The place was chill. I was able to get what I wanted without be hassled. The guy I dealt with was friendly and laid back. He helped me get what I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend the Beavercreek location for sure.

We were adding my mother-in-Law to our plan and the gentleman who helped us was great. He helped her figure out which phone (her first smart phone) would be best for her and then added her. This process did take almost two hours, but that mostly because she was asking a ton of questions and because her current phone was so old it was having problems transferring her information to the new phone.This location was clean, parking was easy and the people were friendly.

I came yesterday to trade my note 7 for a new one. There were only 2 people working in the store and about 2-3 hour wait. I waited and it was finally my turn and the manager Rochelle assisted me. It is quite the process but she got it done and was very sweet. I could tell it was a busy day and they were doing their best to accommodate customers. Overall I had a good experience and would go back there if need be.

After a super awful experience at a different location, this one was amazing. While the store was pretty busy, there were multiple employees working. We were approached by 2 within the first 2 minutes making sure we were on the wait list and a description of our issue. We waited for about 10 minutes while they helped 2 parties before us. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend if you need any T-mobile services in the area.

I’m deploying soon and I came into this store wanting to switch to T-mobile for the deployment. I had been told so many different things before coming to the store to make the switch. I was frustrated and emotional. The sales associate and manager were super patient with me and explained everything. I truly appreciate their help and knowledge. I don’t remember their names. Sales associate had short dark hair and glasses (male) and the manager was a blond woman. Thanks, guys, for breaking it down “Barney style” (as we say in the military) for me!

This is by FAR the most competent store in the area. Each time I go in with a rather complicated account matter, they work through the problem and its resolved as fast as they can. The store is very clean and kept that way, so kudos to the staff for that. I docked a star because the wait times are usually terrible. Expect a 20-30 minute wait on average.

This place is awful! Here is our story. My girlfriend and I were carrier shopping to get onto the same plan. We decided on T-Mobile due to a $100 for 2 lines with unlimited calls, texts and data. This was a lie. The first problem we had though was the wrong phone was delivered to me, I ordered an iPhone 6 and I ended up with the 6 plus, not a huge problem for me so I dealt with the bigger screen and the increased price for the phone rather than wait 3 more weeks for another phone to come in. Now onto the billing bonanza. With the service at $100, insurance and jump at $20 and our phones costing about $60 with taxes we anticipated our bill being around $180, why would we think that though? Thats normal math, not the math T-Mobile uses, our bill somehow came to over $235. So at that point we called customer service several times attempting to obtain an answer with no luck, then we went and talked to the completely useless reps in the store who also could not tell us how our bill magically jumped up another $55. With no answers and no options we dropped the unlimited on our plan to try and make the plan affordable. Still our bill came to over $200. A few weeks later after some travel with zero phone service we decided it was time to part ways and chalk this experience up as a loss. So we paid the balance of our phones and dropped all the insurance and jump plan, $1350 later we though we were done. Nope! We receive a final bill for the last 6 days of our service, $163.72!!! Are you kidding me?! What is there to bill for? Their service alone is worth $163??? I think not and I hope this review helps other people from falling into the same trap as we did. Save yourselves money and the hassle of dealing with this shady company and stick with Verizon, AT&T or sprint.

I went to this store to purchase a used phone to use with my Straight Talk service as T-Mobile phones are compatible. I explained this to the representative who sold me the phone; when he put my SIM card in and turned the phone on, a message displayed stating that I needed to input an Unlock Code. I questioned the representative as to what this meant, and he said I needed to call their customer service line to obtain a code in order to use the phone.I spent nearly 30 minutes, the remainder of my lunch break, waiting for an agent; when they finally answered, I was informed that unlock codes are only provided to T-Mobile customers. As frustrated as I was with the lack of information Id received up to this point, I was even more upset when I went to return the phone today and was informed that there was a re-stocking fee nearly the cost of the phone itself, so I would be getting only about $5.00 back if I returned it. Thus far I have wasted two lunch breaks and over $30.00 on a phone that I now have to sell myself through eBay or Craigslist in order to reimburse the cost. Although the cost is not great, I felt I needed to submit this review as a warning to future customers.It would be nice if the retailers would fully inform customers before selling them a phone they can neither use, nor return.
