Please be careful when ordering from this particular store. They sent the wrong message on my balloon. Poor customer service as well when I called the store.How do you run out of happy birthday balloons? ( seems like that is an important balloon to have) Lots of negative reviews, it’s a wonder they are still in business.

This photo was taken 10 minutes after purchasing a 63.00 Edible Arrangement on Feb. 2, 6:30 pm, contacted the store to get a refund, however, they were rude and very unconcerned about mold on the arrangement. Never order from this store until they get a new owner or new manager. Nevertheless with all the other negative reviews from this store, I cannot believe they are still in business.

I received a basket with dipped chocolate and it’s nasty the fruit not even sweet. And this cost 83.00 dollars not worth it

Went to place an order and spoke to Robert. He was very helpful and took the time to explain how it worked and what different options I could choose from. He took the time to answer any questions I had and made the process very easy. I also received a gift from this location and it was absolutely perfect. The presentation was spot on and the fruit tasted very fresh. Definitely will continue to do business with them!

Great customer service! Very polite gentleman working the front end. Berries were fresh with plenty of chocolate! Highly recommend! Zulema was helpful and Miriam did a great job dipping the fruit! Will order in the future!

Took my delivery fee basically because they didnt call both numbers that I left on the order form and the person I tried to surprise had to go pick up their order. Every time I use Edible the order seems to always end up back at the store!! Im out on that!!

My wonderful daughter always Orders dipped fruit baskets for our birthdays n mother n fathers day n other special occasions. However since this past fathers day the fruit has been mushy and stale. Its a shame because i know my daughter is spending a lotta money at this store. I recd a dipped strawberry basket for my birthday today n some of the fruit was inedible! I will tell my daughter to not order fr this place again. Not worth the money at all!! U try to help these business during bad times n they jus kick u n the behind n steal ur money!! 😡. Shame on u for passing ur customers old rotten fruit! NO MORE!

They always make my husband look good 😍 Ive love this place since the first basket he sent 3 years ago. Today it had chocolate covered apples that looked like lady bugs and my whole office spent more time trying to figure out what fruit is donut shaped. The chocolate covering was good too!!! Not that cheap waxy stuff. So very impressed.

Ordered a gift basket for a loved one on Valentines day.This business took the money out of account instantly. This company never delivered anything.When trying to call them the number said this remote number does not have a mail.box that has been set up.Our loved one was left with expecting a delivery on Valentines Day and never got anything from this business.They had no remorse over doing this and told us they will give back the 100.00 dollars in 3 to 4 days.Do not buy from swindlers!

They make hispanic franchise owners look very bad and its ashame.------------------------Updated 6.6.2018Although my original review is from last year and earned only 1 star, I am updating my review and changing the rating to 4 stars. The owner actually took out time to find out who I was after all of this time and contacted me via social media. She was the most pleasant and most genuinely concerned person Ive spoken with regarding the situation. I actually forgotten all about it until speaking with her. She apologized and also gave me a complimentary box of chocolate covered strawberries. They have changed the entire staff and Im pretty sure that anyone who now patronizes the store will have an excellent experience. I will be ordering again soon ☺️

I am from Boston, I order a bouquet of fruits for my daughters birthday. the 17th they cancel my order because my order had some discounts and they didnt want to take the discounts. I put in my order again paying delivery for my daughter in Beaumont ,they said they wouldnt deliver that day, because they didnt had any other delivery for that area, when I am paying 19.00 dolars to deliver. they deliver to my daughter three days after her birthday. so I hope corprate the big owner is reading these reviews because ,thats why this stores rating are going down. and the people working in this store dont care about the clients.The manager myriam should be aware of all the things happening in this store. Always remember the clients are the ones that make your store come up or down depending on how you treat your clients. soo I really hope the corporate reads this review. I am very upset because my daughter had to recieve her gift 3 days after her birthday.

Its very disappointed, when i came to pick up my order, i had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my order, it was a Valentines Day order.
