These guys have been AMAZING! Had a juice I was looking all over for and nobody had it. Walked into Boomtown who didnt have it at the time either and they took my name & number down and called me less than 24 hours later with the juice. Tonight my mod malfunctioned and froze after attempting an update and they took care of the issue asap. These guys are AWESOME!

Love all the flavors they offer, even with nicotine they hit smoothly and leave a nice after taste. One of the better vape stores in Baytown. I prefer it over Max and Zacks!

Awesome customer service. Im new to vaping and Jeff took the time to answer all my questions. Most other shops I had visited and asked questions, they treated me like they just wanted me to hurry up and pick something and leave them alone to vape and get back to what they were doing on their cell phones when I walked in. They also have a vape bar set up so you can try flavors before purchasing them. I will definitely be back for any vaping needs.

I have been shopping at Boomtown in mid county AND Beaumont since they opened. I was on my way home from the doctor and stopped at the Baytown location. Not only do they not carry Lemon Tart by Dinner lady at any location in 6mg the workers were lying on the couch in Baytown and acted like it was an act of congress to see what I needed. When I asked the lady to suggest something she didn’t know and didn’t want to take time to suggest anything. I asked if I could step closer to see the flavors because they are very far away and you can’t read the labels she told me no. I’m going to start ordering online and just quit the whole small town local business support altogether. I’ll pay someone online that I don’t have to beg to do their job. I’m just one peon that shops here but I can spread the word to veryone not to waste their time here.
