The two ladies very very customer service oriented. They offered Non-Meat alternatives &had an amazing Crab cake sandwich that I had on an everything bagel. Each made sure that my order was perfect. Working at City Hall, this will be my go to place😊

Good bagels. Got crowded fast but they know what theyre doing behind the counter. Just a bit too hectic for me. Definitely worth a try.

The bagels / drinks here are great! Nothing too crazy, but I definitely can see myself adding this to my daily morning walk. The woman working even made me an Arnold Palmer with their freshly brewed tea and lemonade!

Got 2 sesame bagels with egg and avocado. The order was really good. Service seemed under pressure and a little slow at times. Coffee seemed okay.

Fantastic is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the bagel shoppe! Their perfectly baked bagels with an assortment of fine cream cheeses each containing its own unique robust flavor is just icing on the cake to the phenomenal customer service that is received upon each visit. The extra time put into each customer’s specifications to make sure that utmost quality is achieved is beyond parallel. All employees are attentive and respectful. Never have I left the shop without a smile

Went on a weekend staycation in Beacon and my partner and I checked this place out twice. As Main Streets most popular quick eat breakfast spot, this place was PACKED both times. Great GREAT food, however the coffee was not great. The coldbrew the first time was just really tangy and watery? And my hazelnut iced coffee just sat in the car and eventually caught a fly. :[ As a not morning person, I was really disappointed in not having my coffee. Aside from that, we have a very pleasant and tasty experience at The Bagel Shoppe! I would just steer clear of the drinks if you like a strong coffee!

Tasty bagels (egg everything with jalapeño cream cheese for me and The Hobo for hubs) and particularly pleasant service.

UPDATE:Much better service on last visit. Thank you.The bagels are good; the service from girl with blue/green hair is detestable. We come to get bagels, not attitude. The other employees are professional. Not worth starting your day with Gen Z angst. Go to Kitchen down the street or Big Mouth for pastries. Lots of other places without blue hair girl none sense.

Delicious bagels!!! Quick and helpful service. It would be nice if they took your name instead of saying “your bagel is ready” to a room full of people.

Very good bagels but the kid jayden that works there stinks he’s messed up my order both times i’ve gone there and he’s taken my order. all the other workers nail the order everytime. He messed up a very large order because he decided not to read it back to me to make sure he got everything and messed up 2 of the 8 sandwich’s very badly. the second time it was a simple egg everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and he gave me a plain egg bagel with cream cheese after asking me what the cream cheese was again. Either he needs to go through better training or just not work in food service. All the other workers are super friendly and take orders correctly.

The bagels were delicious. It was pretty empty when we first got there, but the place quickly filled up with people.

The Beacon Bagel is a hard act to follow. The Bagel Shoppe has added some new things to the menu I was excited to try. Breakfast Burrito was bomber but needs some work, and the coffee wasnt strong enough for my liking. But the fact that we have a Bagel Shop in town is awesome!

5 star quality products but errors on the orders and not finding them till you get home is troublesome specially if you can’t eat their creations.

Great bagels. The only thing to make the place better would be more tofu spread flavors-- only options are plain and veggie. But they are tasty!

This place has become a staple for us for weekend breakfast since it opened. Staff is incredibly friendly and the bagels are very good. Genuinely my only complaint is they make their everything bagels with fennel which isn’t for me. If you haven’t already, check this place out!

Great food, but the Main Street/Beacon location is chaotic. The employees are all trying to do the same thing. We’ve tried ordering ahead and still wind up waiting a half hour to pick up because there is no semblance of order. Someone needs to be in charge of taking orders and directing customers. In this COVID world, you can not afford having a gaggle of customers all standing around aimlessly.

Excellent service and excellent quality with my food! The first place that actually knows what a scrambled egg is supposed to be like. Im very pleased and love the fresh bagels! I absolutely recommend this place!

The best bagels in the Hudson Valley to be sure. Customer service is phenomenal. Huge fan of the Bagel Shoppe in Fishkill and having a location in Beacon is amazing! Getting a Bagel Shoppe bagel always makes my day 10x better.

Love that I can find a great bagel with tofu cream cheese in Beacon. Really missed having a quick vegan thing to eat in town.

The bagels we had were delicious! Weve been a huge fan of the Fishkill Bagel Shoppe, for years. Its our go-to place for bagels outside of NYC. So, we were naturally exicted to hear about the opening of their second location, right here in Beacon. So far, the bagels are living up to their reputation! 👍🏼
