Ive never had luck getting parts from here but if you wanna detail the car or make a mod this is the place. I went in to find a tool and they didnt have it. Not a huge problem but Ill still need to get it online either way.

Today my car wouldnt start. My family doesnt live in town. Felt very alone and empty with whom to call. I called and Jake answered. He went above and beyond in getting my car back up and running. Changed out battery, made sure the alternator or switch was working. Auto zone Beaver dam, he is great at what he does and customer service is 110% . You are blessed to have him working for you. Terrible service. The women that helped me said that I needed to figure out where to find the part I needed by myself. She told me she had no idea what part fit my vehicle and was unwilling to look it up on her computer. She was also very rude to other customers in the store as well.

I went into AutoZone needing brake pads and roters. The gentleman told me there were two choices of clips for the brake pads and i needed to know which ones. So i went home, took them off and headed back to AutoZone. Now the young man that helped me earlier was no longer there so i gave the clips to the woman behind the counter and explained the situation. She told me she understood and would get me the right parts. Knowing that i went there for the certainty of getting the parts i needed opposed to buying them off rockauto.com, i headed home. Now its past close and i have the wrong parts with my truck ripped apart and work in the morning. This kind of service is not customer service, its negligence.

Very helpful staff that one tall dude with a goatee knows what hes talking about. He gave us a in depth report on what was wrong with our vehicle. Also a caucasian short girl with reddish hair, super helpful and friendly. (Sorry about my description Im terrible with names)

Got stuck at an autozone in Beaver Dam Wisconsin, Patrick an employee clocked in and asked how he could assist me... he helped diagnose multiple problems and get my car back on the road. I normally go through autozone and every time Ive had to order parts, Ive been asked if its an American made or foreign made. There is a difference. I ordered parts and made sure before picking up that they were in fact the correct parts. Ok so now Ive taken my car apart to find that they gave me the wrong part. Called to let them know it was wrong and was met with the rudest woman saying that I shouldve asked for the specific parts (when I had done so when ordering) I did not need the attitude or condescending tone. Thanks to your intelligent staff I am stuck at home with no way to get the parts I need or a way to get to work. Never again.

Bought a head light bulb for Chevy hhr 6 months ago, and had the employee change it for me, I was very happy with that... bought bulb for other side tonight, and employee could not figure it out, she then asked another employee, and he said it was way too complicated... well I guess next time I try Napa or orieley... sad 😔

Called them up looking for a specific tool, said the had it in stock, even quoted a price. Went to the store and they said they didnt have any. I said I just called and was told they had what I needed, even gave me a price. The guy just shrugged his shoulders.Thanks for nothing.

Its hit and miss, I got a rewards card, they said you get a point every 20 bucks. Its only one point per purchase over 20. Called looking for parts for my truck, they had them all in, got prices, except they looked it up wrong spend $80 more than I was told on the phone.
