I wont buy paint anywhere else from now on. Color matches are spot on, helpful tips and advice, friendly and they try to save you money wherever possible.

Employees dont wear masks in store but have masks required signs posted on the doors. Masks should be required not just for customers but for the employees working as well for the safety of our community

I had first gone to home Depot for a color match on some touch up paint and they did horribly on matching the color and sheen... Then I decided to come to Miller paint to see if they could match it better... Not only was the match wonderful.. but the person mixing my paint took his time and really cared about making sure he got the color as close as possible for me.. I really appreciated the customer care here.

Called to see if they had tyvek coveralls. Confirmed a second time they were tyvek and was told they were. Drove to the store and found that they were polypropylene. Not answering the phone would be more helpful.

Miller has a lot of great products. Ive been a periodic customer of Miller Paints in Aloha, for three years now. Never had a negative experience until today when spoken to by the manager, Mike. Last November, I went in the store and asked for a gllon of white in Acro Pure called Decorator White. I was given a gallon of it and went and painted the wall I wanted to. I went back a few days ago for another gallon of it. I asked again for Decorator White. Was given a gallon and went home and painted the adjoining wall. I noticed it was a different shade than the other wall with decorator white. I went to the store to let them know, and was rudely and condescendingly told by the manager Mike that there are many decorator whites and the only way to match them was to have the color number or a sample. So even though they pulled up my information and could plainly see the exact decorator white they sold me back in november, it was my fault because I didnt know there where other shades under this name. He did agree to give me a free gallon to make things right, but his attitude was disgustingly unprofessional. When the nice sales guy asked me which shade I wanted and I said I liked the one I bought recently better than the one in November, Mike laughed out loud, like I was lying to get a free can of paint. Ill be taking my business elsewhere now rather than give it to someone that talks to loyal customers like that.

We went to Miller Paint on Farmington Rd Aloha based on they are employee owned and a local company to purchase a gallon of paint and primer. While there we asked about the deck stain they carry (salesman 13004) completely ignored our questions, wouldnt talk my wife - gave her credit card to me, gave her receipt to be signed to me. Then picked up the box of paint walked around the counter and gave the box to me to avoid interacting with my wife. Because she asked about the deck stain and he either couldnt or wouldnt answer. It was the rudest most unpleasant experience we ever had with a salesperson.Were grateful to have found out the quality of service Miller provides for only the cost of one gallon of paint. We will not use them for the paint supplies for repainting the exterior and interior of our house. Well use Sherwin-Williams

I am a apartment manager in the area and Ive got to say that I would think of going anywhere else for my paint. I started doing this 3 years ago and started using Miller for our turnovers. Mike (the manager), Steve, Adam, and the rest of crew have always been honest and very helpful with not only matching colors, but giving advice and having patience. Dawn, who comes out and helps with coordinating colors or matching is always great to see as well. Their can do attitude is contagious and its always a pleasure to talk with them or go down and see them. Thanks a lot guys (and gals) for the enjoyable experieance everytime and I look forward to doing more buisness with you and referring others! Scott Van Schoten
