Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks now… was told my sunroof was fixed and both seals replaced this is how they did me… this is the second issue I’ve had with this dealership the first time they missed over 15 leaks and ordered the wrong part and my car had to get towed out and repaired by them because a certified tech signed off and didn’t do the work or even see it… I figured I would show loyalty since I bought my car from them but I see that that means nothing to them.

This is the only dealership I’ve been to that didn’t pressure me and was upfront. I bought a car here from Yvonne. She was amazing every step of the way! You can really tell she wants you to be happy. Not only that but one of the managers, Mark is super helpful and accommodating. Mario the finance manager was great as well. They are all so down to earth and I am so happy with my car and the service we received while looking! Above and beyond!

My husband and I came to just look 6/26/2021 to pass time and we were immediately met by Elijah Sultan. He explained to us why now would be a good time to trade in my car. We came back a few days later and Elijah helped make sure we got everything that we were looking for. Cadillac used to offer free oil changes for thier customers. They changed that a few years back to one free oil change with lease. Change of company policy,...i get that. Ive had my car for 14 months and got first oil change at local shop out of convenience. Went in for my one free complimentary oil change and the service girl denied it because it is only valid for 1 year after lease. What a joke. More aggravating is my 10am oil change appointment for my ct6 took 3 HOURS!...for an oil change! Terrible experience.

I called this dealer 2-3 weeks ago to check if they would replace my Cue screen with a customer supplied aftermarket unit, they confirmed yes they will and quoted me a price of $270.00. I thought that was fair enough being the directions on the unit claimed it to be a 2.5 hr job and I didnt have time to fool with it. I then ordered the unit and when it came in I called to make an appointment and confirm the quote which they did again at $270.00.Fast forward to yesterday the service manager calls me and wanted to know if they quoted me a price witch I confirmed yes they did. He goes on to tell me they have to charge about $700.00 for this job!! They have to remove the dash and blah blah and it will take 7 hrs to complete this job ( complete bull anyone can YouTube it and see it would only take 5 minutes to remove the entertainment unit from the car. My family buys Cadillacs and I will never deal with this stealership again.

Terrible service. I had my brand new car in for service I was having some issues with it. It was there for over a week. I never received update calls I had to keep contacting them although I questioned why I had not heard from anyone after 3 days. They apologized only to do it again. I finally receive my car back nothing was fixed they couldnt find anything. The car was dirty inside and out not how I dropped it off. I took it to another Cadillac dealership because I was having the same problem. Here there was a recall, a loose bolt on the muffler, and the sunroof had to be adjusted all the things I complained to this dealership about. My car was fixed by the other dealership in 24 hrs. I will not return to this dealership for service again.

My salesman Paul Guy was great. 5 *stars. Listened to my needs and what I wanted and we were able to make a deal. He even went out to help get the car cleaned up since I had a pending appointment.My problem was with the finance manager, Dolton. I specifically told him I did not want an extended warranty. We had an entire conversation about this. He then suggested I purchase a service contract that would take care of my maintenance like oil changes which was agreeable. It was written up as a service plan. I bring my car in for a minor concern and was given the upcoming maintenance schedule. I asked which services were covered per contract. I was given the number to the warranty place. I called to ask for the contract to be emailed and she asked which one. WTH!! I Was told I had a maintenance and an extended warranty contract and that the dealership should have given me a copy. I got the bait and switch maneuver which is why I probably didnt get a copy. Other than that, Im pleased with my car.

Never expected, can’t believe it’s Cadilac dealer. I am going to them for more than three years. But may be service department management is changed. They kept me wait for more than four hours for just oil change. Told me that they don’t have any service record for my Escalade. I just completed 60000 miles full service from them. Propose $4600 recommended services. Just this oil that oil and filters. When I refused, just for oils change filter and cabin filter billed $478. They even damaged it and interior cabin is making noise. They did not give me any inspection papers, nothing. First time had such a bad experience.I suggest to be aware of services and request Cresent Cadillac to be back as they use to be. Sales department Anthony and Jim are very professional.

I tried my hardest to stay loyal 💯 to Crestmont Cadillac after years of buying cars from them and even all my maintenance repairs from them. But, when it came time to buy a new Cadillac XT6 premium luxury suv fully loaded from Crestmont Cadillac, I was treated badly. They wasnt disrespectful, but maybe the way I was treated was disrespectful? Im not sure on this one. My time, loyalty 💯, and a check wasnt good enough. I texted and didnt get a text back as I was promised, and I called another dealer consultant and explained, and after explaining what I was doing and what I wanted he asked me, so what can I do for you 😏. I knew then to walk away. I had an appointment with Central Cadillac that same day, so I went there after two emails and two texts telling we have five xt6 for you and they will be ready for my business. I walked in and looked at XT6 on the showroom floor at Central Cadillac and that was my 1st choice and I drove off with it and not the second or third choice they offered me, but my 1st choice. I was definitely treated with the respect and professionalism from the emails and texts from the beginning to the end. I had left Central Cadillac years ago to go to Crestmont Cadillac and now I am back where I belong. The end.

I took my car there and the guy with the tattoo on his forearm which looked like fire of some sort told me he wasnt gonna look at my car bcuz itll be 2000 dollars js to figure out whats wrong with it, the thing that got me is when he said no I wont do it.. big waste of time & disappointment..I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there....what was the options I was given because the only option I had was to take my vehicle back. I couldnt even leave it, he look at the codes & told me what was wrong without doing any type of test, I dont know why I even needed to wait a whole week for them to js tell me anything

I Havent had any bad experiences here as of yet. The only thing I have is when I dropped off my Platinum Escalade 2014 to be serviced, and you give me a loaner a 2021 XT4, that clearly doesnt even give me an idea to purchase a New Escalade. I have business meetings for the next 2 days and my colleagues love my Platinum Escalade. To me this doesnt help me experience or even think of purchasing a New Escalade. Just a tip, when someone get a loaner while vehicle is in the shop, put them in a better vehicle of the same caliber. They may think of purchasing. Other than that I have no issues with the service. Mercedes-Benz and other dealerships does, why not Crestmont?

I found a Cadillac ATS-V online at Crestmont Cadillac in Beachwood, Ohio.I then called the dealership and spoke to Joe Gordon who was very helpful. While the price was good, I did ask about the quality of the tires. I told him I planned to fly to Ohio to buy the car and wanted reliable tires for the drive back to Illinois. He represented everything was up to date and ready to go.Upon this confirmation I made an online credit application and further proceeded with the dealership personnel about the specific financing terms. The dealership was very heavy handed in selling an extended warranty. I resisted the extended warranty and then the dealership also refused a discount of $250 on the car purchase since I declined the extended warranty. After we agreed on the price of the vehicle, and after giving my credit card information (which was supposed to be on file, rather they charged the card without my consent and approval). I then flew to Ohio for the car. Joe Gordon picked me up at the airport and when we arrived at the dealership. I noted the tires were from 2015 (while the car was a 2017 model). I immediately raised the issue that the tires were older than the car and this was at odds with what I was told on the phone conversations. Further, the tires were not reliable for the trip back to Illinois.The dealerships Service Manager Dan Banas represented the age of the tires was not of concern. This statement is false as a matter of fact. There is a clear reason why D.O.T is on a tire and it is to inform a vehicle owner that it is time for new tires, even if the mileage limit hasn’t been met. Again, I had specifically asked about the tires while I was still in Illinois, and they had not disclosed the tires were older than the vehicle. The dealership continued to deny the tires were inferior. I left the dealership and informed them I would be at a hotel since I needed to fly back to Illinois rather than drive. At that point the the Used Car Manager Jim Turcoliveri suggested I save the lodging and flying fees and buy the car for the agreed price and get new tires when I arrived back in Chicago. This confirmed my position that Crestmont Cadillac had no concern for my satisfaction nor my safety. It wanted a sale and it couldnt care less about the professional thing to do.I write this review so others are warned not to come to the dealership from out of town because the personnel will not stand by its values. They assume you will buy the car because thats the easy thing to do. Untruthful, inconsiderate and unprofessional are the hallmarks of the experience I had in my transaction at Crestwood Cadillac.The dealership has my contact information if they want to resolve the issue, contact me, and do not ask me to contact you in any way. You guys dropped the ball, so you all need to own up to what you did!

I just read a review from a Zain Rahman in which a pertinent concern was 5 year old tires on a certified vehicle. The fact that no one at Crestmont had any respect for customer safety or concern, especially after the gentlemen flew from Chicago to purchase the vehicle, speaks loud and clear about what Crestmonts priorities are. Im left with 2 possible conclusions, either they blatantly lie and then offer empty apologies to save public face or their staff is so incompetent that they do not even know the tires they put on the vehicle are highly discouraged and dangerous. Either way, Ill take my business elsewhere. Yall are in sad shape, sort yourselves out.

When the dealer finally got back to me, the vehicle was sold and they want to put me on a contact list for future vehicles. I cant say enough positives about Anthony Mendolera in the sales dept and Jim Turcoliveri, the used car manager. I was inquiring on a vehicle from Oregon (2500 miles away), even though Ive purchased over 20 vehicles in my lifetime, Ive never purchased one sight unseen from so far away. Both Anthony and Jim went out of their way to be upfront, honest and gave me the details on the car, both positives and negatives so I had a clear view of what Id be purchasing. Beware of this dealership. I purchased a 1994 Cadillac Deville that this dealership told me had no issues. When I arrived from Minnesota the car had door dings on both sides and a shake when I drove it at highway speed. They repaired the dings and balanced the tires which took several hours. I traded my 1995 Cadillac Deville that had 55000 more miles but was truly a better vehicle. As I drove home, the car I purchased started to shake and I realized the Vogue tires that were on the car were degraded from age and needed replacement. I had new tires installed and drove the car carefully and a few miles back and forth to work and it soon gave me error messages saying it was overheating. It also stopped blowing heat and I thought it could be a head gasket. I did not abuse the car, only drove it carefully back and forth to work since I saw it as a collector vehicle. I took it to a reputable shop and was informed it needed a head gasket. The price of the work would have exceed the value of the vehicle. Do not trust this dealership!!

I saw one of their cars posted on car gurus and contacted them in regards to its availability. Immediately, I received a response from Chloe, who forwarded my contact details to Scott. I was told the next morning the car is still available. I sent them a secured credit application. Before sending the application, I had a conversation with Scott about a bad experience with a dealer. This dealer ran my credit 11 times through several banks and those enquiries are still on my credit report. Scott personally told me that dealer was just too lazy to do his job right. Instead of doing his job right and keeping his promise, Scott ran my credit through 4 different banks and their dealership. Mind you before this, I was prequalified for a loan with Capital One. He promised to beat the rate that Capital One offered. The next morning, I was hoping to get an update from him but he never called. Assuming he works in a dealership and must be pretty busy, I left him a voicemail. After waiting for his call the entire day, he finally called back that evening and told me the vehicle has been sold to someone else.

I drove just over 2 hours to look at a used truck-2017 Chevy Silverado LTZ loaded out. Assured by salesman Joel multiple times that the truck was a stand up vehicle and that they only sell the best quality, stating Its a Cadillac dealership. We dont sell a car that isnt the best quality Drove there and found that the bumper was damaged and repainted rather poorly. Bumper remained twisted slightly. Also had mismatched tires- 2 that the dealer replaced that would need to be changed.Made offer pending bumper replacement and tire change(2). I was offered the 2 tire change since it was their mistake and it would affect a 4wd vehicles transmission-they initially insisted it would make no difference until I showed them otherwise.The used car manager refused to take off $1,000 on a $30,000 vehicle for the bumper replacement and let me walk. He stated that they would be losing money on the deal.My issues are:-the salesperson led me to believe the vehicle was something it wasnt just to get me there-the used car manager tried to deceive me by telling me that it didnt matter the size difference between the tires on a 4wd vehicle-which will damage the transmission-failure of the used car manager to work out a satisfactory deal over a bumper. He was asking over $30,000 for the truck and then proceeded to say Its a used truck, the bumper doesnt look that bad. I told him $30,000 is a lot of money for a truck with a jacked up bumper. He let a sale walk over not replacing a bumper, citing he would lose money. All about the money and nothing about customer satisfaction.If you shop there, beware! Look at the vehicle closely or have someone else check it out 1st. I was able to catch the issues because of my experience with cars. Otherwise they would definitely have taken advantage of me and sold me a problematic vehicle. If they werent aware of the problems, then shame on them for not knowing their business. Either way, beware!
