We were in the area on vacation from Indiana and I blew a tire. We called around several places and they were so much more reasonable on price than anyone else that I called and the big plus is that they had my size in stock! But the best part was the customer service that we received. John was not only helpful and courteous, he genuinely wanted us to have a nice time in the area and gave us some suggestions on places to visit and eat. I have nothing but good things to say about this business!

I had a nearly flat tire late yesterday. I scheduled an appointment online for next day. Actually arrived early, and my car was taken in immediately. They found a huge nail and was able to get me back on the road in under an hour. They were so friendly and so helpful, even though I could tell they were super busy, they gave each customer their full attention and plenty of time. Highly recommend!

I was getting excessive wear on my passenger side tires and prior to purchasing new tires I wanted to determine what the cause may be. John and his team assessed my truck and determined that the front struts required replacing and given the miles it would make sense to do the rear shocks. I like that NTB does alignments and offer a one, three and five year alignment package so I went ahead and purchased my tires, replaced the shocks/struts and replaced the front brakes which were okay but the rotors were pitted and causing excessive degradation of the disc pads. John kept me updated on receiving and confirming all parts and had two mechanics working on the vehicle to ensure that I would not need to have the vehicle back within the day of service. I am pleased with the professionalism shown and the warranty work available for my tires, pads and alignment.

I will never take any vehicle back here I took my truck in for a simple allignment and they said “it needs a specialty allignment since it’s squatted, I watched the guy do the same exact thing that he would do to any other vehicle, and they are so rude and try to talk you into spending more money, they wanted almost 250$ to mount my tires when I took it to safe hands and got all 4 done for 50$ And they did a very good job and it took them about 15 mins, and NTB said the next allignment was free took it back to get another one and they tried to charge me for it, horrible customer service and very unprofessional and very over priced

Staff was nothing short of AMAZING! I came in close to closing time after being turned away by another shop that said they wouldn’t be able to fix my alignment problem.I was greeted as soon as I walked in, asked what I needed and was told to pull my car up and they’ll see what they can do for me. They were able to do the alignment and it drives way better now!!

They were excellent! Friendly, courteous and quickly repaired my tire. Knew what they were doing.

I was recommended there by my brother. He said that they do great repair work there. Cause my car was having a oil leak at the time. But long store short I love there services they told everything from detail what my car needed and they ordered the part that was needed and repair it the same day great job. Now my car runs like new☺️

They could be a little more organized in the morning as we had an appt and nobody seemed to know anything about it, and it was written on a small piece of paper instead of putting the appointment in their system. Although we were satisfied with the work that was done.

I thought i trusted this place but ill get into it why i dont and neither should you. I took my vehicle here this week for an oil change, tire rotation, a slight tune up and yo try to get my front blinker light replaced. First off, my tires werent rotated. I made sure i had distinct marks on each tire and where it was so i would know if they rotated them and they were all in the same place. I was told i needed new spark plugs which i took their advice and when i got home and looked over my wifes vehicle records i remembered i just got the spatk plugs replaced 2 years ago. My main issue is the front side blinker light. I showed up and they told me they didnt replace it be ause water was in the casing and it would go out immediately,but didnt call me about it and tell me. I know there was water in there and has beenfor 6 years due to a bad seal but the light lasted 6 yrs in the water. They told me the only fix would be to get the whole casing replaced to get the water out which is probably correct. When i got home later that day, i came back in my drive way to see the plastic covering that had a bad seal fell completely off the light casing....it just happened to fall off the day they told me they wouldnt change my bulb and disnt want to mess with it. Didnt bother to call me over the 5 hrs they had my vehicle to inform me of that but waited until i got to the store. My theory is they tried to replace the bulb but accidently broke the casings plastic covering and then hoped it wouldnt fully fall off before i got my vehicle. They then tell me they didnt even bother trying to fix it because of the water in it to seem like they did nothing with it. 3 hours after i get home with my car, the thing they didt bother with completley falls off and plastic seal on it is broken and there is no way to fix it unless i replace the whole light casing. I thought i should call and ask them about it, but nowhere on my reciept or write up did they put any notes about the light bulb or me wanted to get the bulb replaced so they can just say they did nothing with it because it isnt even on file that i went there to have that fixed. This place is a bunch of liars and will try to scam you or will at least lie to you toyour face. Not trying to play the blame game but a piece on my car that has never bren loose or broke happens to fall off the same day i want something replaced on that particular part. Doesnt seem like a coincidence. Go somewhere else and save ourself the worry of this business.

I know how it feels to have someone come in when everyone is done and cleaned up ready to go home but they helped me out without any hesitation and a great attitude. Highly recommended

If I could give a no star review I would .. these folks had me waiting around for a hour for my oil change to get done and the guy comes in a whole hour later just to say they didnt have the part to do my oil change .. if you knew you didnt have the part to begin with you should have never put my car up and even looked under it .. this is the problem with shops like this they always want to tell you everything else you need done to your car instead of just taking care of the service that you came in for. This is not the first time they have given me a hard time, but let me tell you it will definitely be the last. Took my car to brakes for less and I was in and out in half the time and half the price 🤣

Was traveling with my horses, and got a leak in my trailer tire .....called in, was told that they were booked solid. When I explained my situation over the phone, they said that they would work me in! Was in and out in just a few minutes!!!!! This place is shady. Took our car in and they called 7 mins before closing basically threatening that they would not wait, the oil light came back on 3 days later, and they stole the engine cover. Never again.

This place was great, they took me right in checked my tire had 2 nails i was travleing long distance so decided to get a new one on there recommendations (Preston was his name a John was a huge help as well but the main man here the one hero Julius, thank you all) if you need your tires checked this is the place to go, my second experience with NTB and it got better i didnt think it could but it did, thanks to these guys..

Worst customer care ever! Called on Saturday around 1pm asked when best time to come in and was told 4pm. He took my name and number so I figured I was GTG. Stopped looking for another business and went in early, was told they couldnt get to me there was to many people in front of me that were walk ins. Will take my business elsewhere thank you!

NTB in Beaufort is the place to go for service & repairs. We had a soft tire on HHI and Island Tire turned us away saying it was too close to closing time. NTB in Beaufort took care of us right away.

I have been a customer with this company for 2years..and today I am officially done with them..I came to them for a simple oil change and tune up and they wanted to charge me $600.00 I retrieved my keys and went to oReilly for the items I needed and took my truck to the hood mechanic for $60. My truck runs excellent. This place is over priced and should be run out of town..I feel sorry for the great personal forced to provide over priced service for simple maintenance..

$90 for an oil change and a quick tire plug...NINETY DOLLARS. I got an oil change from them in my Ford Fusion, with 30k more miles on it, and it only cost me $30. Not coming back to this place and going to make sure everyone I know steers clear of this bloated priced location.

My wife and I were traveling and had an issue with the front end of the car vibrating. I stopped in to have them check balance to see if that was the issue. They balanced the tires with a charge but that did not fix the problem. After additional checking they found that the CV shafts were both bad and they showed me the issue. We agreed that was the problem and they ordered the parts for my car and we set an appointment for the next day. I can in and 3 hours later and a fair price, the car was fixed. Corey was the person at the store that gave me a secure feeling that I was being treated properly. I am sure we have all had issues while traveling with our vehicles and did not receive sure good service. 5 Stars to NTB in Beaufort, SC.

Absolutely LOVED John! First off, Im a woman...and that usually makes us targets at auto repair shops. I am fortunate enough to have grown up with my family owning an auto parts and repair service and know a thing or two about cars, but John was unaware of this. I initially went in for a whirring sound that turned out to be a super easy fix. John didnt try to get one over on me, he told me it was a quick fix and sent me on my way. I was so very impressed with his honesty. About a week later, I decided to go back and have John look at an annoying van door rattle that I couldnt tinker around with myself due to me being pregnant. After driving the car and placing it on the lift, John discovered the rattle was coming from a rear brake that was improperly installed before I purchased the van. To wrap things up, we made an appointment to fix the issue at a super fair price and when I showed up for the repair he was done within about 35 minutes and he even showed me exactly what was improperly installed and how it was causing the rattle/uneven brake wear!!! 100% pleased with his honesty, attitude, knowledge, thoroughness and quality of work. Honest people are hard to find and for that, I will continue to trust my car with John at NTBBeaufort.

I would have given them a five but it took 2 + hours to install the tires. The on line ordering was great, price was great and service personnel were polite. But I scheduled the install so I expect it not to take an extended time. Perhaps I am unrealistic how long these things take, perhaps not.

Fair price and good service. They actually beat the online price for the tires I was buying which was amazing. I will definitely be taking my business to them in the future.

They have great service. The workers are extra kind. Their waiting room is comfortable and relaxing. While I wait on them to service my car; I had a cup of coffee and watch TV.

I had blowout on my camper on I 95 in rush hour traffic, traveling from Tybee beach back home to Concord NC. We were on a very tight schedule and needed a tire fast. The people at NTB were very helpful and didnt take advantage of our situation. Very professional and polite in helping me get back on the road. Tires were reasonable but the service could have been better. I am a disabled and had brought a new spare tire for my car when tire was ready l had to roll it out to car myself and put it in my trunk. I walk with a cane. Displeased with that.

I went to another tire shop first. They didnt have my tires in stock, were very rude about it and gave me price for what it would cost to get my tire in stock. So I left and went to NTB. I am so glad the first place were out of stock because NTB had a way better deal on NEW tires not used tires like the other guy. And they were very professional and kind. It was very busy the day I walked in and the guy that helped me was fast and provided excellent customer service. This is where I will always come for tires for now on!

I get there and they tell me the 4 tires they promised when scheduling appointment was not available. I had to get another brand. They also did the alignment. I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes. The guys were in the shop shooting fireworks. Very unprofessional. NTB let me down this time. You think your buying 2 and getting 2 free but by time they add things to your price, it’s about the same as 4 tires. They know how to get to your wallet.

I have had several experiences now with NTB (because I own too many vehicles) and I have to say each experience has been great. Corey Ellis is very knowledgeable and is extremely helpful. The staff are quick, efficient and very polite. I will definitely keep bringing my vehicles to NTB.

On two occasions I had my wife get some things fixed on our 2012 Toyota Sienna. Both times they were able fix the problems at a very fair price. On one occasion I was deployed so I really appreciate that she did not get the run around. Thank you gentlemen, I really appreciate it.

I had a 3:30pm appointment for an oil change. They took my car a few minutes early and returned it within an hour. I was very pleased with the service and price.

Extremely pleased with NTB! Ended up getting a flat tire during work that was not repairable. Called around to multiple places who wanted an arm and a leg for a new tire. My manager recommended NTB and Im so glad she did! I called and spoke with Corey who was extremely professional and knowledgeable.. he gave me a quote for a new tire right away, and it ended up being the most affordable place I could find! I went in, and didnt have to wait very long for my tired to be replaced. Left the store after they were finished and noticed that a strange noise was coming from my tire.. I called the store and they instantly had a tech come out TO MY HOUSE to see what was going on. One of the weights was rubbing up against the tires, so the tech fixed it and sent me on my way. He even filled up all of my tires and gave them all a quick look over to make sure they were all good. This tells me that they will really go out of their way to make a customer happy! I HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be going back for regular services with them! :)

This place was great! My tire blew out unexpectedly and everyone wanted an arm and six legs! NTB kept me under $100.00 and I was cozy watching HGTV in their customers lounge. Awesome Service!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! VERY KNOWLEDHABLE MECHANICS AND SALES PEOPLE! Wow what a change from Tire Kingdom. They got the car in as soon as we got there and got it on the rack , called and let us come and look at it before making our decision. Buying tires is never cheap but they made it less painful, especially as they found nothing else wrong.Not sure if they had cheaper tires that could be ordered , just went with the cheapest ones they had in stock. Bit the bullet, better to be safe.

Most time that Ive come here the service was good but today was far from that, had an appointment at 10:30 for a simple inspection that I was told would only take 10-15 minutes, instead I waited an hour and a half for this. Although the employee at the front desk was professional of everything, theres no reason that I have to make a 10:30 appointment when I didnt leave till noon.

The service was EXCELLENT. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring.

Always do a great job fixing my vehicles, explain everything needed so you can understand, especially John, he is very professional and I always trust what he says needs repaired. They fixed my van today, had it ready earlier than anticipated and No more vibrations from the front end. Would also like to thank Cory who works inside for all his help, especially trying to choose tires and Joey.

Bought tires from somewhere else and had them shipped here, installed and a 4 wheel alignment. Couldnt be happier with the entire process. They understand customer service. Expensive rims and they handled them correctly. Will return. Military friendly. Matt was great.

My experience at Beaufort NTB was HORRIBLE!!! I purchase the road Hazard protection on four of my tires and now there two nails in my tire and their telling me I have to pay for a new tire. All because the nails was not in a place they could patch the tire. But that was not what I was told when I purchase my road hazard protection. I was told if I rolled over anything in the road that my tire would be replaced for because of the protection.The manager customer service sucked he didnt even let me finish my sentence before he tried to answer. So basically I just felt like he was trying to fast talk me because he thought I didnt know what I was talking about.I would not recommend their service to anyone again. At least not the NTB in Beaufort/Burton SC!!

Please note that this service was done three years ago. Hopefully things has change.I needed to replace all for my tires for its routine maintenance requirements. I was provided with the most decent tires that reasonably priced. I took the offer and service. Sadly thats the only good things that happened.According to management a few personels decided to quit or did not show up thus leaving only two people to perform all the service and maintenance on a handful of cars. Due to that their service took longer than expected (over five hours). I was very patient but it was slowly declining. I was quietly irritated when I saw a car serviced before me when that customers vehicle was the second car that arrived after me.

Have a slow leak in one tire and needed it plugged or, if necessary, replaced. I was asked if I wanted to drop it off, as they could look at it in a few hours. I needed my only truck as I was trying to move to the next campground on my vacation. He said he only had two guys and they were busy. I looked into the large repair bay and saw two guys working on two vehicles and nobody waiting. Other tire outlets have always had an apprentice around to assist and learn, usually how to jack, remove, and plug a simple flat tire, for people in my situation without time to wait and no transportation besides the vehicle with the slow leak. Oh well, I guess Ill try the competition tomorrow in a different town. If they, for some reason, dont offer to check if out soon as mentioned above (it takes ten minutes to plug a leak with the equipment they have, and thats generous), as they always have, Ill give them the same review. So much for NTB as an option for future business...

Good customer service. usually always have some type of deal. service is usally pretty fast. Kristen is awesome addition to the NTB family. only bad thing is if you leave your car there, you have to call back to see if its ready

John and Butch are always helpful here. They dont push services on you, if it is something recommended, they will inform you; although, if it is something that is detrimental that you need done they will give you a good price for the service being performed and the part price cost.

Fast- leaking tire, almost flat, 2-hour wait, no offer to inflate it or get the car in quickly. Had to move on quickly to get help elsewhere. Chivalry is dead.

Had a blow out 48 miles away they where going to be closed by the time I changed to the spare. I called and told themnwhat was going on and I was 228 miles from home. They hung around till I got there and put a new tire on for me. Great guys

I bought tires from tire rack and had these people mount and balance them because they are cheaper than everyone else well you get what you pay for. I also got an alignment. Well lets just say I had to come back in a couple days and get my tire balance again because they forgot to do one and my alignment was not correct lets just say Im wont be coming back for any further services.

Told me the appointment had not been set up then the tires they had originally said were there magically did not have them when I got there. Had to get a different brand about $40 more per tire I left.

This outfit is, in my opinion, a criminal enterprise. I wish zero stars was an option. I dealt with them once, but never again. I took my car in because one tire had developed a slow leak. I should have been on the qui vive when the employee mentioned that the charge SHOULD be $xx, but that sometimes leaking tires were found to be damaged. When I went to pick up my car I found that indeed my tire had suffered damage. I would need another one. I asked to see the tire and when shown the damage could see immediately the damage was intentionally inflicted. The mechanic whod done the work said the damage had been done when the tire had been dismounted earlier in its life. He didnt know my tires had never been off their respective wheels.These guys are CROOKS.

I had an appointment at another local tire service center but came here instead because my appointment was rescheduled. I needed wheels and tires swapped on my new Outback. I didnt have high expectations since it was Friday evening and thought I was simply going to make an appointment for the following day. I was greeted by Corey at the sales counter with courtesy and professionalism. He said he could get my wheels and tires on my car right then. When the service was completed I was impressed with the level of care and concern for my new car. The original tires and wheels were carefully placed in my Outback on plastic to protect the inside. I was not familiar with how TPMS works and thought there was an issue with the sensors. Corey had a technician immediately come out to check them. Everything checked out ok. I drove off completely satisfied with the service I received from NTB. The best experience Ive had for car service anywhere.

I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 and I showed up 20 minutes early. Was told they’d get my vehicle started at that moment, asked how long maintance would take and they said “1 1/2 to 2 hours” here I am 4 hours later and still haven’t even been updated on how much longer my vehicle will take. To top all that, I got an estimate online of how much everything would be ($460.80) and I asked the cashier how much everything would be after everything is done and the price is now $590. Needless to say I will not be coming back here for any tire related issues.

After visiting a few different shops, the guys here at NTB were the ones who finally diagnosed the problem with my wheel hub. These are honest guys, with fast friendly and great service!

Buyer BEWARE! I went in for a tire and with it came Im going to need more than one, plus a new bulb in the back of my car which ran over $30. Mind you, I DID NOT get this done. When you go in for one thing they tell you about other SO CALLED problems your vehicle is having. Please steer clear or else you will have a much higher bill than estimated. They dont do their job right and just pretend everything you initially went in for is done correctly. These are nothing but a bunch of crooks that only want your money, not see you satisfied with great customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Had to have my EGR system cleaned out and my brakes done. EGR wasn’t cleaned out lime they claimed and my brakes are the exact same. Making noise driving under 20mph only thing done right was my new tires put on
