They have helped me multiple times with smaller issues with my X3 & X5 on the spot during busy days. They have always been friendly and professional, I know I can take my cars there and receive excellent car and customer service!

Having difficulties with my rear trunk latch on my daughters 13 X5, Asked her to bring it in at 8AM to look at it. Turned out there were 2 loose bolts that were supposed to be holding it in, they tightened them for her and she was on her way, problem solved in less than 20 minutes, and they did not charge her for it. Will definitely be going back when her car needs service. Thanks to all who helped her and we will be back!

Took my 75 MGB Roadster in to have them evaluate the steering. They were upfront, honest, and suggested that if I could, I should do the work myself. Their mechanic showed me the issues while the car was on the rack, and explained what each issue was.I’m happy to do the work myself, while at the same time learning and saving some money.Highly recommend Foreign Exchange.

I have used the service of this company many items, timing belt replacement, filter replacement.The last service was the check engine light. The error codes indicated the valve in the intake was the error. The valve and electrical motor was replaced. 40 hours later the check engine light returned.I will get the error code checked again.

This is my second vehicle where I went to Foreign Exchange for repairs. Both experiences were excellent: replacement of a CV axle on one and a brake light switch, oil change, and tire rotation on the other. They communicated the problems they discovered, the fixes, and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time. The costs are straightforward and a good value. I will be returning for any future work my vehicles required.

This place is wonderful. Friendly and Knowledgeable. They will answer all question. The services are reasonably priced. They even record the service done in CarFax to provide an accessible electronic record. I was very impressed with Jessys explanation of what was done and recommendations on future service. Fantastic service, communication and diagnosis. Great option for not visiting a dealer. I’ve always used the Moraine location in the past. This was first experience at Fairborn/ Beavercreek and a very large repair. Everything was well explained and diagnosed. I should have asked more details on pricing. I’ve never been to a shop that charges higher than MSRP or dealer for OEM BMW parts. After talking to dealer I was quoted almost $800 less for what was completed. Will I go back? Yes... But I’ll do my homework and check pricing and parts.

Id never been here before, having just bought a used BMW from an individual, I needed a post-purchase inspection & laundry list of items to repair. Boy, am I happy I did! (I wish I had taken it in for a PRE-purchase inspection, which they DO offer!) Unfortunately, I will be seeing quite a bit of the folks @ Foreign Exchange because what I was told I purchased was nowhere near the (almost) lemon I bought! This crew of folks have integrity, they care about what they service, they LISTEN, & they show you what theyre talking about--explaining it so the layperson understands fully!! I wish I would have known that THEY SELL CARS before I sunk all my $$ into what I now have!!!! However, I am highly confident that they will help my BMW as much as possible!!! I have used them for 8+ years for our two import cars (VW & Mini) and the service has always been excellent. We use Foreign Exchange for all out maintenance and major repairs. Weve not brought them anything they couldnt handle. Fair pricing that is below the dealership but with better customer service. When asked they have offered an estimate, before proceeding on any work.I cannot recommend them enough. They have twice found issues the dealership overlooked or flat out ignored. If you have a import car, you owe it to yourself to go to Foreign Exchange.

I took my ML350 in for a steering issue after 2 other garages said it was something different that the first. I took it here and they gave me an appointment time of the following week. I took it in early and they got some time free and fixed it in 2 days. This is my go to service garage for now on.

I was very pleased with the service that I received on May 31st. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. The scheduler is very nice and professional and Jamie at the service desk is excellent! All service quotes are estimated at time of check in and are accurate. Any additional charges are reviewed with the customer before any work is done. Their prices are fair and I have the complete satisfaction that the work is being done correctly. I have been taking my jag and toyota tundra to them for several years now and have been very satisfied with their work. The service technicians are experts and know how to troubleshoot and fix any mechanical problem. The technician who serviced my vehicle even came out to explain exactly what he found and what they did to fix it. Safety is their main concern. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Staff at Foreign Exchange are amazing. If you live in the area and own a Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Audi, etc then I highly recommend coming here if you ever need assistance. Came in from out of town and stumbled upon these guys and they were so willing to help us fix our broken down Sprinter Van. Had to deal with a lot of problems with the tow company and the staff were so nice and stuck with us the whole time. Got us out of there in almost no time after they finally got to working on the van. Highly recommend. Even drove around and then gave the van a washing.

Im the owner of a Mercedes S550 and I brought it to Foreign Exchange North for a bunch of services that needed to be done. It needed an oil change, a new battery, and it needed a strange vibration figured out. Jesse and the crew got my car running better than ever. The total price came out to being less than what I was originally quoted. I probably would have ended up spending double if I took it to the Mercedes dealership.
