Great service, a lot to see. Staff is very knowledgeable.

There service department was the most unprofessional. They said that Polaris won’t warranty my complaint. So they never submitted warranty claim. When I talked to Polaris directly. They said it’s not the dealerships choosing who or what they warranty. The dealership needs to send every warranty claim in and they Polaris make that decision. That shows you how much they do not know nothing about Polaris equipment. They Tried to make me pay the bill. After me wanting to show them the oils that were very metal filled. Didn’t even show the tech pictures or the oil. So he had no clue what was going on. Week later my transmission went out of it another dealership repaired it correctly. Would never recommend the service manager or the store manager for power sports company ever again.

Fantastic place I ordered a hard to find part and David went the extra mile to get it for me and even advised on the installation.

I picked up my new Polaris 850 Ultimate Trail from Powersports Company. I had a great experience with Mike Kunert and the team at Powersports. While buying a new machine, I had lots of questions regarding the machine and extras I wanted to purchase. Mike made me feel very welcomed and took the necessary time to give me a detailed response. The pickup process was awesome, checked out the machine, took care of the paperwork, and drove away as a happy Polaris owner! I stopped in on Saturday November 7, 2020 with my leaf blower. It would not start. Now usually you hear...Noone here today in service. Youre going to have to leave it with us and were two weeks behind. Well need $38 bucks service charge today and after that its parts and labor. Long story short the young man at the counter took my blower in the back and got it going. Old fashioned service at its best! And NO CHARGES! THANK YOU YOUNG MAN. I HOPE YOU GET A RAISE!

Awesome experience. I was in a pinch and needed a new front tire put on my Honda Shadow. Every place within an hour of where I live was out 3-4 weeks with service. I don’t have a lift. David at Powersports in Beaver Dam helped me out tremendously. Was able to sneak me in when he had time and had the tire on in a few days. Picking up the bike tomorrow and can’t wait to get back out on the road. Without these guys I would have had to wait a month.

Kubota Part prices are $$$..good in a pinch

Bought new snowblower. Wheel kept going flat. Took 2 weeks and charged us to fix it. Tire was bad when they sold it to us.

I have had the opportunity, good fortune, to work with Mike Kunert on a couple of occasions. Once on a large equipment purchase that needed a lot of help and understanding, and once for very hard to find Scag mower parts. Both time he has treated me like I was his only customer, and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it . In my world we refer to men like that as righteous individuals and there arent many around these days. I am sure he treats everyone he meets the same way. The worst parts dept. Ive dealt with in 50 years of motorcycling. Called Mike for availability of apart. Yes they but, he would have to find and can back. 6 days later called again and got the same response. Now 9 days later and still no response. Isnt customer service great these days.

People here cant seem to find any part needed for a Scag. Lucky I took pictures of the motor, and also the plate that has the info. Then it takes l day to try and find a part. I took my battery from my Scag to have tested and they said it was shot and cost $70.00. I said later! I then went to fleet farm and had them test the same battery and they said it was ok yet and a new one was $24.99. what a joke. Buyer beware

Your response is more about making your business look like it cares when in reality you have no intention of correcting your error. Ive already taken the tractor at my expense to a dealer to get it fixed. Had you properly tested this tractor you would have realized it should have never left your business.The great service I received turns out has a very thin top coat. My tractor has a significant problem involving the PTO and when I called about options I lost in every one of them. New tractor with 6hrs and Im heartbroken without even making my first payment. Took 15 years for us to finally buy our dream tractor and we were so happy for what turned out to be 1 week. I can no longer recommend POWERSPORTSCOMPANY for they ultimately chose profit over customer.

Powersports has been fantastic to work with for many years. I have purchased two scag turf Tigers, two Honda UTVs, and many Stihl tools. Great service and done in a timely manner. Mike went out of his way to deliver my Honda pioneer after servicing it. I would not go anywhere else!

Great services. Always done in a timely manner. Never had any issue with break downs. Spoke with Ashlynn Ronayne, who is the current service writer, and she made sure my ATV and chainsaws were taken care of as if they were her own.

I recently purchased a Kubota zero turn lawn mower from Powersports Company. The staff exceeded my expectations with their honesty, extensive knowledge regarding the products, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was even able to mow a part of their lawn to test run the mower I was interested in buying. After enduring several negative experiences at other companies, Powersports Company is undoubtedly the company I will continue to recommend to friends and family. I was offered a fair price, I am pleased with the mower, and customer service was outstanding. When I am ready to invest in a tractor, I will most definitely be visiting Powersports Company again to make that purchase.

Mark has been excellent to work with. Always goes above and beyond with service expectations. Peggy in service keeps me informed on what is going on with the equipment in for repairs and very thorough with estimates... Recommend them for any sales on new/used equipment or services needed.

These are the go to guys for all your equipment needs. Ive been buying from them for years and have purchased Simplicity parts, Stihl, Honda mowers and a custom enclosed Triton trailer and couldnt be happier. Mark and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. On a number of occasions I have needed parts or repairs quick to get me back up and running the service department has always come through for me. Excited to see they now sell Kubota too. Recently purchased a larger property and will need to upgrade my Simplicity for a real tractor soon!

Dont waste your time here! the company doesnt respond to multiple emails or phone calls. walking into the store it was empty and took 10 minutes for a sales person to go up to me. nothing there for anything used. i was looking for a new mower and an atv, for sure will take my business elsewhere! was much better place when it was Hupf Honda Hut.

Good advice

My bike is in for repair and theyve had it for a week and no one has even looked at it. Now they tell me their mechanic is going on vacation so Ill be without it another week with no idea whats wrong or when it will be fixed. I dont even have an estimate for repairs.
