Michaels is an excellent store with just about any art, DIY, or framing job. I have recently been living at our Michaels as my daughter (9) has started a side business at our local market. So I spend a lot of time there with her. I find there is a coupon or sale for almost everything. I have asked when will X be on sale. They have always been friendly and let me know. Dont forget the app; it has all the coupons you forget about.

The best place in town hands down when it comes to arts and craft supplies. Friendly and helpful staff makes finding all the little things amongst the gargantuan amount of items much quicker. They are extremely knowledgeable about practically everything they sell. I wont go anywhere else for all my crafty needs.

Very large and clean store, but I thought the selection of merchandise was a little slim.

Nice. The shelves are pretty barren. I would like larger stamp pads. The people are supper nice. But the cashier rocked. Thank you.

I love michaels. I really do, but lately it seems as though the shelves are getting emptier and the prices are getting higher.

I went to the Michaels store on SW Ave in Beaverton because it was convenient to pick up a quick gift for a friend. I went to look for a small artificial floral arrangement & found what I was looking for. It looked like they were in the process of changing things around, but they still have some great items. Its a great time to pick up some Spring decor at a discount!

I had a great time shopping here. It wasnt overly crowded and all the employees were helpful and kind. I went there to purchase a dremel and lookedy throughout the entire store and couldnt find one. While I was looking I found some beautiful silk flowers which were all 70% off. Awesome deal. All around great experince!!!

Its big but not the best Michaels store. They have things that are out of stock a lot. If my wife goes in for 5 different things she may find 3, some times 4 of the 5 things.

This store did not have any item I was looking for, very disappointed.

I was in there about a month ago with my wife. As we were standing in line , which was very long, I heard 2 ladies talking about how the line was to long and they were in a hurry so I watched as they just set the items they were going to purchase on a shelf next to the line. I guess the employee that was standing at the door thought she pocketed the stuff because he started asking her where the stuff was that she just had. Obviously the lady was offended and they began to argue and as the lady was walking out the door the employee yelled at her to never come back. My wife and I were shocked at how those ladies were treated. Even if they were doing something wrong its just not good business to start yelling at customers in front of all your other customers. Makes me scared they might accuse me next time!

I dont write much, but when I was there I needed to go to the bathroom, so I asked an associate he said we dont have a bathroom, I looked at him and then he said we do have a bathroom but you cant use it, at the same time the lady at the frame shop was helping another customer and she said ya you cant use it, then kept helping the guy so I said is it getting cleaned she said no it needs to get fixed, and kept helping the guy. They never said like oh ya you can go next store or to a place I needed to go they cut me off never gave me anything else just no. Maybe some more advice would help and not be rude about it, also if the bathrooms are down they need to have something else in place, so I found an outhouse at the can gas place, my girlfriend was checking out and I saw Heidi a manager and I asked if I could talk with her and she said she was helping 1 person then she would help me, we were about 8 ft apart when she helped the other lady. I was cool I know they are busy then she started helping every other customers and not me, I used to work in retail so I try to be nice, she totally blew me off. I usually go to the store in Tualatin, I will never go to the one on western again not happy with my visit

I have not been to many Michaels before. So, I am not sure how the selection at this store matches up to other stores. However, I was extremely impressed by the people working here. Every one of them, with whom I interacted, was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. If that is their usual mode of operation, I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has a lot of questions going in and wants friendly people to help them find answers.

Great place to shop but the Michaels website needs work

Love the store very clean not too many employees so theres not a lot of help on the floor prices are a little steep but generally nice store.....

I dropped off an extra large, extra expensive print of Oregon to have framed using a discount code, the Michaels frame Staff was friendly, patient and worked with me to get the perfect frame for my print. Due to circumstances out of their control the staff completed the framing a few weeks after the agreed upon date, because of this one of the staff members (Jessica) personally delivered the finished framed work to my home in Hood River Oregon over an hour and a half drive from the store. Now thats customer service! Thank you!

Ive been getting into needle lace and crochet and this place had great crochet thread and cotton yarns. I cant help but browse the whole store, I get so many ideas just looking around this store.

This is the largest Michaels that Ive ever been in. Id say the best option for craft needs anywhere in Beaverton and Hillsboro.

Someone told me to check Michaels for gel pens. I finally found a very small selection and the best set was $45 for 20 pens! I was like ah hell no! I went across the street to Target and found the EXACT same pen set for $22! Thats a HUGE difference to me! Thought you should know!

I was looking for acrylic paint to paint rocks and they had exactly what I needed. Friendly and helpful staff!

Michael is there from beginning to end and years later if something comes up. (I know from experience) I recommend him 100%. When does an attorney or his staff get right back to you? Most very slow.Not Michael he gets right back to you..I have almost 40 years in the real estate industry. Michael obrien is the best I have ever come across.

The moment you walk in there your treated as if your there for a nefarious glitter heist. And instead of trying to help you find the item you need, they stand awkwardly just out of earshot of your questions, but still close enough to ooze condemnation for your preasence causing them to disinfect again this makeing you feel scuzzy and annoyed

Little older but still a decent range and variety of products. Only gave a 3 star because I asked for help and an employee gave me the we dont carry anything like that speech when in fact they do carry a good selection of what I was searching for. (Leather crafts)

They arent the biggest most well stocked Michaels Ive been too but they have a nice assortment of things. The fancy paper stock was pretty empty when I went, but I still found enough to complete this for my daughters birthday. I also love the coupons they offer.

Went in today to buy a specific item that had a 50% off coupon online. They didnt accept or wouldnt honor their own coupon, so I went to the Michaels off of 185th and they accepted it no problem. Feel like I just got the wrong set of employees today.

Thought they were going out of business! Half the shelves were empty. The discount section was full. Actually found a few items we wanted to purchase but when we made it to the register (we were the only people there) the cashier told us we came to the register the wrong way and would have to go all the way around. We were in front of her and asked if she was serious. She was. We left. Called the manager to share our experience (Ron?) but he didnt seem too concerned. Wont be back. Take our money to to the other Michaels (or even JoAnns!)

Has everything plus some! Neat and organized considering all the items they carry, and very friendly and helpful staff!

The manager here was really nice. Was looking for frames that were not in stock and he informed me when and how to reach out when a new shipment arrived just before the sale ended. It was a simple gesture but much appreciated.

They have fabrics! Mostly for quilting but its a good start.

Great selection for all the art supplies I needed with my children. Plus the clearance items were amazing this time round. Foam airplanes for a dollar, I know theyre going to keep the kids entertained for hours.

The place looks a little sad outside and in, but is generally clean and friendly enough. They will likely have what you are looking for.

It was amazing! I got everything that i needed! I called and had great service, they put it on hold for me and i picked it up in less than 30 minutes. They had wide variety of drawing supplies and it was amazing. 10/10 would go here again.

I went in to drop off my UPS packages. I was greeted at the door and taken over to a register where my returns were scanned in and processed! Didnt have to go far into the store.

Not the but appearance on the inside of one of these stores but they had some deals going on here. Ill definitely be going back here for my craft & art things I will need in the future.

Great pricing and selection. The sales associate was so helpful. She was able to grab a few buns for me that was boxed up and not on the shelves.

The frame shop is top notch and the rest of the staff is great too. But mostly the frame shop, great people doing quality work.

I like this store in particular because its bigger than the others and their holiday merchandise gives lots of options. This visit though there were a lot of empty shelves and their clearance hasnt been as good as it has in the past. I miss the already framed art for purchase also. Cant wait for the Halloween display.

Lots of art n crafts stuff, so much that u can get lost in there lol if ur n2 that sort of thing. Ok prices on some things n ridiculous prices on others all in all its a cool store.

Its ok..its kind of in a raggedy little parking lot but the inside is decent. The staff is pretty good but nobody seems enthusiastic about being there. Theyre def willing to help but, again, not very enthusiastic. Im not one to need someone to jump through hoops for me but I dont want to get the impression I may be inconveniencing you somehow either. Theyre also often out of stock on some of the liquitex colors that i use so...

1 of my favorite stores. Plus they had more of a yarn selection than even Jo-Ann fabrics. Always have coupons on their app & have a military discount.

Good place, very big, nice workers! They only issue Id say they have, which is actually small, some stuff, not many, has been stolen/bent/broken from other customers. Thats not the stores fault thats on the people who steal.

Long lines and poorly laid out floor plan for the store. Products located in multiple spots makes it difficult to shop and compare. No one cares Im sure but if I have to carry 1 product across the store to compare with the similar products then Im gonna be lazy and leave the one I dont want behind. I.e. Im not taking it back and thats going to create more work for your employees. Im not proud about this but Im not happy I have to do it either.

Placed an online order for store pickup. Got an email when it was ready. Called when I arrived, pulled up to front of building, popped the trunk and they put items in my trunk. Very simple and no contact. One item I needed was not in stock and they shipped to me. Only complaint was I needed to pay shipping even though I had placed a large order.

This Michaels has a hood assortment of craft and hobby materials. Its a bit on the small side and feels like a really old store. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot has ample parking.

Come on... Its Michaels! What isnt there to love?! Craft supplies... Love them... And holiday decor for every season. And just unique finds to decorate my house year round. And if you ever get the opportunity to get one of their $5 grab bags... Grab it. They are usually filled with so many items that are useful and fun and worth a tremendous amount more than the $5. I can spend a ridiculous amount of time in these stores every time I go.

The line was a bit long but thankfully it went by fast. The cashier that helped me was very nice! I was able to find what I was looking for quickly and easily. Definitely going back!
