I came to best buy to purchase a coaxial spit and figured I would get a snack on my way out. I picked up beef jerky at was price for 5.99, at the counter however the item came up to 8.99. The cashier had a team lead come to verify the price and found that the incorrect label was place on shelf for that item. That price was never adjusted and I refused to purchase item. When since as it been acceptable to label and item incorrectly and not adjust the price for the customer?

Trash customer service. Rude and. Incompetent. See picture below. I’m shopping for ear buds and I grabbed these. They have all the features. And pretty good price. Upon bringing them to the cashier. She proceeds to tell me they are twice the price. So I ask if I can get a manager over to the Bose display. When I spoke to him I start off by letting him know “hey. I know we make mistakes. If someone just put one in the wrong spot. I get it. But you stocked two whole shelves with this product and I would like to get your product for the advertised price” Manager said. “The product being on the shelf doesn’t mean anything.” I said what do you mean. Your advertising a product CLEARLY with a price. He said “That’s just how it goes. All of our products are out of place”. “IT IS WHAT IT IS”. Those were his words. Wouldn’t even let me talk. I look Forward to talking to the GM Miss Tambi. If these are the types of practices that you show and these managers are the best you have trained. I feel sorry for the future of your store.

Probably the best place for electronics in town. Very professional, helpful and a vast majority of different name brands. They offer a variety of everything they have. I come here for my electronics. Theyve got a large selection of everything you could get everywhere else. Why stop somewhere else?

We had the best experience with a sales man at this location, missed his name but he was a tall gentleman with a yellow mask on. We checked out our 65” hisense tv about 1:57pm today, he was also able to print off a receipt we had lost for our files as well. We will definitely be only doing our Best Buy shopping from now only at this location; though other locations are closer to our house. The costumer service from this man wasn’t pushy but officiant & so welcoming. I just hope he gets the acknowledgement and appreciation he deserves for securing returning costumers. I also called Best Buy phone # to leave a review & she said she’ll be letting y’all know as well.

Forget you ever walked into Best Buy because they sure forget who you are when youve purchased anything from them. All calls are routed to a national call center. You cannot talk to someone local for any reason!

Geek squad is a joke. Ive always heard stories about how they dont really know what they are doing. Ive had to fix computers right after they were supposedly fixed by them. Then when I finally decide to ask for help from them they dont know what hardware to recommend when I was told to ask them. My question was for what hardware do they recommend for running the blender software smoothly. But instead they thought I was wanting to purchase that software (its a free software btw). So I asked it again and I was told all I need are the right components that the software can support. I have to say that is some grade A tech support. I never would have thought that all I needed was the right components. So basically I was told that all I need is a computer with a graphics card. Keep in mind I went to them asking for what they recommend I get for each component. I figured maybe they would point out each part and it be the most expensive parts but instead I was just told to have a computer to run the software. I do not recommend anyone go to geek squad for any real computer help I just seems like if you have a GED then you can work that part. Also mask are not required so dont expect them to enforce what their signs say.

Great place to buy all of your appliances. Knowledgeable staff they even come to your home. We bought everything sitting on the comfort of our home. There was a mishap with a delivery but was quickly fixed in store.

Store isnt too bad, geek squad service is horrible. Sub-contracted out to White Eagle Technologies inc. This company should not be doing any business at all. Geek squad set up and appointment for Friday from 12-5. No one ever showed. Called and was told it was the responsibility of the contractor. Called contractor, was on hold for 20min then was hung up on. Finally was able to connect and was asked to send pictures of front and back of TV and parts would be sent to my house. Once parts were received to call them back so a repair could be scheduled. Mind you, this is a Best Buy TV under warranty. The contractor says its $135.00 repair fee. Absolutely ridiculous trying to deal with this company. Best Buy card will be canceled and all purchase will be from Amazon from now on. Simple return policy.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Theyre definitely in a bit of a labor crunch - everyone seemed quite busy, three of the headphones I picked out were mislabelled with the wrong prices, and their inventory selections seemed a bit of a mess. Seems to be the boat everyone in the US is in now though.

Returned an item that included a free subscription I never used and had just noticed two weeks later that they charged me for the subscription during the time of refund… just got that fixed with a Best Buy online customer service representative.3 stars still cause of the friendly customer service nonetheless.

I didnt want to leave my dog in the car because it was hot so I asked if I could bring him in and they said no which I understand, but there was a lady in there holding a chihuahua and it was definitely not a service dog. Other than that the gentlemen who checked me out and helped me with my purchase was good but I still feel as if they should have said something to the lady with the dog but they did not.

Normally we buy our electronics among other things at Best Buy and we are usually Satisfied with everything and we were satisfied with something we bought there the lady who helped was great... However we were going to purchase a smart phone the day we were there but we couldnt get the employees to help us that day because they were about to change shifts so they refused to help us so Best Buy lost out on a sale and we will not be purchasing from them again.. Now this is the Beaumont Store weve never had this happen at Best Buy in Port Arthur...

It was real nice. We ended up purchasing a refrigerator while there. The Manager Mirza was very helpful in our purchase. Best Buy was not real crowded, the staff was still wear masks. It was a great shopping experience.

Came for a release the day of and they wouldn’t help and said the product was probably on the truck and they would put it out the next day. Went down the street to a smaller retailer and bought the same product right there. This Best Buy is not up to standard of the larger ones and the employees basically try to avoid you. They do business since many other people here don’t have a choice but unless I have no other option I would avoid this location.

My $1500 laptop that’s barely a year old is having a lot of problems and the agents at geek squad were so helpful, even without an appointment!!! i’ve been coming to geek squad forever. i’m so excited to finally get it fixed, because apparently they don’t exist in new york?? :( i had to wait until i came back home to get it repaired, and it was definitely worth it.

2;45 pm Stood around in the the phone section for 22 minutes. Asked the Doorman to call someone to come? By this time 3 other customers were waiting as well? The manager came, said he was sorry. I spent $900 on a laptop and $147 on Home and Student 2019. The laptop died within 3 days and I did get a new laptop but had issues with the Home and Student 2019. The manager at this store was rude and condescending toward me. That will be the last time I spend any money at that store. I will be calling corporate and the district manager. The manager has a bad attitude and I did not deserve to be treated the way I was. My advice, stay away from this store. Spend your hard earned money where they appreciate your business.

I went in yesterday to buy a screen protector and have it put on, and not only was I not helped I was walked pass by one employee several times and not even offered to be helped he looked at me everytime he walked by. He helped other people and I was there standing at the counter for over 20 minutes. I called the store to complain and did not get hold of the store I am still waiting for a call back. There is a man that works in the computer section named Sam. He is one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure of helping me at Best Buy. If you are going to buy a computer. I HIGHLY recommend him. He not only was very knowledgeable in computers, he was also knowledgeable with games and helped me in that area too. He also has a great personality all around, is very laid back and not pushy at all, and is very interesting to have a conversation with.

Was there curbside for the PS5 pickup. Even tho the site was running slow the young lady helped us by getting my Husbands license to verify his info for pickup. In my opinion Best Buy is literally the worlds largest coupon. Go there, you can find joy cons for the Nintendo switch for $20 when they are usually $40-$60. And the workers are like the most sweetest people in the world! If you’re trying to set up your own gaming battle station, better go to Best Buy. I had only been to Best Buy for my first time at Christmas. I made two purchases after getting the opinion of the employees. Well thats kind of where I went wrong. Its not the employees fault. Management needs to send them to classes. You assume if they are doing this job then they are tech savy....right? That is not the case. Both of my gift had to be rerurned. But little did I know, they have a 15 day return policy but considering covid, I decided to contact Corporate. I was able to get a gift card refund on one but the other is mine now. I spent the gift card while I was there because I dont want to have to return to this store. Sorry Best Buy but in my book...thats exactly what you werent...a Best Buy😟
