I have been looking for an honest mechanic for many years I finally got one his name is Frank and he runs this business at Beavercreek Auto Care he has been more than gracious to me and my family dont take a dime more than he tells you I have never had such a wonderful experience I suggest anyone to go there Ive already taken one daughter the next one is going next week to repair her phone I have a 2015 mustang had a leak Germaine Ford could not even find it it was the only place I ever had my car servicedfrom now on this will be the only place I ever go to and I would recommend anybody I could to use the shop it is the most honest service I have ever received my daughter took her Jeep there after I took my mustang there she thought she was going to have to have $1,000 worth of service turns out it only needed $40 worth of service thank you Frank youre an amazing mechanic we appreciate all you have done!

The prices were comparable to other shops. The big difference is that they will not try to convince you that you need something that you dont. Frank was honest, a straight shooter and goes out of his way to be helpful. He treats you like a person 1st and a customer 2nd. Take time to talk to him and you wont regret it.

Made the mistake of taking my truck here to have the sun roof closed after the switch stopped working. They kept my truck overnight without warning me and returned it with the interior covered in grease and damage to the headliner. It rained over the weekend which revealed that they did not close the sunroof resulting in water leaking through and further damaging the headliner. I went in the next day they were open to voice my concerns and they stated they’d fix it and be careful. After returning the truck later that day I noticed the high beams were stuck on the on position. A Reputable mechanic discovered that they broke the high beam switch when attempting to remove the pillars to access the headliner. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. If they do not know how to do something they will not admit it and will not take responsibility for damages on their part.

Popped in today with what I thought was going to be a major issue but was ready to deal with it. The owner himself looked at my car and determined it was something actually minor and easily fixed it on the spot! I was in and out in 30 minutes! Top notch customer service! My car is running great! Definitely recommend it!

Amazing customer service! I called, Frank picked up. I explained the problem and that my car was smoking and I wasn’t sure if I can drive anywhere. He offered to came over to inspect it so I don’t cause more damage while driving to the shop. At no charge. Frank took his time and with no promises from me and came to check it out. This was outstanding. Fixed my car within one day and it runs great. Very reasonably priced as well. Hope not to be back with more car problems, but if it happens, I will definitely go back to Beavercreek Auto Care.

Had a great experience with these guys. They were very transparent and upfront with costs and work that needed to be done. They even let me come into the shop to confirm the issues with my car.

AWESOME service! I called today with an oil leak on my wifes car. Frank let me come in immediately and within 10 minutes was looking at my car to solve the issue. Frank figured out the issue and took care of it on the spot. Very reasonable rates too. Would definitely go back in the future.

What a great experience! I took my Subaru Outback in for a check engine light inspection, and the mechanic (I believe his name was Frank) was really helpful even though he was the only one there. He was willing to go for a ride to listen to what the engine sounded like, checked the code for the engine light, put my car up to take a look underneath, and checked my fluids. It turned out to be something simple, and after giving me good advice, he wouldnt take any money for his time. I will definitely be going back here in the future.

Frank is not only a good mechanic... hes a great guy! Hes always treated me with respect, and worked to figure out problems. He doesnt throw parts at problems, doesnt charge me for unnecessary things and is very honest. Its easy to overlook Beavercreek Auto Care, but youre missing out if you do.

My 2009 Toyota sienna was marking a rubbing noise from rear passenger side. I took it to Frank at beavercreeck auto care. He took care of my problem in 5 minutes. His shop was full but he made time to check my vehicle and did not charge even a penny. I really like him and his team for excellent customer service-thank you Frank and his team.

I think Frank is an honest mechanic. Well be bringing our cars here from now on.

Today my car wiper does not work and he looked into the problem and fixed it immediately .Since it is a manual work and did not change any parts and he did it for free.Excellent work and good people.I would definitely going back and refer this place to my friends!
