My husband bought me a beautiful infinity ring there for my birthday in March. After our purchase he was given a $1,200 gift voucher. Well Covid hit and the store closed down. So we go in on November and they were not the friendliest of staff. They did honor it, but we were a little confused on how the voucher was to be used. It wasn’t $1,200, it was $100 off any $300 purchase. We still didn’t get why it said $1,200, but maybe that’s just us. We still purchased something. The Hispanic lady (the only reason I point out that she’s Hispanic is because I don’t remember her name and I want them to know who it is) was not the friendliest. I’m not going to say she was rude, but when you’re there spending over $5,000 in 8 months, you would think you would get better customer service! After our purchase, I received an email for a customer service review. I was honest and stated everything I said up above. I received an email from Timothy Sumruld the very next day. Apologized and wanted to further discuss my complaint, and they take this very seriously. I responded and told him I would be happy to discuss this further with him. After 2 emails I sent him, I have yet to hear from him again. Oh I’m lying, he sent me an email about a pre-holiday event. I know this is small Baytown, but that should NOT have an effect on customer service!

Very rude staff!!! I spent 4k for my wifes engagement ring replacement, but it needed to be sized. When I called to check up on it the lady was extremely rude on the phone as if im putting her out of her way, when all I asked was (Is it ready)? Once my kays credit card is payed off SCREW KAYS!
