Very enjoyable visit. The staff is very attentive and have patience.

They make sure everything is made perfectly to a T and I have always come to them. Great service and amazing repairs for all of my kids friends. The one I got for my daughter has made it 3 years and no hick-ups. I highly recommend to all parents and people looking for a gift to come here. They help you put your heart and soul into every build and gift to make it right for whatever occasion. I will be back very soon.

Nice store. The girls that worked there were very helpful and patient.

My granddaughters love going to this store. Always new items to look at and dream about if they cant buy. My granddaughters have brought older stuffed animals back so the can be repaired or they will unstuff so we can wash them and return to be stuffed again. Cute clothes for the animals can be purchased here.

When my 13 year old daughter and her dear friend ( same age ) wanted to go to Build-A-Bear last week, I assumed they were too old, but THEY HAD A BLAST! The staff saw their smiles, and did everything to add to those smiles. Great job! Ty

I wish I had gotten the names of the two lovely ladies working on 1/8/19 @ 6:00pm and the Parkdale Mall location in Beaumont, TX. They were delightful and kind and super patient with my son. They were knowledgeable about their products and very polite. They really went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. I loved this store as a kid and now my son loves this store so much too. I am glad to see that they continue keep a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. We will continue to be customers for a long time.

Happy place to take the kids but costly. Only downfall

The staff was super helpful and frankly adorable while helping us pick out Christmas gifts for out nieces. We danced around like idiots in some kind of heart ceremony, but hey, it was all in good fun!

They walked my kids through the process of picking a bear and outfit, then stuffing, and the birth certificate. My kids love their new lovies!

I love the people and the unlimited stuff, restuff. We had our baby for seven years in when she dirty they let me bring her in to be unstuff. So I can wash her. And the next day I can restuff. It looks brand new. They are sweet and work with me.
