Everyone at this place was great. The lady at the front desk, the other workers there. The car I was looking at needed a bit of work and they got it done quickly! Definitely recommend this place.

I shouldn’t have gave it one star but they wouldn’t let me write unless I graded but let’s just speak FACTS I been going to this place from 2014 to 2018 an the reason why is because it’s easy getting cars here before they start doing credit checks but the cars I had either transmission was going out or the motor they would lie an say that they fixed it only to be on the road hours an transmission fails again. The messed up part is that they know they cars are bad an still try an sell an get over. I use to recommend this lot but I’m telling you all they are some slum dealers.

I went to see if i could sell my 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 LT 6.0 V8 the miles on my truck are 162K with very little rust they offered me $2500 when they have a 2007 yukon xl full of RUST and holes on it for $6000 cash or $8500 if finance when the truck is only worth $3359.I would never do business with this DealershipBecareful when buying anything for this location.

Let’s all be honest ...... the car had problems the minute I took it off the lot.I brought it back countless times and nothing gets fixed accurately.I took my car to a professional mechanic here in My own town and he stated that their were new breaks on RUSTED ROTORS!!Brakes and rotors needed to be replaced!!!And then an additional $1200 out myOwn pocket.....The cars are all issues my daughters car from here needed an entire née transmission and my aunts car had similar issues from here...They are not telling us what they fix when you openlyTell her what the issues are still doesn’t get done correctly...Lots and concerns and problems..Though the receptionist is kind and helpful, everyone else their are deceivers.

Got a car from here and 3 days later the tire exploded while I was driving. Waited all day for a tow truck. I then found out there was a recall on that car bc the coil by the tire tends to break off,, puncturing the tire. I brought it to him and explained what happened. He fixed the one side and when asked about the other,, he said he was waiting for the part. Months later when asked about it, he said the same thing. That he was waiting for the part..Also, the car insurance you go through with this dealer is called American Alliance Casualty Company and theyre a headache! Was in an accident and am still waiting for feedback 7 MONTHS LATER. Look at the reviews on them and tell me thats a company you want to deal with.

Wally is the best honestly!! this guy keeps his word when he promises something and hes going to do all that he can in order to get you a good point. I had a rough background from my past, been through crisis that i thought kind of ended me. Im a fighter but i started to loose hope in my car situation. my credit was not the best and i had a repo on my name and he still pulled through. i went from a 2011 to a 2016 year vehicle with all thanks to him and his wonderful work crew. I have a general distrust for places that do not post any type of information or prices on their vehicles. Someone came out to see if we needed anything after we started to pull away which was a little too late at that point. Was not impressed with the selection but I did hear that they will work with you regardless of your credit status, so that could work in some peoples favor.

Even though I wasnt able to get financed. I was able to buy here pay here. This my 5th car me and my family bought from here. They always took good care of me. I recommend anyone to buy here.I bought a 05 Toyota Scion as is.a week later I tried to open up the trunk. It wouldnt open. So I took it back to Midtown Motors to show me how to open the trunk . Finding out this model car has a problem with the trunk handle braking off. I thought it was on me to deal with problem because of no warranty and its a older car. Midtown ordered the part and fixed it with no problem. This is an example of one of the reasons I love midtown motors.

I want to start off by saying that whally was very nice and helpful (obviously because he wanted to sell a car). I just went and bought a 2012 traverse financed this past February. Ive had it for a month and I have already put about $1000 into it. When I ran out of money I took it back because it kept shaking when i got to higher speeds and whally said hed fix it. He kept the car for a week and when i went back for it it had the same problem. I regret buying from them. Im going to be paying this car for a couple of years and it seems that i got a lemon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I had such a great experience. My fiance and I went in just to see about the process. We didnt know if we would qualify because we only had $1,000 down and our credit isnt great. But Wally worked with us, gave us additional time to put more money down and still let us drive off with a car that we actually approved of. We were in and out in about an hour. Its been a month since we bought our car and we had a few things come up after the 15 day 500 mile warranty and they have been awesome about covering everything and helping to make sure our car is running smoothly and efficiently. Weve also had things come up that arent in our warranty like rims, tires, ect and they are very accommodating and willingly to help. Thank you walley and ed.
