The man who runs the place is super nice. He is even leaving masks as a choice. I appriciate him so much. If you need you instruments repaired stop in a see what he can do.

The man at the store was so helpful. He took the time to show my twins how to assemble and disassemble their instruments and answered all their questions. I highly recommend this shop!

These guys are amazing. Solid service for so many years now I brought my kid back for lessons in the same room I took lessons. Russ has loved and cared for my instruments over the years. He just did a final cleaning as we shipped one across the country for the 3rd generation to play. I have nothing but love for this business.

Great local music store! friendly staff and knowledgable. I was able to get supplies for my sons saxophone during these tuff times. they have a variety of instruments and supplies. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The service here is wonderful! They helped me tune my flute and didnt even charge me because it was simple. Anyone else would have said it was something major and charged me for it, but they were honest and courteous. I appreciate that. I will definitely be taking my kids to this shop for all of their instrument needs :)

Great store! Very knowledgeable staff. Clearly great lovers of music and music making. A very friendly and helpful employee examined my daughters clarinet and fixed a bent key in five minutes while I waited. Dont park in the handful of parking spots reserved for music teachers, but theres often plenty of on-street parking nearby.

My flute had a minor air leak, so I took it to them. They were very friendly, and instantly fixed my flute for free!Definitely check these guys out! AWESOME PRICES!!!

I was visiting town and was gifted a guitar that needed new strings. I came in and Russ helped me get a set of new strings. When I got home and opened the pack, I discovered I purchased the wrong set (misinforming him of the type of guitar I had). I called back the next morning and explained what happened and Russ said to bring it back WITH my guitar and he’ll work with me to get the correct set. We finally got the correct set and he let me switch out the strings no charge even after I opened the package! Such great service and very friendly! Thanks again, Russ! I look forward to returning to the shop for our future music needs!

Ive had several occasions to use Beaverton Music Services, and every time theyve been great. Ive had my horns worked on and bought hard to find items there. Its run by smart, knowledgeable fellow musicians, and is a valuable resource to our community. I cant recommend them highly enough!

The gentleman in the store helped to identify a problem with the sound output from my guitar.

Best music store, hands down. They come to our middle school to offer their rent-to-own instrument services. We have had two kids get into music (trombone & trumpet) and this is where we get their inevitable dings serviced. One kid fell down the stairs with their trombone and they gave us a loaner for free while they waited for parts. Get your instruments here and theyll take care of you.

A quick pop into the store across the street resulted in my vehicle being towed, me having to walk nearly an hour in the dark to retrieve it, and cost me 400 dollars. This level of parking Nazism is beyond the pale.

Helped our granddaughter when she needed a repair on her flute. Quickly arranged a key pad replacement for her to be able to perform two hours later. Staff responding so quickly helped calm a stressful situation.

Needed a 16in Viola. They did a speedy check of inventory and got it in the shop within a day. Awesome service. Viola plays great.

Good place to rent instruments or take lessons for kids. If anything goes wrong with the rental, they fix it in a couple of days for free.

I parked in the parking lot. i wanted to look at some guitar strings and i got out of my car and got yelled at by a employee old me to leave and move my or else he will tow my car, i asked even if all the stores are closed? he laughed and said that the towing ticket is super expensive i said alright then and got in my car and left. he jumped to conclusions and thought we were parking to go somewhere else, but by doing so he lost a customer

I parked here to go to one of the places and I come out 5 minutes later and there’s a sticker on my window and a dent in my car stating that I have violated a parking in their parking lot I called them to ask them why they would stick a sticker on my car when I went to a place in the parking lot they said that they are sorry for the mistake and that they are sorry that they dented my car and that they were really busy with customers and that they had to let me go.
