It’s sad that you go in chain of stores like Family dollar and have to use your flash light to shop cause they can’t turn the lights on because it will be hotter in the store oh yeah we live in Texas and they can’t fix the ac in this store. Someone needs to do something can get some help in our neighborhood!!!!!!!!

I always stop at Store #01333. Doris is a delight and is always on the job. Not only, it is convenient because I am a few blocks from this store.

Since the store has changed management, the appearance of the store has declined. This store WAS the best organized & well-kept Family Dollar stores that I have been to. But the appearance & maintenance of the store has declined since their best store managers have left.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didnt have to wait in line very long either.

Walked in the place is disgusting, dirty, not at all inviting. Couldnt find anything. Asked an associate where something was she didnt know either, but she was very kind and helpful, she instructed that I asked her manager who was at the register ringing up a long line of customers. Went to the register and asked the manager and she knew exactly where they were located.I havent been to this pacticular store in a while because it was sheer and utter confusion, the associates were not helpful or friendly, they were busy doing other things than their job, and made me feel like I was interupting them. Anyway, when I asked the manager where the item was, I was soooooo happy to see it was Miss Doris. When she left, the store quickly went down hill, she is the glue that holds the store together. I know the store is going to he clean again theft is gonna go way down and customer service is already up. I will now be a regular again at this store only because Miss Doris.

One of the managers Mrs. Donna has a nasty attitude problem and she is very disrespectful. I gave her the most respect everytime I seen her at that store. The way she acts and talks like she can care less about her job and the customers that comes there often. I really would appreciate it if someone get the situation resolved before she gets out of hand.

I love family dollar. They are not high, they are very reasonable in everything.

Convenient, polite staff except for one of the female employees and the parking lot flooding when theres a heavy rain.
