Throughout the sales process, AJ kept me in the loop regarding the status of the remaining work. We communicated by phone and email to ultimately made the purchase. I never experienced any high pressure sales tactics or unnecessary urgency to purchase in working with AJ. He addressed all my concerns with the vehicle in a professional way and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. In the end, the only question that matters is whether I’d recommend AJ to my friends and family when considering a new vehicle purchase and the answer is absolutely.From my perspective, he excelled in communicating to keep me updated on status, resolving outstanding service items, and proactively addressing questions and concerns.Thanks for your assistance, AJ.

Buying a car is so frustrating. Businesses like Ganley are allowed to get away with dishonest advertising practices while consumers are left feeling like they have no recourse. I recently responded to an online ad from Ganley promising a “$4,000 trade voucher over and above KBB value.” The ad did not specify make, model, or year of car one needed to purchase to get said voucher. This was, of course, only brought to light when I arrived for the appointment. I should’ve known it was clickbait, but I responded to the ad in Facebook messenger, told them which car I was interested in and they told me they had one down the street at their Subaru store. They set up an appointment for me and told me that all I had to do claim the voucher was show up for the appointment. Low and behold, when I arrived to the appointment no one at the store had any idea what I was talking about and despite me showing them multiple messages between myself and their stores they all denied that I was entitled to any such voucher. I am writing this review not so much for being upset about not getting the voucher as I am upset that no one in the organization was willing to acknowledge that the ad was misleading and that I was lied to. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, and still Ganley continued to deny the content of their ad and proceeded to treat me like I was being unreasonable. I think it says a lot about the character of an organization and their employees when a customer calls them out on their unfair business practices and they choose to continue to deny any wrongdoing. Don’t give this auto group your money. They will have no problem lying to your face to get it and they don’t deserve it.

I went to Ganley Bedford Imports to by a car July 3,2018. I told the sales person Mike that I was a single mom who has 4 Kids who disabled and I needed reliable Transportation because were on a fixed income . I brought a 2011 Volkswagen Routan mini van as is,only to heave a check engine light come on 2 days with an error code PO760 which means their is an issue with a transmission solenoid.Its has not been 40 days and my car cant pass the aims test so I can get my plate so the check engine light wouldnt come on until after I brought the car. I thought they were good people because they painted my hood of my car for me. So now I am stuck with a $15,000 they I cant put in reverse so I cant take my disabled kids to therapy . There is a special place in Hell for people who scam a parent struggling to take care of 4 disabled Autistic children. May God have mercy on your soul

The salesman was terrible and slow. He complained about his divorce and losing his last job as a banker. The dealership never tranferred my plates. Only to mail a letter later stating that it needed to be E checked which was completely inaccurate. They did not make sure the car insurance was properly transferred before driving off the lot. I did have a total loss accident after the purchase, and I could not prove to the police I actually owned the vehicle. I had to take my original purchase documents to court to prove I in fact bought the car. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sold me a warranty cheated me in the process. Never buy their warranties. In fact dont buy anything there. Customer service is horrendous. They have no organization and lie consistently. I have been calling for fuve months trying to get my warranty paper work. Each time i have called. I am told the same two lines and then nothing. 24 hours ill send it out to you. No problem. I just have to sort through some files. And no response. Yhis is my 4th or 5th time to attempt to get paperwork. They have no sense of customer service.
