I enjoy the yogurt here, but it seems like they always have at least 2 flavors out of order. They have great topping options, though! I would choose this over the Yogurt Spot every time, no doubt. I would recommend coming here. (:

This evening was probably not the best experience Ive had there. I really do enjoy going here, but the lack of working machines and flavor offerings really turned me off tonight. Out of the 8 machines (16 flavors to offer) I think there were only 7 flavors available.

Yogurt was delicious. Would have loved to see more of the flavors available though. Staff was friendly and quick

If there were more options in town we would definitely try them but since there is either nothing or almost nothing then this is our place. They dont have a whole lot of variety in flavors, I think they were somewhere between 7 to 9 flavors but it was all pretty good. Theres lots of toppings but we dont really use those so we just were more interested in a better variety of flavors. But it was so good

Yogurt tasted like ice milk. Only had six flavors to choose from. The floor was sticky, my boots were sticking to the floor. The tables were dirty. Only a handful of toppings to choose from. They didnt even have peanuts.

Love the atmosphere but I’ve been in retail management for 8 year and the customer service was just awful. The guy was on his phone the times that I actually saw him and then we were alone sitting in the store for a good 35 minutes alone.... it’s just bad for business you could’ve been robbed in less than 10 minutes and never know it. Just be more aware. My husband even tried to get the guys attention to get extra toppings and he never came out of the back. Definitely not representing what this company stands for. We probably won’t come back unfortunately.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable seating area. Need to monitor wild children running around, screaming, and stealing candy off serving area while parent gabs with other adults. Employee had disappeared to back.

Every nice and clean. And a comfortable environment to relax and enjoy yogurt that taste like ice cream with topping you would like.

Love this place but it seems to always be so filthy. The chairs are caked with yogurt which all of it should be sprayed and wiped everyday... its yogurt. It gets sticky. Please clean the chairs!

Just left there, they have the open sign and the door was locked.. how are you going to say y’all open with the door locked?

I’m so not one to do this but it’s definitely a huge disappointment for me since I have loved going to get my frozen yogurt here often but I cannot believe that I was getting my yogurt today an disgusted me to have MOLD/MILDEW inside of the yogurt And the employees weren’t really sympathetic or really caring about it.

Many machines were down leaving only 5 flavors and the store was covered in black gunk. This place needs some serious cleaning. I was greeted by no one and the employee didn’t come out until i was at the cash register. All of the toppings were uncovered and there was no fresh fruit or boba. Very unimpressed. I’ll stick to The Yogurt Spot.

The frozen yogurt was fine but they had a lot of empty machines so there werent many flavors. Fewer fruit toppings than I like but lots of candy.

Disgusting inside!! Only had 4 flavors and NO toppings hardly at all in the containers and what they did have was old and gross looking. Very disappointed!! Tables and chairs and even the door was covered in filth. There were two people working and they stayed in the back instead of cleaning the nasty place!! I would give it a negative rating if ot was allowed! So many people walked out right along with us! Needs new management!!!!

The pistachio tasted like old beer. Glad I tasted before I spent any money there. Had to leave. Went to spoon it in Nederland instead.

I was not impressed. There were only half of the machines working and they were all off the wall flavors.

I really wanted to like this place, but with everything going on around it I now know why it was empty. The place is filthy. Black and sticky everywhere. The restroom was dirty and smelly. Tables and chairs need to be cleaned and fixed. A few of the machines were “out on vacation “ but the couple that had flavors in them were off and had failure messages on them and were only producing liquid not frozen yogurt. Toppings are mainly candy, no boba or fresh fruit. The staff stayed in the back the whole time and a gentleman I don’t think worked there was behind the counter and in the ”kitchen”. If we don’t train our workforce when they are younger, when they get older they will keep the same old bad habits.

Best froyo place in Beaumont. I would even skip on most other ice cream places too. Always a good selection of ever changing flavors. My favorite combination is the chocolate froyo with pomegranate pips as the topping!

Good frozen yogurt, just be careful you dont put too much in the bowl, it is easy to over spend

Went in to no acknowledgement from the staff and when we went to get our frozen yogurt me and my girlfriend both got chocolate and when i tasted it i immediately noticed that it was sour
