I have been going to Western Reserve Eye Care for years. Dr Steigemeier has been my eye doctor for over 30 years. I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and know all about eye care.

I have a very tight schedule and can only make appointments at places when I use my vacation time from work so I Made an appointment with them a month in advance got them off my insurance website.2 days before my appointment they call and said they actually don’t take my insurance! So now I am unable to find anywhere with an opening in such a small time frame!

I saw Dr. Zaczyk for vision therapy. She is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She has alot of patience and is good at thinking outside the box in order to help you. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I did not order glasses here but they have a wide variety of frames to choose from.
