Good thing I am not a local customer. Called and wanted a couple of toys shipped because I am unable to get them around my area.Parts lady states: Well I have to have them for my customers.Im not a customer? Pretty sure my money is just like everyone elses.Oh well.

Ordered a shed with metal siding, asked to have doors with siding too. They made it with wood siding doors and metal siding on the rest. Then told us take it that way or forfeit our deposit. No follow up from Ballweg other than to tell us to call the manufacturer. So we called the manufacturer directly. Why is it my job as the consumer to have to fight with the manufacturer? We finally got half our deposit back from the manufacturer and no response from Ballweg. Hope they enjoy the money the stole. Didn’t deliver me a thing for that $250.I have bought a shed exactly like this previously from another place with no issue.
