Experience from start to finish was amazing! I called in to look at a specific model Q50. It was being serviced, but i was still invited to come take a look at it. Due to the distance and me and my wifes work hours, I arrived close to closing. I was still shown the vehicle and took a test drive in a different trim model. Cammeron was very helpful and got back to me when the vehicle was serviced, detailed and ready to go. I came in and test drove it. They got me approved with a great rate even though its my first financed vehicle. We had a payment that worked in our budget and they made it work. Cammeron was really cool and patient with all my questions throughout the entire process. I felt welcomed and respected. Shout out to all who stayed late until the deal was closed including Tanya who made the fun part of signing quick and easy. Thanks everyone!

I highly recommend this dealership. Kevin Hemmelgarn. had great communication from the very beginning, took time to understand my exact needs and situation (needed to sell my current car first and wait for lien release) and then guided me through the remaining process which included some remedies to the car we were interested in. We ended up with exactly the right car at a fair and competitive price. Special mention to Tony in Finance, Dan (sales mgr) and even Courtney who assisted us when we arrived the first time to take a drive. What a great group of professionals assembled in one place.As a customer who lives 90 min away, I do wish you had at least one weekday with evening hours. Also, I would suggest minimizing utilization of the appt. coordinator as at one point it just seemed to block me from dealing directly with a salesperson.

The actual car buying process was okay but the customer service after the fact has been non-existent. I was promised that a second key to my vehicle would be mailed to my house. I was told three weeks ago that this was done but to date, I have not received a key. I have made repeated contacts to the dealership but no one will call me back. Theyve washed their hands of the matter rather than honoring their we owe promise. This experience has left me with doubts regarding the other five-star ratings found here.

It aint over till its over.4 years ago I started my career and with that came a car an infiniti Q50. Beautiful car that had nearly everything I wanted except for native navigation. I didnt care that it was missing that item because the service that came along with the car I bought was second to none. Truly an amazing experience at Infiniti of Beachwood... That is until fast forward 4 years later Im selling my car back to them because the market is calling for used vehicles and both the dealership and I stand to make money I wanted them to have the opportunity to purchase it back first. Once they papers were drawn up and the car was transferred It had been a whole different stor I was not paid right then and there because the title is through Nissan financial their own brands financing department I was told I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days and they would be paying the vehicle off via check snail mail I had been calling back for over a week with no response from salesperson to GM and management in between. I had been left without a vehicle during this time and I thought the process would be quicker but well have to wait for corporate to send the title back to the dealership as well in todays time with PDFs wire transfers or even a call to your own financial corporate department just to say hey we have the vehicle can you send the title and then well do a transferthis seems unacceptable and for them to not provide a vehicle in between the time I have none is not completing the service to the truly amazing status it was but the lack of communication is the disappointing part. It had been over a week and I had requested the tracking number for the check in question that was sent to corporate financial department and was not provided with that information. I am an individual who likes to get stuff done quickly into the best service I can provide as well because I work in the medical field and in a small business owner as well so this process was upsetting. It will be going into its second week now just for the check to reach the financial department that corporate and possibly another week before corporate sends the title to the dealership. Infinity as a brand makes beautiful vehicles and the dealership did have amazing service during the time you own a vehicle but it seems that once you are not a customer You treat you like youre non-existent. I do wish I had the owners name and personal cell phone number so that I would be able to talk with them to get the process expedited but was not provided with that information as well.

Contacted this dealership about a car on their website. Made an appointment for the next day to come in and see it. Drove an hour and a half to come test drive it and buy it. Once we get their they tell us they got rid of that morning to their wholesaler. Even though they called me in the morning to let us know we were still on for the appointment. They had all day to reach out to us as they knew we were coming at 5 for the appointment. Extremely unprofessional, wasting my time as I left work early to make it on time.

Would not suggest purchasing a used vehicle from here. I question if the service department does a full check on used vehicles before offering for sale. Sales staff was very friendly and buying process was very simple. Purchased a Tahoe for $33k and have had $2k in repairs on items that I feel were not caught during the test drive and their service department. As is, where is buy but still tried to call them in a attempt to settle this, have not received a call back from them.Was expecting to purchase an extended warranty while working out the deal, but they did not even offer anything. Seems odd.

This was an awesome experience! We live in Michigan and saw the car online in Beachwood, Ohio. My fiance talked to Chad who is an excellent car salesman! Once we took the 3 hour drive it was like he was welcoming his relatives to his home. Then we talked to the guy in the billing department name Bobby. He gets a 5 star as well. Chris was super helpful, friendly and he made me feel like I was a life long Infiniti customer. Chris gave me superior customer service! I called Beachwood Infiniti today to reschedule a service appointment that I initially denied due to several different reasons, one being that the service at Infiniti Beachwood is terrible all the way around. First, I spoke with Jen about the situation from my previous visit at Infiniti Beachwood explaining to her the reason why I did not continue my service at Infiniti Beachwood, she then tried to correct me based upon notes she was reading off of a computer screen, saying that I didn’t accept the service because of issues with getting a loaner. She then said, “If I may ask, how old are you?”, I replied, “No you may not ask”. That question was completely irrelevant to why I am calling today — she does not make final decisions nor is she to judge or defend a situation she was not involved in. Furthermore, she had me on hold for 10 minutes to find out if the parts were available for the repair, just to transfer me to the voicemail of Howard. I called back right away, someone by the name of Jeanna answered the phone to have me wait on hold for 5 additional minutes to speak to Jen only for me to speak to Nahjae who answered the phone asking if I was Mr.Lee, then asking what can she help me with — completely clueless, I politely told her I would handle this with a higher-up because no one can seem to properly assist me with scheduling a service repair appointment. This dealership never fails to give me an awful experience. 🙂

When I signed for my car the windshield was cracked the Sales manager told me I could use the warranty I just purchased. I said no when I took the car for a test drive it was not like that. He said the window was not coming out of his budget. I asked who was over him he gave the service dept. Service dept fixed issue but I had to come up there during a work day. I told him I didnt want the car no more because how he was refusing to fix it in the beginning. He then told me they wont accept buyers remorse. I said how is that buyers remorse when u were giving me a car that was damaged while it was being prepared. Now the car is making loud sounds when I unlock the door from the gas cap area which it was not doing before. Im paying too much money to have this experience. In the beginning I asked who was over the dealership he refused to give the information requested. Not happy in the beginning of purchase not happy now only had care for for about 5 months.

Leased a vehicle from Infiniti of Beachwood. The day after signing someone hit my vehicle. I then discovered my insurance was never turned over to the new vehicle. The salesman took all my information but did not contact my insurance company. He would not supply the manager info and then he left the dealership. No help from Infiniti! Vehicle never repaired!!!!It is almost time to end the lease. I get emails to bring vehicle in for service, twice I go in for service and they tell me it’s not time yet. 17.3 miles each way on a leased vehicle. Third email, So I go in (I’m almost at 30k miles). Service informs me I need $800 worth of service.....in shock! My service contract has run out! I settle on getting oil change and tire rotation. $150!I have leased vehicles previously, never required to jump through hoops like Infiniti requires.It’s been one horror story after another. If there is a problem everyone plays dumb!! Three tires replaced the first had a bubble on the side checked with a tire guy and was told I should take to the dealership because it was defective....Infiniti said I hit a pothole...I did not! Can’t tell every horror story about this place , too much!!!!Stay away from this place!

********* LEASING SCAM AT INFINITI OF BEACHWOOD!!! *********I recently turned in the vehicle that I leased at Infiniti of Beachwood. After turning in the vehicle in near perfect condition, I received a $400 bill from them in the mail. I called to ask about it and I was told that it was in my contract. Sure enough, I looked through my mountain of paperwork and this disposition fee was noted on one of the dozens of documents I had to sign. However, nobody bothered to point out that I would be billed $400 when I turned in the vehicle. Its basically a penalty for not leasing another new vehicle from them. If you lease a new vehicle from them they will waive it but if you dont they send you a $400 bill as a screw you on your way out the door. Be very wary when dealing with them.

Just a great Dealership all around. Torell went above and beyond to make sure Ford explorer that we bought was ready. There were a few issues with the SUV I cannot remember the mechanics name you did an awesome job got the job done quicker than I thought it would be. Ive never been so disappointed with a dealer in my life. Maybe Infiniti of Naples just is that superb, I dont know? But its starts with the simple courtesy of using paper mats and being clean when you work on someones vehicle. The greasy hand prints and footprints on my new carpets was not appreciated. To make a long story short they leave my vehicle for me to pick up and when I arrive the car isnt washed and they mounted new tires for me! The grease to mount the rim to the tire all over. The wheel weights that were used on a graphite colored redsport wheel bright silver and dont clean off the glue from the previous weight just leave it for everyone to see. Now the cherry on the top is when I smelled the horrible coolant stench. I look under the hood and theres coolant all over my clean q50 redsport engine. They over filled the reservoir not by a little by a lot so it had to go somewhere right?? You will never catch me dead in Inifniti of beachwood and if the big guys are reading this they need to have a talk with this group asap.

Torellwas a great salesman.We drove 6 hours from gaylord michigan to purchase a used ford explorer.He went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was perfect before we left the parking lot.The mechanic who fixed the vehicle did amazing job he was very nice he personally came out to explain how the progress was he finished it a half hour quicker then what he thought he would. Terrible experience.I was looking for QX50s and found the one I wanted at the dealership in Beachwood. I stopped up on a Friday night and after a little back and forth, we agreed on a deal. I was told that I would hear from them Saturday to get everything wrapped up regarding when to pick up the vehicle.Saturday came and went and I never heard from anyone. Sunday they were closed (even though a real sales professional should have reached out to me to let me know what was happening)Monday afternoon, I heard from the dealership that there was an issue on my credit report (I have a freeze on them) and the dealership needed me to remove the freeze. That was done within 15 minutes. I called back to make sure they received the information they needed. I never heard back.The next day, I received a modified agreement (new and higher monthly price). I sent my salesperson an email and never heard back. Two days later the GM, Orlando Crenshaw contacted me and asked me why I did not sign. I explained that I agreed to a certain price, and the number had gone up about $20/month. (roughly $1,000 total) He told me he would resolve the issue and get back to me. A few days went by and I still never heard from him so I called him and let him know I was still waiting on him.A week later I received a voice mail to call him back. I called him and the salesperson multiple times to learn the vehicle I had originally agreed to was no longer available.This is the definition of bait and switch. Check out their BBB reviews....all the same. I would stay away from this company and the brand. I have also reached out to the dealerships CEO- Dan Schmidt. As of today, I have not heard back from anyone at the dealership or Mr. Schmidt.

I made the mistake of getting not one but two vehicles from Infiniti of Beachwood. I first leased a vehicle and then returned it at the end of the lease in near perfect condition. I then received a bill $427 charging me for a disposition fee. I called to inquire about it and was told that it was in my contract. Of course nobody reads the mountain of documentation you are given when you lease a vehicle and nobody I dealt with at the dealership bothered to point this out when I signed the lease.My second vehicle purchase was a used Infiniti sedan not long after I leased the first one. I knew it was used and purchased it as is but the salesman assured me it was in great shape. Shame on me for not getting it checked out by a third party. The entire underside of the vehicle was rusted out and Ive spent thousands on repairs in the last 2 years to keep in running. Beware of these shysters. Ill never do business with them again and Ive told this story to everyone I know looking to buy a car and to stay away from this outfit and will continue to do so.Regarding the message below from Infiniti, please post who I should call. I have tried to reach Dan but he has not returned my call.

We just purchased a qx50 this past Saturday and had a great experience! We showed up without an appointment yet Kevin was able to see us immediately. He listened to what we wanted, showed us a variety of options, each one ready to test drive after the next. He looked through their online inventory and even met us out at the Airport Infiniti to show us the vehicle we ended up buying. He and the finance manager stayed late so we could leave with our vehicle that evening! Great experience!

Very negotiable prices courtesy of Terrell, I did purchase a used vehicle without a warranty, love the vehicle. The check engine light came on the next day, took the car up to the dealership, Orlando offered to run a free diagnosis and even offered to refund me for the car, I didnt want to return the car because I fell in love with it, turns out it was a vacuum intake or something and they offered to fix it for FREE which would have costed around $1500 bucks. They were very professional, courteous, and I plan on buying a new car from them in the future!

After speaking with a handful of dealerships, Beachwood offered me the best rate for the exact model I wanted, thanks to the GM Greg, who also agreed to help out on an oil change and tire rotation on the demo car that I leased. Bought a certified pre-owned Q50 that they let me leave with bald tires in the middle of winter with my 2 year old daughter. Nobody took responsibility they tried to charge me for the tires before I had to call Infinity corporate to get something taken care of and then every time I go to get service theres a follow-up issue dont go there dont buy from them and if you do buy from them make sure you know how to do math in your head because theyll try to juice the interest rate. I had the GM reach out to me after my service to tell me they have new management, we will see how new management goes before I change my rating

Found the car I was looking for at a good price Contacted the dealer online and by phone then drove to Beachwood the next morning. Returned home with a CPO saving several thousand dollars over local dealers, and more than 10000 off of the same model new. The facility is beautiful, organized and light years ahead of my BMW dealer in initial customer service. The sales process was fast efficient and not as annoying as you might expect. Our salesman and everyone we met were very pleasant.

I usually dont enjoy shopping for cars, but I went in today for a test drive and ended up taking one home. Elijah was the most helpful sales person Ive ever had. He was very patient and easy to work with, not at all high pressure like Im used to dealing with. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back when its time for a new car.

I’ I’ve had 2 Q50s in a row and considering a third aand a big reason is the service. I’ve worked with Mtitch since I got my first Q50 and Sam over the last few years and these guys are the best! Always making sure things are done right and I’m satisfied and if not, they find a resolution. They are very personable and I enjoy coming in for service. When I saw them today with their beards, I called them the beard boys. Mitch has a way to go to match Sam’s beard! Kidding
