COUNT YOUR CHANGE!!!! I was shorted 13 cents by the cashier. Normally I wouldnt even notice but it wasnt my money I was spending. I pointed it out to the guy behind the counter. He said ok and got someone to open the drawer. When he opened the drawer his far left change compartment by the quarters was completely filled with change. No telling how many customers were stolen from today to make that money. Side note...he never wanted to see or count the change in my hand which proves to me that he knew he did it intentionally.

These “young lady’s” have the worst attitude of any store I have been into. Not only was my issue not resolved they seem to have the sense threat they paid for my purchase and I should take what I get working or not. The attitude of the employees reflects a lot on the company and as for this store you have completely missed the mark. Attitude from the introduction. If you hate your job that much... QUIT!! Don’t take it out on the rest of us.

This employee “Lashayla” has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I accidentally dropped a jar of pickles , so there was glass all over floor. I went to report what I had done to prevent some from hurting themselves. When I found Lashayla she told me she would give me the stuff to clean it up. I said you want me to clean up glass? She said well you are the one who dropped it! She also told me I could leave the store after I refused to clean it up. I will be making a complaint to Corporate, how in the world would anyone with common sense ever ask a customer to clean up glass!

Waited 10 minutes before cashier came to check me out with a negative attitude

Good for quick in and outs but dont always have exactly what youre looking for.

Simple, ordinary dollar store with the basics that you need.

Very junky store!! Feels and smells dirty. Very disorganized

Family Dollar have a sign up half off red ticket items but but the items are not additional half price and when you tell the person the cashier that theres a sign that we go back there to look tomorrow its misleading the items was been marked down a next another half off so is the price was on the item thats not what the sign say then takes the sign down balls it up so already paid for the items that was a good buy but it would been a fabulous by if they honor their sign very disappointed.!!!!!

Family dollar on College st. is a joke....three customers went in and purchased products, and had to return products because family dollar over charged. I was one of those customers. If I have to go to family dollar Ill wait to go to the one in winnie.

This store have some of everything if you you can look for kitchen news clothing from bathroom on down there are Furniture different things that they have pillows sheets anything that you might need it store they even said have milk and eggs so they are really if you cant make it to the grocery store you can make it there thank you
