Under new management, its Oil Changers now. Marshall retired, good for him! He was a thumbs up guy. No more regular 5w-30 oil change. They only do synthetic blend or full synthetic. Three younger guys, no middle man (management). Self service, you drive you vehicle into the bay. But service was good, they seem to have their act together and ran a tight ship. Good deal on the buy 3 get 1 free oil change for $120 on synthetic blend.

Didnt even know this oil changers was here in Beaumont. I was about to drive to moreno valley. So glad I didnt. They had me in and out in no time, did the most thorough light check and made some basic maintenance suggestions even though they were not necessarily able to perform them which tells me they are honest and caring. I will be going there from now on!

Came in on a Saturday and they helped me out right away with oil change, transmission fluid flush and drain, and power steering fluids. Good service, the staff was respectful and good at explaining what was going on. They cleaned my windshield, inspected all the lights. Everything was great!

Edgar took care of changing my oil, checked my lights and he also checked my air filters. He took the time to get the air filter out (stubborn jeep) eventhough they didnt have the air filter in stocks, Edgar took the time to change it out for one I brought. Im glad he didnt make me wait a week to change an air filter that desperately needed to be changed. Service was quick and excellent!

Fast and you dont even have to get out of your car.... they also take good care of your car... perfect combination for me.

I went to Express Lube in the past but it is now Oil Changers under new owner. Edgar serviced my car and I cant tell you how overwhelmed I am with his service. Everything was explained in detail, he did more than I expected and all this took place while I sat in my car. Outstanding job Edgar and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick and professional service I recieved today. Miguel, Cody and Edgar worked like a Nascar team! They have a new drive thru system where the costumers sit in their cars while they team works their magic! They were thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to Express Lube for an oil change on a Subaru Outback. Oil change was quick, but a few days later I notices heavy oil stains on the pavement underneath my car. After a week, I ended up taking my car to a mechanic to have it checked out, just to fine out that both the oil filter and the nut were half way screwed!! Its impossible for me to understand how this could have happened given that all you have to do in an oil change involved these two things.I later called back to the store, and explained the situation. I supposedly talked to the acting manager since the manager was not there. I admit the person was very apologetic but thats about it. I would at least expect to offer a free oil change in the future or something, given whatever they did ended up costing me must more.To make a long story short, I would stay away from this place.

We pulled up, everyone lounging around. Guy with long pony tail sitting on his cell phone not acknowledging me. Finally asks what car I have and what I need. Said oil change. No other cars in shop. I asked how long cause he continued to chill on his cell phone. He said half hour. I questioned, a half hour??? With attitude he said is that long? Yes, I replied, normally with no other customers any other place is ten minutes in and out. He continued to move about slowly. Everyone goofing off. I can see why it is a half hour. Not sure how this place has great reviews. Not friendly, no customer service and slow pokes. Got my keys and left. They do not deserve my money.

We were headed out to a family vacay when my car oil light went on and said I needed an oil change. All the places near me required appointment only. After calling several locations we found Express Lube. Thankfully they own up to their name and is first come first serve. They took care of us right away without all the hassle.

Fixed my break light and oil change, however my car is still saying I need an oil change and to replace 1 break light was 20 dollars when my oil change was only about 35...however they were fast and allowed my to stay in the car with my children which was convenient.

This establishment used to provide good customer service and competitive pricing. Both seem to have vanished. Recently, I took my CR-V in for an oil change and they quoted me $80. I have found full synthetic oil change else where for $50. Good luck staying open with those prices!

They used the wrong type of washer for my last oil changed. Oil started leaking. Didnt use the correct one time use gasket.

Consumer Beware!I was greeted with a pleasant smile and all the serviceman were polite. BUT, I was truly disappointed in the service, to say the least, it was questionable. I knew going in, I would need to buy new windshield wipers, fill washer fluid, and increase tire air pressure. Which, I assumed would be discovered in the inspection, they claim they do.However, the itemized inspection list I received had checked all those items as OK, yet they were still in the same condition as I came in. So my confusion is; (1) Do they just look at it the list of items to inspect and place an OK because they looked at it? (2) Or did they not look at it and say they did?As a consumer I would expect that a real inspection be conducted and the consumer notified of the condition and the additional cost to correct that condition. When I relayed my previously mentioned knowledge of services needed, I questioned why they would check all as being serviced and OK. I was told we can take care of those for you now. I left, I no longer trusted them to touch my vehicle. At this point, Im wondering if my oil really got changed and if the tires were really rotated..

I wont go back. Not one employee smiled during my entire encounter. I know thats not a determinant of the quality of the oil change but if the staff dont want to be there, I certainly dont want to be there, either. At first, I thought the guys had had some sort of altercation with the people who pulled up before me, but I realized when the employee was also short with the little old lady who came in after us, that it was probably a systemic issue.If I wanted to spend thirty awkward minutes in tense silence, I would have lunch with my mother-in-law.

The people there were nice, but had to get a rain check for the car wash. They didnt even shut my hood all the way. I had gone back a few days later to get my carwashed & again they couldnt do it, because they were short on people. But were slow.. Just didnt want to I guess. Will never go back!
