I went there this morning to get a coffee, the woman at the window informed me that they didn’t have what I wanted, which is fine I understand there is a shortage on things, so I simply asked for a caramel something. I would have been fine with anything, but there was a woman in the back with blue hair and a head set who in a very hateful manner said “well I need to know exactly what she wants”I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t looking at a menu, and I normally get the same thing every single time.If people are expected to understand that they’re out of something’s then the staff should be less hateful, especially when the customer isn’t being that way.Kindness goes a long way, I have went here for years and I will not be returning.Also, I didn’t get a caramel anything, I ended up with a dark mocha.Do better.

Just get gas station coffee*, at least you’ll get what you’re expecting and paying for.Two almost identical drinks in an order placed through the app. From the pics, you can see how the drink I got was very far from what I ordered. Didn’t check it on the spot because it was scalding hot and I was afraid to open then the lid. It’s probably yesterday’s reboiled decaf, too.* no offense gas stations, some of y’all have badass coffee!!

Went there around 5. and set in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with a long line just to find out there closed and no signs saying there closed. very disappointed and angry.

Drive through or order ahead, no order in or dine in. Good, fast service.

Amazing workers!I love coffee. And very few places can make a tasteful yet strong coffee mix. But this particular Starbucks has some great baristas that know their coffee and like to make people want to come back!This is the drink made for me. It was great.

Whats going on at this Starbucks? I just came through the drive-thru ordered a ham and cheese croissant only to get to the pay window and theyre out of them I ordered two large caramel macchiatos and they are caramel less! Come on guys weve got to do better!!

We were out of town visiting family and use the mobile app to get our coffees was in and out in no time.

Service was wonderful. The line was PACKED but we got our food and drinks quickly.The food at most starbucks tasted microwaved but the mozz panini I got here was actually pretty good!

There is no consistency with this store. Sometimes they are open sometimes they aren’t. Most of the tome you have to go through drive thru and it’s so slow.

Credit where credit is due, their impossible breakfast sandwich is truly delicious.Wish their social policy was as appealing...

Do not get off the highway to stop here! Management will not fix the espresso machine. Average wait for a drink is 15-20 minutes...when they arent short staffed.

Idk what they doing with the new people training wise, but today was the third Carmel Frappuccino and it did not have the sweetener in it to make it sweet again and this time it didnt even have a coffee taste either. Just saying .I give my experience today two thumbs-down.

I love Starbucks we do not have one close to where we live so when Im clpse to one my husband and I always make a trip to get some coffee. It was wonderful. The drive-thru was super busy so we went in to order and with COVID they are not allowing dine in but you can get it to go. Going in is a lot faster then drive-thru.

Was my favorite place but quality is definitely lacking. Wait in an extremely long line daily, pay the prices we do and drinks are never consistent. I have walked away with tasteless drinks so many times and it is frustrating. Employees need retrained on how to make beverages because there are only a few that actually do it right. ✅ $15 dollars today dumped out and it happens frequently anymore. I can go to McDonalds and get watery drinks much cheaper. Its sad.

Coffee was good. Very disappointing to learn that the lobby was closed for mobile order pick up after placing a mobile order. I was told Id have to use the drive through to get the Coffee I already paid for because they were short staffed. I had to wait in line for more than a half hour.

Favorite coffee if they could make my drink the same every time and good everytine. But most time they dont get it right

Update to my past review - this location is really a shame. Nothing has improved, it’s just worse. I’ve gave it multiple chances. After today, I think I’m done for awhile. I’ll come back if it ever improves.Previous:This Starbucks is the most convenient location for me... but WHY is your service so slow?! It’s ridiculous.

My Santa Frappuccino was excellent! They were real busy, but, thats a great sign that my Lemon Pound Cake and Frappuccino were going to be good!

Extremely SLOW service. I just waited 32 min after placing my order for a Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino. It wasnt even that busy. Service here used to be great, not sure what has happened the last month or so.

After waiting in line for 35 minutes, I was very disappointed to find my order was wrong and they refused to fix it. The cashier, a woman with blue hair, also messed up our payment and forgot to give the car in front of their card back, causing a bigger hold up in line. The cashier was also rude and refused to take the correct payment. First time at this location and can say it is disorganized and unprofessional.

Slow service, coffee was very burnt and tasted like doo doo

Drove off of the highway 25 minutes arrived at 6:30, online it says it opens at 5:30am. Sat at the window for 20 minutes until I finally called and was told “it looks like we will open up around 7:30/8. We weren’t able to open on time.” I wish I could show up late for my job and tell people “I just wasn’t able to get here on time. Looks like you’ll either need to wait or go find another place” such a shame as I really need coffee to keep me awake and I was really looking forward to Starbucks hints why I drove 25 min off course.

Worst coffee shop I’ve ever been too. Don’t believe what the website says, they will always take atleast 30 minutes to an hour to get your drink ready. The coffee is trash when you get it: the workers are rude, the baked goods are wack as can be and the service is SLOWER THAN MOLASSES. Don’t go here unless you want to waste majority of your day.

If youve got the $$$$$ they got the goods. Never had anything bad at Starbucks. Most all the time pretty friendly and clean. The only reason its not 5 stars is the price. If your gonna get you and your friends a cup of coffee it better be payday.

Starbucks is a very busy place Beckley. The workers here are efficient and knowledgeable. The coffee is good the lattes are even better. The pastries are delicious. The problem arises with the cost. I realize it is a corporate chain but the prices are exorbitant.

The coffee was good but the service was ridiculous...i was asking about their points system and cards and they had no clue. There happened to be a Starbucks employee who was a customer and he explained it to us. We were supposed to get the bogof on Thursday and we couldnt, she said that store participated but didnt know how it worked. Obvliously my friend and i were a bit agitated.

Limited to what you can put in your drink, clearly you cant have Java chips in iced coffee but I can do it in every other state. Such a limit on what you can do here.

Whether you drive thru or walk-in the staff is always helpful and pleasant. They really have that service with a smile thing going. The drinks always seem to hit just the right spot. Now that spring is here it will. It be long till the outside tables will be the prime setting spots.

Fast and friendly, and our barista was concerned about the quality of our coffee. With so many locations seemingly unconcerned about the brewed coffee backbone that is Starbucks history, its refreshing to see partners like Lydia take pride in representing the hard work of the farmers and roasters, and caring for the last 10 feet. 1) Slow service.2) Out of coconut milk for over a week, when every other Starbucks Ive been to from here to Orlando and back (was driving) had no problems with their coconut milk supply.It makes me think that someone (or a bunch of someones) arent doing their job(s) to standard.

This particular chain is always booming, but the staff works hard, are very polite, and efficient. Great coffee, clean store.

I tried to order 3 different drinks and they only had the ingredients to make one of them. They also had to check to see if they had the 3 sandwiches I ordered. Why would a national chain of stores ever run out of ingredients to make the drinks that they serve in order to make a profit and stay in business? The baristas were pleasant and helpful. But the management of that location and whoever is in charge of distribution are lacking in meeting the minimum objectives to keep their jobs.

I ordered earlier a white chocolate frappe. I understand that its sweet but that was too much tho. And It doesnt have a slurpee texture on it. it was just like an ice coffee not a frappe. I hope next time it would be better.

Updated 07/31/21I am so done with this location. This is the slowest most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been in and It makes me sad since its my local location. Everytime we visit they are out of something, their label printer is broken, most of the staff are unable to run into a problem and find a solution and the wait times are ridiculous. This last time I waited about 40 minutes for a dark roast pour over. Ill be sending all of my business from this point forward to Hebrews or drinking it at home. Also got to witness one of the staff who was running the register come over to argue with another customer who was also upset that he had waited for a coffee that was ordered about the same time. Instead of her trying to satisfy the situation, she kept trying to argue it was the systems fault not the staff even though I watched them call out peoples orders three different times and instead of fixing them as they came in they did them in reverse order. Whatever happened to the Customer is always right. Starbucks, you needbto train your workers better than this.__________________________________This store generally has good food and drinks however, the use of space for paying customers is horrible. We frequent this store usually at least twice a week and struggle most times to find a place to sit and enjoy our purchases due to the arrangement of seating after the recent remodel this year.Its apparently fine to bring your laptop/schoolwork and take up homestead even though there is no evidence of making a purchase of any Starbucks item. It is also not unusual for a 4 chair table to be taken up by one person that must believe the world revolves around them. How inconsiderate can people be?Its mighty nice of this store to provide free internet but doing so for nonpaying customers is a stupid, yes, I said STUPID idea. You have made me question my sanity, spending so much of my hard earned money here. 🤔The store is also so busy that no one is available to grab a broom and sweep the floor every once in a while. If you zoom in on the child seat, you can see the cobwebs.

They never accept my points and have forgotten things off my order on more than one occasion. I love their teas but the specialty drinks and coffees that I have tried so far were bland and frankly subpar to other Starbucks stores Ive been to. Service has always been very friendly. They never have the ingredients to complete my online drink orders and never have the food I order.
