Great experience! It was super easy to schedule a time for my car to visit over the phone. Then, I showed up, and they took the car for its 100k miles tune up. While they said it would take the entire day, they got it done in half the time, which really speaks to the efficiency at this Goodyear. They were very upfront and clear about what would need to be done to the car and what could arise along the way. I never felt like charges would arise out of nowhere. They are precise in their work and obviously take pride in doing it right. Happy to call myself a Goodyear Beaufort customer!

I cannot say enough positive adjectives about my experience with this Goodyear! A week ago, I suffered a sudden flat rear tire. Fortunately, it happened almost right in front of Goodyear. They have been my tire provider for the 6 1/2 years I’ve lived in Beaufort, including hard-to-find tires for my roadster, which does not have a spare. Through their research, they were able to locate the two remaining tires of make/model I needed. Their GM made a special trip to Columbia to pick them up for me! I’m very pleased that they were able to help me keep the same make/model tires on my vehicle. Thanks, Goodyear, for going the extra mile!

The first appointment I had was for an oil change months ago and went pretty horribly. I would give that rating a 2 or 3 star review. They were rude and un friendly and seemed bothered to even want to help me with an oil change I had scheduled. This most recent time, I had a flat tire and needed to bring my car in to fix the tire. I MADE AND APPOINTMENT, and from there on it just got worse. I was called on my way to the store and informed that they were to busy and needed to change my appointment to a week and a half later. Totally unacceptable. They didnt offer another store or anything to help me in my situation at all. We actually kinda rude about it too. What made it even worse, was when I asked why they were to busy and why wasnt my appointment able to be kept, the answer was just they were busy and couldnt do it. I stopped by another Goodyear store and they said I could leave it all day and MAYBE they could get to it but no promises. I didnt have an appointment at that store so I can not be too mad I guess. In summary. DO NOT GO TO GOODYEAR for service of any kind at this location. Unfriendly and unhelpful. They cannot fit you in ever and dont even keep appointments.

Late Saturday evening while in the process of doing a complete Brake job on my Dodge Durango I came across multiple lug nuts that have been stripped by another tire store in NC and I could not remove them. I went to Goodyear in Beaufort and Mr Michael Newman not only help me order a complete set of lugs online but scheduled me for an appointment that Monday to have them replaced. They were able to remove the damaged lugs on Monday in a short time and replaced all the lugs on the vehicle they kept me on schedule for a road trip that I was going on and can not thank them enough for their professionalism and especially Mr Newman for going the extra mile in helping me get new lugs so quickly. My expetance with goodyear was beyond helpful which is be becoming rare in todays society.

I thought I would’ve learned my lesson because this is the third vehicle I have brought there Long story short rude bother to answer questions have no idea what the they’re doing this is the third time they’ve charged me for a vehicle wheel alignment and the vehicle did not need an alignment I’m not a mechanic so I don’t know but they didn’t even go to check it out I explain to him that the steering is off he said no worries will take care of it I get it back and I said they’re good to go I get in my vehicle and the steering is even worse I asked for the alignment print out that shows a pictures of the tires and the angles and somehow they don’t have those papers brought it to another mechanic down the road and I was told there is no way that they did a complete alignment because your wheel hub is misaligned so there is no possible way to do an alignment until you fix the wheel hub and there is no way another mechanic would miss that doing an alignment there for a good year knew they were screwing you over and did it anyway Do not go here save your money these people have no idea what you’re doing another bunch of pirates

Outstanding Service!I took a friends vehicle in for a tire problem. Come to find out it was the wrong place. No problem for this location! Got me right in and took care of the problem. The place is very clean, organized and the staff is helpful as well as customer focused. If you need tires or help with tires I highly recommend this place. Michael job well done. Michael is awesome at service desk. As a local this is the BEST place in town! They not only care they know how to fix something. They have a great waiting room with coffee water and Wi-Fi that really works. Ive stopped taking my car to the dealer because these guys are better than the dealer. Absolutely satisfied with my new Goodyear tires purchased here for my 2011 Ford Escape. Excellent quality - and they were installed and balanced perfectly at a reasonable price. They also did an great job with the front end alignment. I did have an issue with my front brake installation, but Dave (the store manager) resolved it quickly, professionally and was honest. Having been in this business for a long time I can definitely say it is hard to please everyone, so when reading other reviews please keep this in mind. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Dave and Newman are great and honest people and encourage and recommend people to this store all the time.

Scheduled an appointment today and when I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment. Thats simply bad business practices. I waisted my time and gas going up to their store. They need to fix their system online.

Sloppy, piss poor product, and a rip off. Asked for an oil change, got the oil drained i think. Didnt change the oil filter, and spilled half a quart of oil all over the engine compartment. The car was smoking when i got home. Charged me for an extra quart of oil, lie. Told me the coolant was low and bad, on a 2 year old car, with less than 50k miles. Clearly they love to upsell things the car doesnt need. Had to go to another place to get my oil changed, and they confirmed my suspicions. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, ITS A RIPP OFF.

I get off work later in the evening so I came by close to closing. Needed a tire patched but they wouldnt even try to fix it. They did however try very hard to sell me a brand new tire. Took my car down to another place in town. They patched it right away, said it was an easy fix.

If I could give them a minus 10 I would. A total rip off business. Very quickly looked at tire that had developed slow leak determined it was a staple and could not fix. Said tire had to be replaced $280. Was suspicious that all they wanted to do was sell us a tire not fix it. How true that was. Went to nearby tire and auto repair place and for less than $20 and 30 minutes time tire was fixed and we were on our way. Had been warned about them before and yes drive by do not ever stop for repair. Had another occorance with them that could have cost thousands and went to reliable place we new of in FL and fixed problem for $600 vs $2,200 they quoted. Should have learned from first experience.

Terrible service. Went in to get an issue resolved, and they said they fixed it and charged over 300$. 3 days later my car gives the same issues and they said that itll cost extra to fix it again. If I bring you my car I expect it to be fixed when yall are done

Went to this location to have tire patched after finding a nail in my tire when coming out of church this morning. Desk clerk was very indifferent. Place was NOT busy at all. Took all my info and made me sign contract. Then he tells me the nail is probably in the sidewall, and he probably can’t fix it. I asked him to try anyway. After 30 minutes, he comes back to tell me I need a new tire. I told him that tire was less than 3 months old. He said, “too bad! We’re not allowed to patch it when nail is in sidewall.” I protested and reminded that the nail is in the 2nd tread over from the sidewall. Next, he says “it is a federal offense” for him to fix my tire and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. I asked him to show me in writing that this is a rule OR a federal offense. He muttered and stammered and shuffled some papers, then shouted to his tech to “back the car out.” Did I mention that I was on the phone with my close friend who is owner of a MAJOR truck/bus/car garage in Upstate SC and has been so for 40 years? This guy is a liar. I will not trust him or any Goodyear store again. Found out it is Goodyear’s policy to PUSH customers to buy a new tire by refusing to repair them!

I cannot THANK this Goodyear location enough for what they did for us. My friends and I had a flat tire 200 miles away from our final destination and once we got the spare on we still needed somewhere to go and put on a new tire (since you cannot drive on a spare for more than 50-70 miles). We called everywhere near us and everyone either couldn’t take us in due to appointments, didn’t have our tire, and/or were strict on what time we had to be there before they closed. Goodyear was the only place that said they can take us in up until they close. Once we got there which was 6:50 PM (they close at 7 PM) the process was fast and easy. They put on the new tire and made sure everything was strapped on correctly and safe for our 200 mile journey back home. They were kind and helpful and I thank them so much for doing us such a great service. Thank you Michael and Matt for being there until the final minute and helping us get home safely, when nowhere else could.

The customer service was awful, and so were the prices. I went in needing a tire replacement and the lowest option I was given was $700. For essentially the same set of tires I was able to go to Firestone for half that price. I have never felt inclined to leave a review for anything on google however, my experience was so poor that I want to encourage everyone to take their money elsewhere.

Super customer service. I felt respected even in my lack of car knowledge. My car was well taken care of and I feel secure driving without the worry of a similiar problem in the future.

My father came here and had his tires replaced along with an alignment. Everything was great until the entire front right side sounded like it was going to fall apart. After some looking and taking the front right wheel off we found out that the mechanic didnt even bother tightening the bolts down when they did the alignment causing the whole wheel to move back and forth when braking. Now we have to go get another alignment, not to mention the wear and tear on the brand new tire. In their defense they did fix the alignment issue that previous mechanics never managed to fix.

Fixed a patch in my wifes car quick and easy, I called ahead of time, and explained we were about to go on a road trip and needed her car because its bigger, they patched the tire and cut the price down for active duty, awesome help, and great customer service.

WORST customer service. I went today to take my husband’s Tahoe to get the oil changed & tires rotated since he’s in the field right now training. They were SO rude and acted like they didn’t have any openings when I had the site pulled up with open appointment times and needed help choosing exactly what I needed since there’s 9 million options on there. I would not recommend this place to do even the most basic things. It took them two hours after I dropped it off to do a simple oil change. I won’t be going back simply because of the customer service. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I waited literally two hours to get my oil and filter changed and for them to tell me they couldnt fix my headlight and to recommend to take my car to another shop. the people who i spoke with there were also very unpleasant

I just needed to two trailer tires installed. They carry them, Lowes does. They sent me there and installed them for practically nothing. They were professional and knowledgeable

Took them over 2 and a half hours for 2 new expensive tires and an oil change. They refused to match the price listed on their website and charged $85 for the free tire alignment. Guy at the desk was pleasant as he explained it taked 45 mins to an hour for a oil change! Ridiculous! Guy in the garage told us the tire room was such a mess it took him an hour to find the tires.

Tire stores are limited in Beaufort, you have NTB, which I would never go to, Walmart and Goodyear. Between all of our cars we probably drive 60-70,000 miles a year commuting coupled with the road conditions in SC, we go threw plenty of tires.Every time we bring a car in for a warranty service we get the run around. Need tires rotated? Sorry cant do that because you need new shocks. Want a front end alignment that you paid extra for to be able to get it aligned for 3 years? Sorry, we cant do that because you have a leak in your rack/pinion(common in a Dodge Ram). Flat tire? $25 to fix that, even though its free and I ended up having to call the corporate number to get them to honor that. Tire replace? Lets put like 17psi instead of the 42psi recommended.

Worst Goodyear Ive ever seen. Went in for tire repair, incredibly unfriendly service. Told the wait was several hours. Website FALSELY states free tire repairs. Then told not all stores participate. Gave him my keys, waited 10 minutes then heard 3 other customers go up to him and complain they had made appointments for their tire repairs and have still been there over an hour with the car not being touched. He tells them it can still take a couple hours with an appt. RIDICULOUS! SAVE your time, go across the street to Tuffy as I did. In and out in an hour. VERY friendly.

My experience with this place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my way to Beaufort and I rolled into their parking lot 45 minutes to closing time. They not only squeezed me in and got the job done in fast time! The tire specialist stayed a little late to make sure I had a safe tire to make my drive back home! Kathleen went above and beyond the duties of customer service and I cannot thank the employes at Goodyear enough for their kindness and their work ethis! Recieved a quote of 580$ for front brakes and rotors for my 2005 sedan, this was the lowest quote i got for the job from this company. I gave them options to schedule it later on but within a week for a lower price even. This place must really not want folks to have safe vehicles. Bought parts completed job in 10 min per wheel for 100$ in using oem parts.Watch out for these snakes and shop local.

Im not from here. My family is evacuating from the hurricane and my parents car broke down this place had no compassion. Michael was very helpful and the overall service experience was good.

First off, apointments dont mean anything to the shop. I had an apointment for 1300 and showed up early to check in. I understand if the shop was running late like most shops do but be honest to your customers. I was told my cars oil change would be finished by 1330-1345. I came back to the shop at 1330 and my car had not been started yet. When I asked the front desk how long the car would be he said that it was the next car in and it would be 30 min. I sat outside and watched two other cars be brought into the shop while I was waiting. I returned to the front desk at 1400 and my car hadent been started yet. The shop doesnt care about who comes and who goes. The manager either doesnt care how his shop is run or is ignorant of what is going on. I wish I could have given the shop zero stars but you have to give at least one. I hope everyone reads this before they go in but I dont think the shop will even care due to its volume of customers.

Dont bother with an appointment, they wont keep it. I was told it wouldnt be long, but 3 hours after my appointment, they still hadnt even looked at it with less than an hour until closing time. Maybe their service is OK if they ever actually get to your car... I wont be finding out.

Service was dry....overpaid for some tires that could have been plugged and was lied to about what could be and couldnt be plugged when tires are punctured. Drove to Discount Tire in Columbia from Beaufort and was told that ALL of my tires could have been plugged! Dont go to Goodyear!

The desk guy was very rude, he saw me sitting outside for 30 mins before opening just to tell me they could not help me when I came in. They are inadequately staffed for the amount of work they have on schedule, when I came in for only a patch that would take a few minutes especially bc I already had the tire off, when I stated it would take only a few minutes he was snappy, take your business somewhere that wants to service the public not just their biggest account.
