Ray was terrific. We lucked out in finding the vehicle we wanted in the stock that remained at the dealership -- but once we did, Ray worked with us and with the Sales Manager, Mark to get to a place where we could agree on the payment. At the end of the day, we ended up with a much nice vehicle than the one I was coming out of, and we couldnt be more thrilled with our treatment and the dealerships willingness to work with us. If we could give 11 stars, we would.

Ron at GMC was wonderful to work with! We live about an hour and 10 minutes away from the dealership so we didn’t want to make a wasted trip there! Ron communicated with me all week via text, my request, and kept me updated on the certified used car we were looking at! My husband and I made the trip, met Ron in person, saw the car, felt no pressure, and drove it home that night! We noticed a few scratches the next day that we couldn’t see at night, they have an appointment for those to be taken care of on Monday!!! Would definitely buy another car with Ron’s help!!!!

We brought my vehicle in for a hub issue. They reached out to my husband and told him the hub was fine, but the tire was cupped, so they put the tire on the back for us. While there, the check engine light went on, so the found the issue (which was a fuel sensor), and fixed that issue so we didnt have to make another appointment.We will definitely use you again in the future.Thank you,Christine Walker

I had been dealing with two failed e-checks and was told that I needed the Vent Solenoid repaired after spending money on a catalyst converter and the technician discovered that it was a broken wire that needed to be replaced (saving me a couple of hundreds of dollars). What a relief to finally have the check engine light out and a car that rides like new. Thanks

If Crestmont is the only dealership that can get the vehicle. All Sierra.s currently on website says the have 4, 5 or 6 miles on the odometer. Mine had 255 miles. (Did manager or salesperson drive for a couple of days?). I feel that makes it a demo and not new. Truck was not ready for pickup. Took 4 hours to prep, poorly as it was, and install tonneau cover that was ordered 2 1/2 weeks earlier. I received phone call on Thursday morning that truck was in and it was agreed to be picked up Saturday morning. After waiting 4 hours at dealership I just wanted to leave.

The service team was not on top of things. We had a Loaner requested, but had to wait for nearly an hour to get it. Also, my wifes phone died over the weekend, but its the phone on the account. We left a voicemail AND sent an email letting the team know we had trouble with the phone and please use my phone instead (gave phone, vehicle and repair details to ensure the team knew it was the same account). The service team left a voicemail on wifes phone and made no attempt to call my phone. Clearly no one cared enough to update the record to add my phone. We picked the car up a day later than needed because of sloppy/lazy service. Disappointing.

For as great of an experience I had at Crestmont Cadillac, my fiance had an equally opposite experience at Crestmont GMC.First and foremost, the saleswoman Lynn was incredibly disorganized throughout the process. The finance department was a mess and took forever, and now seeing where we are at with everything, the disorganization makes more sense in hindsight.Secondly, the car my fiance purchased was supposed to be a pre-owned certified Yukon, having passed a 172 point inspection. Since purchasing this vehicle, it has had nothing but problems.First, its remote start was not working (and they gave us a Chevy key fob for a GMC vehicle, which my fiance had to go back a second time to pick up separately because they werent organized enough to have it ready then). Then it had to have its entire transmission replaced. Now it needs an entirely new fuel injector system.While these were at least covered by the CPO, we are sick and tired of having to take this car into the shop - isnt the point of buying CPO to have them handle this stuff for you ahead of time? Who serviced and certified this vehicle?Oh, and they didnt even bother replacing the spark plugs before letting it off the lot, which was NOT covered by CPO, so that was a fun unexpected $425 charge to have to deal with on top of everything else.Thirdly, and most egregiously, this dealership promised that the loan my fiance was approved for would NOT have an early payment penalty, which he explicitly asked for, and is just finding out from the bank now that the loan they ACTUALLY set him up with does have an early payment penalty.Im not one to write bad reviews, but this is outrageous and unacceptable, and has been from the start. We do not recommend this dealership in the slightest.

I have also used crestmont for my parents and it was %100 difference in quality. I am not sure what has happened but it was awful. No communication was given to me throughout the process

I purchased a brand new vehicle 2020 Acadia with 3 miles paint has swirls in paint they buffed it and it still shows just. Be carful or mind when purchasing a new car make sure you look closely and before taking car off lot make sure it’s right and inform them of problems I am contacting them again because if I have 3 years bumper too bumper I want it fixed properly

Service technician and Patrick were both great. Otherwise, please do not refer Bubbas Muffler to have discounted catalytic converters installed. I spend $600 and the converter lasted about seven months and I was told elsewhere that the aftermarket converter from Bubbas Muffler was not the correct one.

Being from out of town, I found my truck I wanted online and made the deal literally over the phone then flew out to Cleveland where James graciously picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealer. This is where Colton, the sales mgr had my truck and papers ready for me to review and sign with Lou in finance. This is ALL WELL AFTER HOURS because I couldnt get any flight earlier that day. I purchased a new truck , they raised the interest rate an entire point , didnt include what they said they were going to never gave me any information or training on the workings of the truck, very slow to respond, seams like there has been no training for the staff. I would recommend a buyer go anywhere else. They dont care about the buyer, there is another one walking in behind the one they just treated like scrap.

This place has been an issue from day one!!! Bought a car and 3 weeks later engine goes out! They had my car three months! Lets not mention, I had to pay over 2000 towards a new engine. In that new time GM Tim gets fired, pick up my car yesterday and 1 hour later before I get home engine light comes on and now the car wont switch gears. This has been a complete nightmare! These people care nothing about you and the owner never returns calls. Definitely sending channel 19 a message today.

Appointment was at 2:30 but the car wasnt looked at until 4:00. Left at 4:30. Two long hours I waited just to program a key fob. Furthermore I was there for 1 hour and a car came in on a tow truck and it went straight to the mechanics lift before my car was even looked at. First of all I spent 3 1/2 hours for a oil change and to figure out what was the issue with my collision system.They said nothing was wrong reset codes. I didnt make it home which is less than 3 miles away.They had me drop my car off at 8:30 am and I didnt here from them until 5: 30 in the after noon so I needed a loaner carSo I could go to work .Well it took two days.So Im very pick about my car which is in excellent condition.I picked my car up on Friday after work as i was washing all the finger prints off I noticed the chin shirt was totally rip off on the driver side and hanging off on the passenger side. I didnt even contact them cause I know they going to say it was like that when I brought it in .I will not have my car serviced there again

Brought my truck in for general service and oil change on a Thursday. Noticed Friday evening that my truck was leaking oil. Call Saturday to request service and/or pick up which they were not able to assist with. Dealership is closed on Sundays had to make an appointment for Monday all while unable to drive and had to Continuously add oil into my truck which is very troublesome

Above and beyond customer service from the team at Buick GMC of Beachwood! I was in an accident last month resulting in my previous car being totaled. I thought it would be difficult purchasing a new vehicle with everything going on and my previous car not yet being complete with my insurance. Basia came and picked me up from my home across town and brought me to the dealership where she had the perfect car ready and waiting for my test drive. She was both welcoming and full of life and energy and actually seemed like she wanted to be there with me. Im picky and finding a vehicle that I would love proved very tricky. She listened to my needs and made sure I got everything that I was looking for! Days later I got a call from Basia thanking me for doing business with Buick GMC of Beachwood. She asked if I had gotten everything settled with my previous car and even made sure all the steps had been taken to make sure my GAP coverage was on top of things to avoid any complications. I appreciate Basias patience and her continued customer service! I was able to meet and speak with the managers as well making the entire process effortless and as transparent as I could imagine. He valeted more than one car from the dealership to our home to allow for an extended test drive, was extraordinarily responsive via text which made communicating simple and easy, gave us a fair value for our trade on the first offer, and provided us with his best, no haggle price at the outset. Very poor experience.I had been in contact with the dealership over a month in advance of coming to see a vehicle. I traveled hours off of my normal route to visit see, drive, and purchase the vehicle. Upon getting to the dealership, the vehicle was pulled into the service bay, as it was cold and snowy outside.I was allowed to take the car on a test drive without a salesperson, provided I stay within the business park that the dealership is located in. I pulled the car over in a parking lot and turned it off so I could wipe any excess snow off the roof and mirrors. The car took almost three minutes before it would turn on. I would press the starter button and nothing would happen. Once the car started, I went back to the dealer.Myself and the sales manager assumed it was due to the key fob having a low battery, something thats easily resolved. I was given the spare key fob and asked to go take another drive -- the spare didnt even have a battery in it. The sales manager swapped out the low battery and accompanied me to the lot so I could show him the issue. After a couple attempts, the vehicle started. He mentioned that it likely takes some time for the car to detect the key with the new battery and that I could take it for another test drive.I left the dealer and pulled into the same parking lot at the other end of the business park. For a few minutes I would turn the car on and off, never getting the starter button to work on the first try. Once I returned to the dealer, it took five presses of the starter button to turn the car off. The sales manager said that they would have the starter button replaced under warranty and ready for me to look at a week later.A week later, the button still had not been fixed, but my salesperson tried to push the sale anyways. I told them no, despite an offer of shipping the car to me once it had been repaired. They did not respond.My salesperson had over a month to make sure the car was in working order, but it was not. I believe its safe to assume one of two things happened: 1, the techs never told the sales team that the car didnt start reliably, or 2, the sales team knew and wanted to push the sale anyways. Regardless, there was negligence from the tech and sales team, and they lost what should have been an easy sale.

I will never do business at this GMC dealer. I would rather drive to Youngstown or Chardon to get better service. The sales staff if very rude and not in any way helpful. I even told them I was working with RAM to possibly switch but wanted to stay with GMC and they still were very rude. Stay away from this dealer and drive out to Chardon to Junction RAM/GMC. Ive never had a sales person talk me out of their product like this dealer has. Ive been loyal to GMC but its going to make it hard after this experience.
