I love going to this store.There are some great finds from bathroom accessories and gadgets to kitchen necessities and as seen on TV products. I had a 20% coupon in my email plus they had a sale on the item I was looking for. I paid 8 dollars for both items and normally the items I bought are 8 dollars individually.

This store is expensive. They dont know about instacart being a co they use for delivery. I ordered through Instacart. They wouldnt try to give a refund. They argue me that they dont do instacart. I got part of my refund back anyway. They wont have to worry about me nevet again.

The store is good, but I stopped going when they stopped carrying the My Pillow. I had to order one online. I wish stores and sports would stay out of politics.

They are a little pricey!!! The store is always clean and well organized!!! But, they have good sales!!! I try to always use my coupons.

Great place. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Loved the reusable silicone pockets in bright colors. (Not plastic, no off-gassing.) They can be chilled, frozen, or baked - with food inside. Too handy!

Love this store, so much to choose from for all over your home. I always buy my specialty kitchen utensils and bathroom rugs for the whole bathroom here. The rugs here are so thick and luxurious. They have a lot of special knick knacks too. You name it, they usually have it.

I had purchased an oscillating fan from Bed Bath & Beyond & I was pleased with the salesperson that helped me. I told my mom about the fan & she purchased a fan like the one I bought. The young man that helped us was very nice & helpful what he didnt know he asked for help.

When I walked into this store the first thing that I noticed were the bright lights and air conditioning. They definitely do the bed part right, they definitely do the bath part right, and the beyond part really is what got me going. This place is more than linens and housewares, theres also scales and massagers and games and accessories and all sorts of stuff that really says beyond. It was hard to find someone from the staff to help me. I dont think theyre looking to help their customers. However, they will definitely check you out and they will definitely push their store credit card on you, but when you need help finding a certain size of sheet or towel they are non-existent. I am perplexed and cannot decide whether I want to return or not.

Wide selection of home products at reasonable prices.

We stopped in looking for a shower curtain for our bathroom remodel (we found a perfect match). While we were in there, I realized how much technology-enabled projects had infiltrated their product lines -- it seemed to me that down some aisled it should be remained to Tech Baths and Beyond. I had a lot of fun exploring all the techy gadgets and must haves.

Very organized. This store always overwhelmes me, but they have it very easy to find gifts on peoples registry, buy them, and they even have a self help gift wrap station so you can get it ready to go for the shower/reception with no extra stops. I also like the way they can scan the registry printout barcode during the purchase transaction to update it, so it is less hassle for the bride.

In store employees very helpful however the product I was seeking was not in store as the website assured me it was

Bb&b is my favorite store. They are always helpful. Since we flooded from hurricane Harvey, they have helped with discounts among other things. Thanks to the personnel for all their hard work and support.

I used to love this store, they always had something new and exciting, now the magic has worn off evidently. This is usually a big spot for my Christmas shopping this year I bought 2 lint rollers in the clearance. The selection here is dismal. Staff is nice. But unless you in the market for Caphalon, Kitchen-Aid, Kuerig, or Ninja theres nothing here that makes them standout against other local department stores anymore. Honestly the Port Arthur location is better now.

So much stuff! Just a bit pricey on regular household items. If you need unique though this is the place.

I can not help myself when it comes to this store. I almost dread when I see it is on someones gift registry. I will not go online, I am going to the store. I am addicted to it, lol. Somehow I find I need more than the person I am gifting. Who does not need a new set of towels? The scales are broke, I know I am losing weight, they just are not displaying correctly. Oh, and we all should start early for birthdays and Christmas, right?
