Car was brought in for oil change and tire rotation. We wanted to have everything checked out before trip to New York. We had a tire that had a nail in and a slow leak. Since I had 30000 miles on was told probably should get new tires. We agreed. Had to order tires so we left car and came back next day. Mechanic called in morning and said when they got in car battery was dead. We have not had problems with battery at all but we told them to replace. On our way to New York warning light kept coming on tire on front passage side was low we stopped and looked and everything looked fine we figured with new tires everything was fine. We got to Ohio on freeway and tire pressure was 15. We pulled over and back passenger tire was flat . Lucky we found a Walmart and they said valve stem must have been disturbed when they put the new tire on and also they did not reset computer correctly for tire pressure. Very upset took 2 hours out of out trip and stressful. We feel should have done a better job .unhappy with service

Awesome, awesome service. The sales and finance guys are top notch. They worked with us for over fours hours to get us into the car we wanted. Even when we left with no car because we couldnt get what we wanted, they still worked until 8:00 at night and got us the car we wanted. They never gave up helping us. They are by far the best dealership ever. I will never go to another dealership ever. Best customer service I have ever received!!!

Dave and Gary were very patient, and delivered expert knowledge and processes for purchasing a new vehicle. We appreciated their expertise and the time spent teaching us how to use this new vehicle. We now have confidence in this transaction. The whole staff was very nice and we felt they were very accomodating. It was a very positive experience and very rewarding.

I have never had such a terrible service experience in my life. Of course when I purchased my $40,000 vehicle they made me feel very welcome. However when I went in for my first oil change my sales rep Kyle did not stand by his customer service that I was promised. And I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful service people. I was guilt-tripped for receiving a loaner car and I was not called with a quote on the work done to my vehicle. So I had to spend over an hour of my time before I even got to speak with a service manager and work out a deal. I sent an email 3 days later to explain my frustrations and I never received an email in reply. I do not recommend.

This dealership does not believe in honoring contracts or customer satisfaction. They do not believe in the value of a customers time. All that matters to this dealership in making a car sale and the bottom line.

When I had my vehicle in for an oil change someone broke the plastic part around my electric seat. The service mgr Brad said if we beleived every customer they would go broke. They made me pay for the part, so for $42.00 they have lost a loyal customer. Its not the money, its how I was treated. Ill never go back there again. I hope Keith, the owner sees this. I am a GM retiree and know many dealers and have never been treated like this.

Terrible service!!!!° 1 hour and 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotate!!! I was sick of waiting, so I went to the service desk and asked about my car. They said they are just bringing it down. I paid my bill. Expecting my car. But...no....then he said they had to put oil in it....still waiting....I was so upset over this, I had tears driving home. I am taking my business elsewhere.I made an appointment!! I had other very important errands to do that I could not because of them.Not only this, but 4 years ago they did a tire rotate on my car. They did not tighten up the lugs. As they were driving it around the tire came off doing severe damage to a lot of stuff. Yes, they fixed it for free, but I was so scared to drive it I got rid of it.Really ? The guy had 1 job...tighten the lugs!!

I pull up and get out of the car. There are 4 people sitting at their computer looking around. No one greets me. So I go up to someone and let them know I have a 8am appointment. Mind you, I just drove an hour and 30 mins from Milwaukee with a one year old. They warned me that it would take 2 hours to fix my car. I was waiting 4 and a half hours. Then they tell me they made the problem worse and Id have to come back and wait an additional 3 to 4 hours, to call back Monday to schedule. I hate wasting my time.
