Great auto services! Henry worked on my BMW, fixed multiple issues; Ladies, he is a mechanic you can trust.

On 03/10/2019 wife called me to complain that car (2008 BMW) would not start. On 03/11/2019@ 9:30 am vehicle towed to local auto service center supreme auto service. Received call from service center late afternoon same day to report that cause of disablement was a bad starter. I also told the service advisor that during an observation under the hood on 03/10/2019 there seemed to be a slight leak from an upper radiator hose. later that afternoon received a call with an estimate of $630.00 to replace the starter as the cause why the car would not start, and $230.00 to replace the hose that was not an issued, but I wanted as preventive maintenance. I was told the work would be completed on 03/12/2019, but it was not. I called on 03/13/2019 @ 8:00 and was told by the lady who answered that the mechanics had been working on the car all day on 03/12/2019, and were not done. Late that afternoon the mechanic called stating that that was no compression in one of my cylinders. This was shocking since the vehicle was running perfectly before the starter malfunction. I have 4 vehicles, that are well maintained, and our BMW has full-service records for as little as 2 months before being repaired at this shop with no signs of misfirings. in order to have access to the starter you have to remove the intake manifold, and when I asked the mechanic if he dropped something into the exposed cylinders, he became very defensive. I have no doubt that this shop destroyed our perfectly, well maintained vehicle. I have complete maintenance records to support no engine malfunctions, or problems up until this shop damaged our engine.

Wanted to overcharge me for a tire patch. And would only take cash. With a take it or leave it attitude. I left.

Take your business elsewhere. Wasted hundreds of dollars here with a vehicle in worse shape then when I brought it in. I made the mistake of letting them work on my car twice. Found a reputable shop that fixed my car for less than $100 without a second guess. Who knows how much more money I would have kept dumping for no resolution if I kept going there....

Took my audi to get it checked.The lady in front was rude and she charge me 140.00$ to dynastic. Went to another shop and they charge me 30.00$ and they fixed the problem. Bad spark plug.

Never let them work on your vehicles. I had them work on 2 of mine and had issues with both vehicles, crappy work and didnt stand begind their work and over priced on top!

Very rude secretary, they have no customer skills, had my vehicle serviced there and the job was very.very.poor, I will never ever recommend anybody this auto shop to get their car fixed there.

This place is very deceptive. Labor cost higher than any place and tell you a quote over phone only to charge you more when you get your car in there shop.

Stay away from this place they are rude and overcharge for everything!!
