I originally had no problems coming to Beachwood tire but Ill never go there again. I have a brand new car 2021 and they scratched it when loading a tire into my trunk. When I confronted them about it they refused to fix or handle the issue. They also gave me my tire back without cap meaning when I was driving I could have easily lost air in my tire. I dont know if they were too busy or what but they should have been more professional about their mistakes.

Went there this morning for a minor tire repair, and the service provided was excellent! The young lady who handled the process for me is what is needed at most establishments today; pleasant, and friendly. I did ask if I needed new tires yet, and unlike other places i visited, both her and the mechanic involved, said definitely no, not yet. In the event I do need tires in the future, I’ll be back! Thanks to all!

I had my tire plugged. Timely. Successful. Even had me come back to tighten my lugs! That was a first!

Customer service was not an issue. Friendly and accommodating. However the work that was done is my issue. I brought 2 cars to get 2 brand new sets of tires on each car. My mother’s car had no issues however my car had issues from the beginning and has had issues since. After install of 4 new tires on my Dodge Charger and a $500+ bill..... the tire sensors kept coming on. I called and was told to come back in a few days later as they were quite busy. Once I returned I was told that the stems on 2 of my tires/rims had to be replaced and the cost would be an additional $150+I thought it was quite convenient that the stems which I had never had an issue with were now needing to be replaced after install but I didn’t want to risk driving my car with tire issues so I went ahead and paid the bill.Two days later...... same sensors went off and now they had nothing to say. Apparently I must have hit the rim on something and damaged the stems!!!I took it to another place to get a second opinion and guess what...... my stems were all damaged!!How can 4 stems all be damaged at the same time unless someone damaged them because they didn’t know what they were doing.Obviously they were not going to take responsibility for what they clearly did and I wasn’t going to waste my breath arguing but I will definitely not be returning or recommending them to anyone.

I was recommended by 3 different people at different times and was impressed so I had to bring my car to get check for leaks.You want 100% greatest customer service this is shop to go to and no where else in the area. The guys were super friendly, talked to me like a normal person and explained everything to me easy and simple with no BS like some dealerships do. There prices are super reasonable.100% recommend getting your car fixed by them.

I got a nail in my tire at 12 noon today. I called and asked to be seen to have the nail removed and was told to come right away. After waiting not even 20 minutes the lovely women came out and said your all set and the nail didnt go through and have a great day. I said okay how much do I owe you and she said nothing we didnt need to repair because it didnt puncture the tire. They could have charged me anything and I would have paid so to be charged literally zero was such a phenomenal gift. This is where I purchased my tires from when I needed a full set and they were the best price around... After today it reminded me why I will always come to Beachwood tire. Such awesome staff and I highly recommend. They will not scam you. They are honest people. Rare now a days.

My parents recommended this place to me. I got an alignment and 4 new tires here a couple months ago. Theyre reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. The wait was quite long, but its understandable considering how busy they were. Will definitely be returning if I ever need any work done. Highly recommend.

Came here 1 hour before closing asked if someone could “Check” just take a look at my tire as My car was driving “funny” on the way home from work and felt it would be dangerous to drive on it ... Turned away “to busy” to even LOOK at it tell me it safe /unsafe (would have caught uber home and left car to be looked at thoroughly in am no problem if deemed “unsafe “) .... They could care less if I had blow out on the way home !!! Never again Will I even bother to stop There !!! I guess when your a nurse even when your shift is over if a customer/patient needs you, you dont mind especially if its safe/unsafe situation! Guess its just business there ... never again

Ive been going here for a lot of vehicle needs in the past 6 years. Helped me get to 250,000 miles on a 20 year old car. Always treat me great. Ive gotten full sets of tires for under 230 dollars. Alignments. Oil changes. Tune ups. Theyre always at a good price. Very knowledgeable. And if you dont want to wait, call ahead make an appointment, and know the types and sizes of tires you need/want. And theyll fight with warrantied stuff for you and give you good suggestions based on THEIR experiences. All in all, a FANTASTIC place.

Beachwood Tire Center them guys are so busy they just dont know how to keep up with themselves they got a shop across the street and they got one on the other side of the street I just run in there recently with the wifes truck rather all the waves trucks just seems that way used to be Man toys now swimming toys shes got more toys and I got so getting back to the tire place we just took in their 33 and for people that dont know that big mud tires to put on oversized rims to put on your truck and you can go riding through the beach or riding through the water or ride through the woods and Ill tell you what they did such a great job and it turned out that the lug nuts on the truck werent going to work out and now guys had lug nuts there and gave me a great price so I cant say enough about them guys there are good people good mechanics good service and a trade on Route 9 Northbound and Southbound

This is a wonderful, locally-owned business. They can get pretty busy because they have established themselves as an honest and worthwhile establishment. I want to send a shout out to Beachwood Tire... Ive gone there several times over the years, and have always had a good experience... but today, it was above and beyond... I went in with a problem.. they found the problem, and gave me a quote... when I went up to pay, they told me that they actually found it was a much more minor problem, resolved it, and charged me nothing... That is an honest company, and they will earn my business time and time again.

Went in on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend for a flat tire. I was in and out in less than an hour. All the guys were friendly and professional. Observed them interacting with other customers and everyone was treated in the same manner. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Had a flat & needed service but they were short help & 1 & 1/2 wait time! I was on my way to work, 15 or 20 mins I could understand, an hour! So I drive to Toms River where I was done within 10 mins of arriving and not charged! Just a nail, they plugged it! So I generously tipped service person!

Beachwood tire is a great place! I found them back in 2012 and have been going there ever since! They always took care of my cars oil changes and tires and even some mechanic work and alignments and kept my cars clean and neat while doing it. They put floor matts and seat covers and even a steering wheel cover when I asked! The prices are great and they beat everyone. Ron and his wife really are running a great, honest family owned business. I am a customer for life.

I have purchased tires for 2 vehicles here. The Headway brand tires. I never heard of this brand before, but so far they seem like good value for the money. Priced right compared to major brands.I have also had a third vehicle serviced here. I was very happy with their personal service. I will return.

By far the best tire buying experience ever. Made my appointment then called the next day for an earlier appointment with no issues. The crew at beachwood tire were great!!!!! I was not from the area, got a flat on my brand new car 400 miles on it and found out I did not have a spare. Dealer said they were too busy to fix it . Tow driver recommended beachwood tire. They were also busy but had the tow guy leave the car in the parking lot, they pulled my tire patched it and had me on the road again doing all the work in the parking lot. I can not say thank you enough!!!!
